Disney Dreams is a luxurious 5-star self-catering villa with the WOW factor & you won't be disappointed. In the prestigious community of Calabay Parc @ Towerlake Haines City with 24 hr manned secured gates, CCTV on all streets. This beautiful summer holiday rental home is located for easy access to Disney, Universal and all attractions. We currently have one of the largest South facing pool with special features including water streamers/sprays (the kids will love them) & underwater coloured mood lighting, a 6ft spa with extended decking, luxury pool furniture with side tables & 7ft umbrellas. Flatscreen TVs with ROKU, DVD players in both master rooms, lounge, Spongebob twin room TV is for gaming as it has an Xbox and games. All bedrooms have luxury upgraded bedding, new Coolvie mattresses, and furniture. The villa has a Disney Themed games room featuring a new slate pool table & air hockey table, cards & board games. We are in close proximity to Southern Dunes & Champions Gate golf courses & many more in the surrounding area. Walmart 2 mins drive & Posner Park is 7 miles, Eagle Ridge Shopping Mail 25-30 mins drive, and Florida Mail approx 40- 1 hr. Right on our doorstep is Manny's Chop House, can guarantee you will enjoy their New York strip steak & New York cheesecake, in huge portions!
Both master rooms have super king-size beds (US), en-suite & private doors to the pool area. There is also a safety gate & fence around the pool area, plenty of floats, armbands, noodles etc for the kids to play with or adults! We also provide a high chair, booster seat, crib & bedding & bed guard for guests to use, please request as they are locked away all free of charge!
We take pride in our house and all towels & bedding including pillows are renewed every year. This is to ensure that the house stays nice and fresh for all our guests. The house has been re-decorated though out & new carpets. Also, we have replaced the mattress & blinds in the house. These are cleaned regularly & the house is well maintained.

We have been so lucky to stay here for a second time and this villa is just perfect. Everything you could possibly need with fantastic pool and ultra clean rooms. Perfect location for us with I-4 & US27 & US19 a few minutes away. Also for us is the security being in a gated area which is so quiet is important. Hope to return next year.

Pool heating not on when we arrived but sorted by mgm team. Heated to 86 degrees which is normal. However my wife and I always struggle with this temp, we accept that it was set at correct temp. Very quite area, and although away from the 192, we just set off earlier. Bed ok but by day 10 longing for our own bed, can't suit everyone. All in all our second stay here and we would definitely return.

We are just back home to Ireland after another superb stay in Janice& Stephen’s wonderful villa! It truly is magnificent; every single touch in the villa is done with so much thought! We had a great stay.the pool was amazing but not perfect clean when we arrived.The bed was comfortabel so is the large bathroom next to it.Location is a about 40 min to one our to Universal,so keep that in mind when want to stay here.The price however is perfect for what you get

Great place for family time

The house was so nice! Inviting, cozy, clean. Location was great. Communication was quick. The owners are in the UK and still got an answer. I sent messages through VRBO. So understanding and kind. Would recommend. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience your home away from home.

Great house

Property was very clean and in a nice location close to restaurants and shopping. The community is nice and quiet. House was as described and had all the amenities you need. The kitchen also has everything you need. The pool and spa are great. Really nice that the pool lights up at night.

Great villa with a giant pool

This was the second time we stayed here, we love the villa and the pool. It is located in a very quiet community and lots of restaurants and grocery stores are very close by. Perfect stay for families who love a pool home.

Lovely home

Wonderful home away from home! The layout was perfect for my daughter and I to each have our own room and the 4 grandchildren really enjoyed their colorful rooms. The pool and hot tub were so much fun and so refreshing after walking around Legoland each day. Clean home, comfortable and nicely decorated and maintained. We will be back.

Nice but Big Miss

The nice - Home was wonderful and everything advertised. We had all my grandchildren over for Thanksgiving and to enjoy pool time. The Big Miss - Unfortunately the pool was not usable due to not being heated until late evening on Friday. We paid for to the use of pool on all three days, but could only use it for about four hours last night at the home.

Well Worth It

The house more than met our needs. With two primary suites it was just what we needed since we were traveling with my mother that is 93. The house was very clean except the glasses in the cabinet which we had to wash. The pool was perfect for our granddaughter to have a good time. We did quite a bit of cooking and everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Villa with a perfect swimmingpool

We had a 2-week holiday, me, my wife and our 6 year old son, in this beautiful villa. The beds were very firm and good for sleeping, the furniture was somewhat comfortable, although for our taste the sofa was a bit soft and the table in front of it was on the small side. The swimming pool was great, we used it a lot and the water temperature was fine with an outside temperature of +30 degrees Celsius. The kitchen was nice, cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups and pans in abundance. The electric stove, oven, refrigerator with, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher were easy to operate and worked fine. The microwave also worked fine, but the operation was not very obvious. We also liked that Walmart and various restaurants were around the corner within a 15 minute drive. The travel time to the Disney, Universal parks and International Drive was acceptable at 30 minutes without traffic jams. The only thing that disappointed us was the high traffic pressure on US HW 27 and I4, this was not just during rush hour, this caused the travel time to increase considerably (up to 90 minutes), which we really had to take into account. The management agency that manages the maintenance of the villa responded very quickly and adequately to our reports of minor problems. The only thing they did not solve was the garbage container that did not have wheels, which made it a bit difficult to place the container on the street side.

Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. Loved the pool! My two little nephews had a blast...it was hard to keep their excitement down while playing in the pool. The house felt like home. Overall stay was perfect. Thank you.

Everything we needed

My son and I stayed here for an extended weekend. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part and secure.

Perfect Pool

The property was very nice. Pool was excellent. pool was heated as advertised. Nice large kitchen and bedrooms. Very clean. Take it serious about not leaving food out. There are very tiny ants that will come out if you leave food exposed. Owner probably does not know this. The faucet in master bedroom shower is broken. It needs a screw. It will work if you baby it. However it does not produce hot water. Only provides warm water. We didn’t have time to tell maintenance. I took showers in other bathrooms where the showers worked.

Thermometer is locked and freezing cold pool and “hot tub”

When we arrived to the property the temperature to the house was set at 74 and had a lock box on it. Messaged the owner to see about dropping temp to 72. We didn’t realize we needed to put the key back in the box at the front door, so guest services couldn’t come in. Why would a family put a key back outside not knowing who has access to the code leaving my family vulnerable? Went to swim and get in the hot tub both were about 60 degrees. Messaged owner and I was informed that we have to pay $50.00/day to have the heater put on. This was not included in the advertisement and it said there’s a “hot tub”. Picked up donuts in a box which were left on kitchen counter. Next day the donuts were covered in ants. Every communication with the owner we were reminded and asked if we’d read the welcome folder upon entrance. Final message I was told she lives in the UK and I need to communicate with property employees. Made me feel like my concerns were bothering her and to leave her alone. Overall we were extremely disappointed. My kids were more excited about having our own private pool than they were about Disney and they couldn’t enjoy that because it was freezing cold!

We both love Florida that we decided to buy our property in 2004. As it was a new build, we were able to hand pick all the the fixtures & fittings. We also designed the pool area & as we had small children knew what they would love. Hence the streamers & sprays plus the colour changing lights.

It would accommodate two families allowing them space & privacy. It was a new build & was not even built when we purchased it.
