Dans le coeur de Rome, cet appartement du troisième étage se trouve dans un bâtiment historique des années 1800, à seulement quelques pas et avec une vue imprenable sur le Colisée et certains des plus célèbres monuments romains. Récemment rénové trois salles de bains et deux chambres lofts, il est entièrement meublé avec 1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit double (pouvant loger 6). Nouveaux appareils de la cuisine, de la climatisation et de chauffage, téléphone et télévision. Cafetière américaine et italienne machine à café expresso.

Restaurants et cafés idéalement situés tout autour du bâtiment; distance de marche de monuments historiques (tels que la Fontaine de Trevi, la place d'Espagne et le Panthéon) et les zones commerçantes les plus chics de Rome (Via del Corso, Via Veneto, Via del Babuino). Bel appartement

Très bien situé ce qui facilite l’organisation de nos vacances. La personne qui c’est occupée de nous à notre arrivée était très gentille et a prit le temps de tout expliquer le fonctionnement des appareils dans l’appartement!

Amazing location!

Great place. perfect for families with the lofts in the apartment!biggest con was the stairs. that first trek up those, with luggage, after a long flight, can be very very difficult. Vrbo says check out is at 11am, the cleaning crew tried coming in at 10am like says in instructions in apartment. so maybe they should change that on the vrbo website.

nice place very convenient 4 floor walk up

This is a great place - only drawback is 4 floors up and 4 of the 6 sleeping spots are up a pretty tight circular staircase.Plenty of great restaurants around and it is literally across the street from the coliseum. Half hour wawy from both airports.Would use again.

Family Rome vacation

We have some great things to say and some not so great. Over all it worked for us. However if you can't walk up 90 steps, don't like loud downtown noises of trains cops ambulances and people, and have a hard time with smelly water, this place is not for you. If you are flexible, are ok with steps that are tough, like the city sounds all night and day, then you're good to go. Besides all that, the location is perfect for Romes history district. Easy access to Uber, trains, buses, and taxies. Great for groceries, restaurants, and attractions. Good home for 4 rooms of individuals to sleep alone. Enough space to relax in-between going and doing things. It worked for us, but glad no one else was with us, it would not have worked. The teens used the lofts. Of which there are 3.

The apartment is in front of the Colosseo, in the downtown city. For smelly water, I called the plumber.

Great location

Family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed in July 2024. Location is perfect - right across from the Colosseo. We took the train (~45 euro) from the airport and metro (~10 e) to get there in about 1 hour. Be mindfull that there are 82 steps (4 stories) to climb to the appartment. The appartment was well appointed with lots of room for all of us. The AC was working great (thank god). We cooked a few times - there is a Carrefour Express about 2 min away - so very convinient. There are also many restaurants (tourist traps or not) around the location. The closeness to it all made for enjoyable visiting days and even better lazy strolls at night. I definetely recommend this rental and would go back again.

Great location, very clean!

We really enjoyed our stay here, and the host was very nice and communicative! It was clean and in a great location, literally right across the street from the Colosseum. It was super walkable to nearby restaurants and such. It was a pretty crowded area, so if that's not your thing, it might be less enjoyable. But we loved that it was so close to everything! We also LOVED the AC in the place! That was very appreciated. Two bathrooms too, which is a rarity in Europe VRBOs, etc. Be warned, it's on the third or fourth floor of the building and there is no elevator to it. So prepare to be climbing some stairs. But overall, it was a really great place and the host was great! Thanks so much!

Great location; and nice apartment with interesting layout. Travelled with our two teens and they loved it - having their own ‘rooms’ up separate spiral staircases. As others have said; there’s a few steps to climb to the apartment (82 according to my kids) but not too onerous. It’s a busy area so a bit of street noise, but worth it (for us) to see the colosseum outside the front door. We visited during a very hot spell but the apartment stayed cool as the air conditioning worked well. Highly recommend this place.

Colosseum adjacent

The "Prior to entry" requirements should be stated in the 1st message back to the people that reserve this site. The property owner/manager did not disclose that we needed citizenship proof until the morning of our reservation. His communication timeliness was not the best. He also did not disclose the need for it prior to entry. About the property itself. owner/manager should disclose that 87 steps up are required to get to where the rental is located. On the positive side the apartment was nicely appointed and the AC was great.

A fantastic stay surrounded by Ancient Rome

We chose this apartment for our family because having the Colosseum and Roman Forum right outside the door is simply unbeatable!! Our children were absolutely awestruck every single day :) The apartment itself is charming and spacious. We had everything we needed and slept well. Check-in was very straightforward and our host was responsive and helpful. A taxi stand is out front, as well as the metro, bus, great restaurants, and a market. Thank you for having us and we hope to come again.

A fantastic place to stay

This location was fantastic! You walk out the door and the colosseum is right there. It is close to the metro and the bus. There are lots of delicious restaurants close by. There are a lot of stairs to climb, and there were some points at night that it was a bit noisy outside, but the location made it spectacular, and I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend!

Excellent location, but not too good for anyone with mobility issues, lots and lots of stairs. Only real issue apart from the stairs is a kettle would be ideal especially if you like tea.

Perfect location

This is an amazing location, across the street from the Colosseum. The building is older, but that adds to the charm. Check in and out was very easy.

October stay in Rome

We stayed at the very beginning of October. The property is in an unbeatable location, in central Rome. Our children loved having their own loft bedrooms. Check in was easy and the hosts were extremely helpful. There are lots of stairs to climb to get to the apartment , and lots of traffic noise, but the location is phenomenal!!

Excellent Colloseum Location

If you are visiting Rome, this us a must rent apartment. Everything was perfect for my family of six. Cannot beat the location with a grocer steps away. The bonus washing machine and air conditioning was fantastic. Rent this and you will not regret it. Charming!
