Il suffit de sortir et vous ĂȘtes tous sur la plage, oĂč vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomĂštres le long des plus belles plages d'Anglesey.

Cette propriĂ©tĂ© fraĂźche et aĂ©rĂ©e comprend un salon, une cuisine et une salle Ă  manger au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, tous meublĂ©s et entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©s Ă  un niveau trĂšs Ă©levĂ©. L'atmosphĂšre ouverte est encore renforcĂ©e par deux ensembles de portes-fenĂȘtres donnant sur l'espace extĂ©rieur amĂ©nagĂ© et amĂ©nagĂ©, vous permettant de faire entrer l'extĂ©rieur et d'admirer certaines des meilleures vues de l'Ăźle. Une chambre Ă  deux lits, une buanderie et une salle de douche familiale sont Ă©galement Ă  cet Ă©tage.

Au premier Ă©tage, il y a deux chambres doubles, une avec salle de douche et une autre salle de bains familiale. Ces deux piĂšces sont incroyablement lumineuses et aĂ©rĂ©es grĂące Ă  de nombreuses fenĂȘtres et, bien sĂ»r, Ă  des vues plus fabuleuses! Un deuxiĂšme salon Ă  cet Ă©tage offre un bel espace de dĂ©tente et de confort. Les portes-fenĂȘtres donnant sur le balcon en font une piĂšce idĂ©ale pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue sur la baie.

À l'avant de la propriĂ©tĂ©, il y a un parking pour 2 voitures et un espace jardin supplĂ©mentaire.

Perfect beach location with amazing views

We have stayed many times in Niwl Y Mor, our favourite pet friendly property in Rhosneigr, we keep returning there for its perfect location and stunning sea views. The house is warm and welcoming, well equipped and spacious for the two of us with our dog. We have noticed subtle changes every time we return, the most recent is the newly refurbished downstairs shower room, nice but could have brighter lighting. The new sofa upstairs is smaller and not as comfortable as the old one. On a practical note, we feel that a shoe rack would be useful in the hallway or under the stairs and the microwave should be relocated to the kitchen. Can’t wait to go back next month!

Xmas Stay on the Beach

The location is literally on the beach with some great walks when you are out and great views when you are in. The house itself has all amenities and we cooked a full Xmas dinner with ease. If thats not for you there are some good pubs and cafes within 10 minutes walk that we found very warm and friendly. Back to the house, we relaxed in warm and comfortable rooms and the smart TV and WiFi kept everyone entertained. We look forward to staying here again.

Fabulous Niwl Y Mor!

Perfect week in Rhosneigr, back to our favourite place and so lucky with the weather! We love this accommodation for its location on the beach, amazing views and stylish decoration. Our dog too always enjoy being there. Looking forward to returning for another relaxing stay end of April.

Great location

The house is great in a fantastic location and we have booked it again for next year because we enjoyed the house, the village and Anglesey in general. The only issue was that both the sliding doors to the patio area were not working which meant access to the back of the house and beach was via the front door and there was no way to get fresh air into the kitchen area. Hopefully that’s sorted quickly for future guests.

 our third stay there this year. So spacious and relaxing with direct access to the beach. We had a fabulous week in Rhosneigr as always. Our dog loved it too!

Fantastic location

Mini break with our adult kids, fabulous location being right on the beach, we were out paddle boarding every day in the sheltered bay. Clean modern house, very warm, comfy beds and lovely hot showers, would highly recommend.

A fabulous house with generous, well-equipped accommodation, overlooking the beautiful coastline around Rhosneigr. A minute's stroll through the dunes and you're on the beach. Perfect for a family holiday.

Stunning location

Third time staying here, stunning location and view. Lovely house, perhaps looking a bit tired in places and still not a fan of carpet in en-suite. Maintenance man called to fix door and we were pre warned by customer care. He was lovely. Just such a lovely place to enjoy the beach and sit on balcony or deck with glass of wine and snacks.

Once again a fantastic week staying in this lovely property, amazing location on the beach, stunning view and so relaxing! Our dog Dougie also loves the immediate access to the beach. We always enjoy being there so much that we have booked it again for September and next March

A few days at Niwl Y Mor

We had the perfect short stay at Niwl Y Mor. The accommodation was great everything we could possibly need and a nice welcome basket was a lovely touch. A short walk to Rhosneigr along the beach with a few shops, bars and eateries was everything we needed. By far the best thing was the location and magnificent views across the beach we didn't want to leave and would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked out. An excellent property and we will be back as soon as possible.

Loved it!!

What a great location!! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Niwl Y Mor. We loved the access to the beach and village centre. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We spent every evening in the upstairs lounge just looking at the view. All in all one of the best properties we have stayed in.

I didn’t want to leave

This property is absolutely stunning, set in a breathtaking area! The facilities are fantastic, and having three bathrooms was such a game-changer. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And the best part? Watching the sunset every evening with a glass of wine in hand – pure bliss!

Lovely property in stunning location

This is one of the best located properties we’ve been lucky enough to stay in. It’s right by the sea - step off the sheltered decking area and a few steps through the dunes and you’re on a beautiful beach. The house is spotlessly clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. It is beautifully decorated with what I’d call a classy seaside theme. Even rainy days were great as the upstairs lounge looks over the sea and has a sheltered balcony. We thought it was quite expensive but worth every penny.

Perfect location right on the beach!

We loved our week right on the beach but also v quiet. So easy to walk out in bare feet! Dog loved it too but be aware garden not enclosed. The living room and balcony upstairs give amazing views and feeling of space. Main bedroom had smallest bathroom and no wardrobe but other than very comfortable. Loved the welcome pack to arrive to.

The view

So let me start this by saying you are paying for the view, this is absolutely breathtaking and I spent every evening just watching the world go by. The beach is right there but has a steep slope which is soft sand and difficult if you struggle but is quick to get down. The house itself is quite nice and has everything needed. We had a couple of issues which we contacted the company with, firstly one of the main glass back doors would not open so couldn't be used, second was the frying pans which were badly damaged and unusable but they were replaced whilst we were there, third was the awedul smell of urine in the master bedroom shower room which has carpet down in and unpleasant. I was told it would be deep cleaned. Overall though we had a lovely stay as it was a treat for my 40th birthday and 20th wedding anniversary we spent a bit more than normal on our holiday but I wouldn't stay here again at the price it is as I don't think it's worth it compared to others in the area we have stayed in. I can't fault the company though they always do their best.

Fantastic beach house

Wow what a great week we had in this fantastic beach house. The location should have a much higher rating! As it says in the blurb you don’t need the television as the views are so amazing. We were so lucky with the weather and were treated to some beautiful sunsets. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of places to sit inside and outside. We hope to stay there again. Amazing view

We spent a great week at this cottage there were only two of us and our dog, so very spacious.The cottage is very comfortable and warm, we did have an issue with the iPlayer and catch up which was sorted quickly, there were no details explaining how to switch on another EE box which would be very easy and save time. The water is definitely not hot enough, as there were only two people the water should have been plenty. The huge bath I only filled about 4 inches max but the water was never hot enough. The welcome pack which was very hyped was a bit mean, 3 loo rolls for what would a week for 6 people! Only 5 dishwasher tablets etc etc. I have mentioned before that there should be some kitchen towels otherwise the fat used in frying pan could clog and block the sink. It would be useful to have some antibacterial spray and cleaning things like loo cleaner. I have and always will strip beds where ever I stay even travel lodge and hotels, I do feel it’s a bit much being asked and text to strip beds before leaving. Having said that this is an amazing cottage very quiet relaxing and peaceful and the best views on the island although I feel very over priced. But would recommend to anyone with money no issue.

Stunning location

Wonderful house with fantastic views from upstairs lounge. Great for our dog that we could go straight onto the beach. Love that you can just walk into the village to try lovely places to eat out. Only slight downside, we would love a king size bed in the main bedroom. Thankfully we didn't need any assistance from agent, but the booking process etc was all very good. We would highly recommend this lovely house, and booking with Rhosneigr holiday letting. Thank you.
