Casal di Mammoli est situé en Toscane à environ 6 km. de Lucca, une ancienne ville d'art, sur les douces collines ensoleillées de la région de Morianese où les oliveraies s'étendent des falaises et quelques maisons rustiques sont flanquées de vieux cyprès. Le bâtiment a été rénové dans les années 2011-2012 avec une opération minutieuse de récupération des matériaux et des personnages: l'extérieur en pierre, en partie en terre cuite ancienne et tous les sols supportés par de grandes poutres en bois. Complétez la maison rurale avec le four également en pierre et en brique noirci par la braise et la fumée
Il Forno est composé d'une cuisine; d'un salon donnant sur la vallée; trois chambres climatisées, deux doubles et une avec deux lits; une chambre simple; trois salles de bains, deux avec douche et une avec baignoire.

Paradise

If your looking for an amazing house in a quiet area this is the right place for you!! Shops and the beautiful town of Lucca just a stones throw away. Paola and Giorgio fabulous hosts and their olive oil is to die for. I’ve just spent an incredible week in this property with my family and I highly recommend it.

A gorgeous Italian vacation

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were 2 couples sharing and this property more than lived up to expectations. We had so much space and everything we could have needed was provided. The hosts were so lovely, welcoming, contactable and could not do enough for us. They were genuinely lovely people who wanted you to have the most perfect stay in their property. The space, the pool, the views .... I can't say in words how much we enjoyed our stay. If we can manage to return from Australia, we would definitely stay again ... next time for longer.

After sight seeing this is a quiet retreat with fabulous views and a perfect place to relax.

We were greeted by Giorgio and given a personal tour and introduction to the property as well as useful local advice together with some local bread and a bottle of his own produced olive oil. Giorgio had also produced an excellent guide to some fabulous locations away from the many "touristy" ones. The house is well appointed over three floors. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept soundly. The views are stunning and the garden gets the sun all day long, though there are shaded areas for those who need it. Would we stay there again? Absolutely

Merci à Giorgio et Paola pour leur accueil. Endroit calme et reposant tout en étant proche de Lucques et les beaux villages des environs. Superbe piscine, maison très bien aménagée avec le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.

Great value, wonderful apartment for 6

Our family stayed ad Il Forno for one week. The house is beautifully renovated, comfortable (good beds, airconditioning in all rooms but one), had a wonderful garden with splendid views on the Tuscan hills, and the cleanest pool I have ever seen. The other apartment's terrace is on the other side of the house, so each family has privacy. There is a large supermarket, a farmer and a restaurant nearby (all within 5 minutes' drive). The location is perfect to discover Tuscan towns such as Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, Barga, but Giorgio also has excellent ideas to explore the coast. We visited Cinque Terre for a day (1h20 drive to Portovenere). Giorgio and Paolo gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Don't forget to take some bottles of Giorgio's delicious olive oil home!

Très belle location avec vue sur la toscane

La maison est très grande, fraiche et fonctionnelle. 3 grandes chambres avec climatisation, 3 grandes salles de bain et tout le nécessaire pour se sentir chez soit. La piscine est magnifique, à débordement avec une superbe vue sur la Toscane. Transat, parasol et jeu gonflable sont à disposition. Georgio nous a réservé un super accueil avec des produits locaux et conseillé sur les visites et les caves aux alentours. Je conseille vraiment cette maison aux grandes familles, nos 4 enfants ont adorés ! Et nous aussi...

We werden ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren Giorgio en Paolo. Wat een vriendelijke, lieve en behulpzame mensen! Af en toe maakten zij een praatje zonder de privacy uit het oog te verliezen. Wij hebben zelden zo’n schoon appartement en zwembad gehuurd. De locatie van het huis is fantastisch! Vlakbij Lucca en door rust omgeven. Echt een aanrader!!

Sehr schönes und liebevoll gepflegtes Haus in toskanischen Stil und Anwesen mit Garten auf mehreren Ebenen und tollem Pool. Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage mit tollem Blick über die angrenzenden Berge mit Olivenhainen. Absolut zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeber/Vermieter die mit Rat und guten Tipps ( Restaurant, Ausflugsziele, Einkaufsmöglichkeit usw.) jederzeit behilflich sind. Ein toller Platz um die Seele baumeln zu lassen oder Kultur in den umliegenden Städten zu entdecken. Perfekte Bedingungen um Rennrad zu fahren.

Ein Ferienhaus zum Erholen und für Unternehmungen

Wir verbrachten mit drei Generationen 10 erholsame Urlaubstage im Casal di Mammoli. Das geräumige, gut eingerichtete Haus in ruhiger Lage, umgeben von Olivenhainen und Rebenfeldern, bot genügend Platz, der großzügige Pool und der gepflegte Garten ausreichend Gelegenheit zur Erholung. Hervorzuheben war der freundliche Empfang durch den Vermieter, der uns im Laufe des Aufenthalts jederzeit für Fragen bzw. mit Anregungen zur Verfügung stand. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Ort, fußläufig erreichbar ist ein kleiner Einkaufsladen für die morgendlichen Brötchen, zum Einkaufsmarkt sind es knapp drei Kilometer und in wenigen Minuten konnte die Stadt Lucca mit dem Auto erreicht werden, wobei wir die altertümliche Stadt mit der breiten Stadtmauer mehrmals besucht haben. Bei längeren Aufenthalten bieten sich auch Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa oder ans Meer an. Das Ferienhaus ist jederzeit zu empfehlen, wobei es auf die Zusammensetzung der Nutzer (jung oder alt) nicht ankommt.

Tolle Tage in einem tollen Haus

Wir warenbzu viert im Haus, alles hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Der Pool und die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge waren sehr toll. Die Nähe zu Lucca war optimal für tägliche Ausflüge, auch auf der Autobahn waren wir schnell um Ausflüge nach Carara, Pisa oder San Gimignano zu unternehmen. Giulio, Paola und Sohn Matteo sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber. Erwähnt sei noch das gute Fläschchen Olivenöl das in der Küche für uns bereit stand. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Haus wir haben die Tage sehr genossen, so können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen und falls es mal wieder möglich ist werden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Quiet peaceful retreat close to Lucca

We had a fabulous stay at this property over the summer. House has everything you need for a while time in Tuscany. Giorgio is very responsive and kind.

Great apartment in a beautiful setting

On arrival there was a warm welcome from Georgio, who provided lots of helpful information for our stay. The gift of home made olive oil and local bread was very thoughtful. The property was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and well equipped with lots of space to wear out an energetic 3 year old. The views from the property are stunning and it is a very peaceful place to recharge and relax. The gardens like the property were equally lovely and the swimming pool was a great way to cool off after a day exploring. We especially loved Lucca which thankfully was very close to the property and well worth visiting. We had a wonderful stay with our only regret being that we had only booked one week. It is rare for us to return to a holiday property, however this would be the exception and would recommend to friends and family.

A beautiful home in a lovely position with beautiful views and a very welcoming host.

We had a lovely week staying in Il Forno. Our host was very welcoming and kind. He brought us a present of his own olive oil and plums and happily gave advice on local activities when asked. The house has recently been renovated and is beautiful. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool. We hired a minibus which we found easier to park on the road as the gravel drive was quite steep and was shared with the family staying in the other part of the house; this wasn't a problem. We enjoyed walking down to the local shop each morning to buy delicious bread. We ate every meal outside enjoying the wonderful views. We would happily return!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren im Haus Il Forno. Es handelt sich um ein antikes Doppelhaus mit einem gemeinsamen Schwimmbad für beide Hälften. Während wir da waren, nutzten die Eigentümer die andere Haushälfte einige Tage selbst. Das Haus bietet großzügig Platz für eine große Familie (7 Betten). Die Qualität des Hauses ist ungewöhnlich hoch, die Renovierung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail durchgeführt, viel schöner als in den üblichen vermieteten Häusern. Dennoch ist das Haus robust und nicht übertrieben aufwendig gestaltet und deshalb auch für kleine Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist neu und sehr schön. Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Paola und Giorgio, die Eigentümer, sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich sehr, waren auch für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Tolles Haus

Casa di Mammoli ist von der Lage her ein guter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge wie Florenz, Pisa, Garfagnana etc. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in der Küche war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wir vermissen sie. Wir können das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen.

Das war Toskana pur - Super nette Vermieter

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung. Der Pool vom feinsten, original toskanisches Flair in der Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Das Dorf liegt ruhig gelegen, mit einem super Ausblick. Und obendrein einen super netten, freundlichen Vermieter. Giorgio....vielen Dank (mille grazie !)....
