Appartement de deux étages récemment rénové situé sur la Piazza di Campitelli, au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble du XVIe siècle avec une entrée indépendante, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.
2 chambres, 2 salles de bains (1 douche et 1 baignoire), cuisine entièrement équipée et salon avec canapé-lit double.
La maison est située au cœur de Rome - toutes les principales attractions sont accessibles à pied - et a été entièrement rénovée et meublée en février 2017. A / C, Wi-Fi, lave-vaisselle, laveuse / sécheuse fournis.

La propriété a été entièrement rénovée et meublée en février 2017 avec soin et attention aux détails pour conserver son caractère historique, offrant le confort des commodités modernes.
La propriété, sur deux niveaux (rez-de-chaussée et premier étage), d'environ 100 mètres carrés, dispose d'une entrée indépendante depuis la cour intérieure du bâtiment. Le rez-de-chaussée a un salon / salle à manger spacieux avec un canapé-lit double confortable, avec accès à la cuisine équipée avec tous les appareils et une salle de bain avec douche et laveuse / sécheuse.
Les escaliers mènent au premier étage avec une chambre double, une chambre avec deux lits simples (qui peuvent également être convertis en lit double) et une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche.

We had a wonderful trip. Niccola was so helpful and attentive in recommending restaurants and transportation. The pool was clean and such a refreshing afternoon treat with the hot June in 2026. We would stay here again.

The apartment was lovely. We did have a little challenge (as two 70 yr olds) managing the circular staircase.The master bed was great. The twins were pretty hard and I think the sofa mattress needs to be replaced.We had a little trouble with communication near arrival but I think it was Misunderstanding on our part.All in all the apartment wasLovely, convenient to walk everywhereAnd the neighborhood was great!We had a wonderful stay

The apartment is lovely and is in a great location, and we had a lovely stay. We only had two comments on how the apartment might be improved: 1. the kitchen has an induction stove, but we could only find 1 pot that works with an induction stove, so we could not really cook in the kitchen. It would be helpful if there were 2-3 pots that worked with the stove. 2. the spiral stairs are a little dangerous because the railing is a rope and the braces are pulling out of the wall. Since the stairs are very narrow, a strong railing is important. For safety it seems important to repair the railing or replace it with something other than rope. Many thanks!

This property is in an excellent location for walking to so many historic sites. We always felt safe day and night times. The spiral staircase to bedrooms upstairs is narrow but manageable. Timely responses in messages with host. We would stay at this apt again.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic home base while exploring the city. The location was truly exceptional. We were within walking distance of so many of Rome’s iconic sites, and there were countless restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It made sightseeing easy and allowed us to fully experience the charm and energy of the city.The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for our stay. One thing future guests should be aware of is that there are quite a few stairs to navigate. It wasn’t an issue for our family, but anyone with mobility concerns or difficulty climbing stairs may want to keep that in mind when booking.We did experience an issue with the internet during our stay, but what impressed us most was how the host handled it. They were responsive, communicative, and worked hard to make things right. That level of customer service and concern for their guests really stood out and was greatly appreciated.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Between the unbeatable location, comfortable accommodations, and a host who genuinely cares about their guests’ experience, this apartment helped make our trip to Rome memorable. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

Urlaub im historischen Palazzo

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Palazzo Caetani-Lovatelli ist wunderschön- etwas Besonderes. Alte Stiche von Rom an den Wänden sind ein Genuss für jeden, der Rom liebt. Dieser Atmosphäre entspricht das Viertel Campitelli/Sant‘Angelo, mit alten Palästen und Kirchen. Die Gegend um die Piazza di Campitelli ist zentral, auch von der Verkehrsanbindung, aber noch relativ ruhig, was im immer voller werdenden Rom sehr angenehm ist. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch zahlreiche Restaurants. Ich gebe dieser zauberhaften Wohnung keine 5 Sterne, weil es etwas an der Sauberkeit gefehlt hat. Bei der Endreinigung sollten vielleicht auch die Fußböden mal feucht gewischt werden. Alles Übrige war aber tadellos. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen.

Overall excellent experience and really loved the location for our 3 day family trip with 4 kids 11-21. Three nice beds and air conditioning worked great. Property manager was also fantastic.

fantastic central location

My husband, son, and daughter in law spent a very memorable week in April at Campitelli fascinating apartment. The location right on the Piazza Campitelli was just beyond convenient and wonderful. The gorgeous Santa Maria in Portico in Campitelli Church is about 50 yards away...very convenient for Mass first thing at 7:30 or in the evening at 6:30. The ruins of the Teatro Marcellus are, literally, right around the corner and are quite extensive. I can't believe the guidebooks dont talk more about it. Capitoline Hill and the very beautiful Santa Maria Aracoeli church is about 3 blocks away. Please do not miss this church! Walk behind the church for an incredible view of the Roman Forum. You can buy a combo ticket at the Mamertine and enter only, not exit, the Forum from there. The ticket will also get you into the Colosseum. Il Gesu was also about 3 blocks away. They offer Mass there about 5 times throughout the day. Largo Argentina ( taxis) and the Pantheon area is a ten minute walk. We were VERY thrilled with the location of the apartment, and Lele was just wonderful and was very responsive to any and all communication. Our only concern about the apartment was the noise level...apparently the apartment lies at the corner of two regularly traversed streets. It was particularly noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. People were still walking right under our windows yelling, talking loudly, at 2 am, as if it were 2 pm. This kept me up at least 2 nights which was not good at all, and so if you are a light sleeper like I am, this might not be the place for you. I need to mention one other thing: the apartment has a very narrow spiral staircase not shown in photos. It was actually quite a challenge for me going up and down it...I am 62, but really we all felt it was a little much and kind of dangerous...I had to partially unload my suitcase so that my husband could get it up the stairs. Also, the upholstered furniture needs to be replaced...we were constantly pushing the bottom cushions back onto the frames...this was a pain to wake up to and come home to after an exhausting day. In conclusion, A+ for location and Lele, B/ B- for noise and stairs. I would rent again if I were 30 years younger, lol. Thank you, Lele, for all your help and for arranging transportation to and from Fiumicino!

Great spacious apartment.

Plenty of space for 2 couples. Centrally located...we were able to walk to most sites. Very well decorated and very open and airy. Kitchen was missing a toaster and coffee press and we had problems working the stove top. The apartment is 2 floors which made sleeping quiet and comfortable. However, to get to the 2nd floor you were required to use spiral stairs. It wasn't a problem for us, but for those with disabilities and/or health issues it would be problematic. The information on the site should clearly point the steps out.
