Ce luxueux appartement de trois chambres est situé à l'entrée est de la vieille ville et offre une vue magique sur la mer Adriatique bleue et l'île de Lokrum. Situé à quelques pas de la plage de Banje et à proximité de la vieille ville, l’hôtel Excelsior, des boutiques et des restaurants offre l’appartement le meilleur de Dubrovnik à 1-2 minutes à pied.


L'appartement (144 m² + 50 m² de terrasse) est divisé en deux niveaux avec 3 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Le premier niveau comprend une chambre principale avec une salle de bains privative, une demi-salle de bains avec toilettes et lavabo, un grand salon / salle à manger, un coin repas avec une table pour six personnes et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four micro-ondes, four, réfrigérateur, bouilloire grille-pain, cafetière et lave-vaisselle. La terrasse offre une salle à manger avec un jacuzzi et une vue splendide.

Au deuxième niveau, vous trouverez une chambre lits jumeaux avec une salle de bains privative, une chambre double, une deuxième salle de bains, une salle de télévision avec un canapé-lit gigogne pouvant accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Hedera A19 ne dispose pas de parking privé. Un parking public est disponible dans la rue ci-dessous. Les équipements incluent: TV satellite et climatisation dans chaque chambre, cuisine entièrement équipée, chaîne hi-fi, lecteur DVD, Internet sans fil, connexion Ethernet, lave-vaisselle, four à micro-ondes, lave-linge, jacuzzi et coffre-fort.


Situé à l'entrée Ploce de la vieille ville, à une minute à pied des cafés, des distributeurs automatiques de billets, des boulangeries et des restaurants. L'appartement est idéal pour ceux qui cherchent à être à proximité du centre-ville. Banje Beach est juste en dessous de la propriété, plusieurs autres plages sont à 15 minutes à pied. Il y a un petit escalier extérieur (20 marches) menant à l'appartement. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Excellent place with an amazing view! This place did not disappoint in any way. We are planning to come back and will definitely stay here again. It is so close to shops and bakeries and maybe 10 minutes max to old town.

This apartment was amazing. Great location near the beach and only a four minute walk to the Old Town. Looks much better in person than in the photos. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best Vrbos we have stayed at. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. The views were amazing and the location was fantastic.It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Eastern gate. We were a family of 2 couples and 2 adult singles and there was plenty of space.walk

Amazing Location

Fantastic property, in an excellent location, with great views. Convenient to everything. Beach across the street. Old town and food within 5 minute walk. Beds were uncomfortable, and sheets and towels were very scratchy, with no extras, but everything else makes up for that. I would definitely return again and recommend.

Good stay in a great location

The location could not be beat, and the place was clean. Really nice spot! We asked for a slightly early check in but was not possible. Cleaning crew was still cleaning after check in time. would have hope for better views given some of the photos. Overall good place!

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay and the owners were very helpful throughout. The property was really clean and had everything we would need- even a toasty maker! We did ask for a second set of keys due to the groups of guests staying which was sorted for us. The location is great too, although we didn’t use the beach as it was too busy. We did venture to lokrum island which was a perfect day!

Location, location, location!

Great stay at this perfectly convenient spot overlooking the sea and the old town. The place was perfect for 2 families - clean and spacious! Tons of restaurants and things to do right outiside your front door! The only challenge we had was unloading and reloading all of our luggage from the transport van - as the street in front of the house is so narrow and busy. But we managed and worth it in the end for the convenience of being so close to everything!

I dare you to find a better location

Do you want the beach? The entrance to the stairs to a beach with chair rentals, restaurants and amazing water is maybe 20m from the entrance to the villa. Do you want Old Town? You’re a five minute walk from the more pleasant gate into the city. The villa itself is very nice, has all the amenities you’d want and has only a little noise from the streets. We had seven people and it was very comfortable for us all. We wracked our brain to try and think if there’s somewhere else we’d stay if/when we come back and the answer is no. Loved it here!

Emplacement ideal en famille

Lieu parfait pour un séjour en famille, tout accessible à pied. La voiture est d’ailleurs à bannir. La photo de la vue devrait être actualisé car la végétation a légèrement poussée. A conseiller.
