We really enjoyed our stay here. Owners Silvia and Leonardo live on property and met us when we arrived. Silvia provided us with great information about the area and check-in was easy. Place was beautiful and has such great character. It is in a great location, and cars are not on road in front of apartment, so it was easy and enjoyable to get around. We highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay here. We will stay again when coming back to Florence! David and Grace P.

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet location where the locals live and enjoy the real Firenze. A short, easy, and safe walk to everything; we were able to enjoy all of the sites, dine at the best restaurants, and travel to Bologna, Venice, and, Rome via the train station very easily. We also took wonderful tours to wineries and the Florence countryside towns. At the end of the day, we were able to come home to a lovely place that was in a lively but quiet area with plenty to do. The communication with our host was so easy and she was very attentive. We have stayed in numerous properties and this rates as one of the best. My wife is a travel agent and would highly recommend it to her clients that don’t want the hustle and bustle of downtown locations. We will definitely recommend it and return! This is a perfect apartment, especially for two parties as the bedrooms are at each end of the apartment with the kitchen/living space in between, so there is a feeling of privacy for everyone. It's in an excellent location, in a genteel, untouristy neighbourhood and near a very excellent grocery store. It is well-equipped with everything you might need. The host is nearby but not intrusive and she responded immediately to every question. We were there for 2 weeks and it felt like home. The best!

The Rose Apartment

This was a lovely apartment in an excellent location. It had all the amenities that one would need including the charm of wooden beams and terra cotta flooring. Silvia was a wonderful host who was most accommodating and only a phone call away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in great location

This charming apartment was perfect for our visit to Florence. It is close to all the main attractions but on a quieter street with locally owned boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. Silvia was incredibly welcoming, helpful and gracious.
