Maison de pêcheur pleine de charme et de caractère, Tyn Lon est l’une des propriétés originales de Rhosneigr, située sur une voie tranquille à l'écart du brouhaha, à quelques minutes de la plage et à quelques pas du centre du village.

Avec des tas de caractéristiques d'époque, cette propriété a une charmante simplicité ayant été agrandie et rénovée avec sympathie pour vous assurer que vous ne serez pas à court de confort domestique ou de commodités modernes.

Avec un grand parking hors route pour voitures et bateaux, cette propriété bénéficie d'un jardin entièrement clos, idéal pour profiter d'un barbecue ou d'un repas en plein air. Pour les journées plus fraîches ou venteuses, détendez-vous dans le confort douillet du solarium idéalement placé pour vous permettre d’avoir un œil sur votre livre tout en gardant l’œil sur les enfants qui jouent à l’extérieur.

Le grand et léger restaurant de la cuisine est un espace généreux et bien aménagé, qu’il s’agisse d’un pique-nique ou d’un repas familial complet. L'ambiance du salon confortable avec un poêle à bois donne envie de tirer les rideaux et de la garder confortable, quelle que soit la saison!

Le logement comprend une chambre double avec lit king-size, une chambre avec lits superposés supplémentaires et une salle de bain familiale (avec douche électrique dans la baignoire).

Lovely cottage in a great location

Short walk to the beach and facilities of Rhosneigr. Cottage well equipped with a lovely ;large kitchen diner, comfortable bed and cosy sitting room. The only disappointments were the bathroom where the rusty radiator was inadequate and the TV which a was not a 'smart' TV as described on the website.

We’re really pleased you enjoyed the cottage, particularly the spacious kitchen diner, comfortable bed and cosy sitting room, as well as the convenient location for the beach and Rhosneigr. We’re sorry that the bathroom and TV were disappointing. The TV was an older-generation smart TV, but we completely appreciate that it no longer met the standard guests would expect from that description. We have actually replaced it this week with a new, larger and much better-quality smart TV. We also apologise for the condition of the bathroom radiator. The bathroom is already scheduled for improvement works once the main season has finished, and the radiator forms part of those planned works. Thank you again for your helpful feedback. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future so you can enjoy the improvements we’re making.

Summer Break with my Furry Friend

Perfect place to escape hustle and bustle.. Lovely rustic fisherman's cottage-clearly loved. Enough space for visitors-well equipped kitchen,fabulous secure garden not over looked and in a peaceful area of the village... Would definitely recommend-had a great summer stay and imagine in winter it would be super cosy with the wood burner.

Third stay at Tyn Lon

We love this cottage and it’s our third stay here, the location is perfect for us, the garden is great !! However It could do with a bit of tlc the bbq area and raised bed at the back just need a bit of love Inside and is great the spaces are amazing but again there is quite a lot of damp within the property bathroom area which didn’t cause us any issues but does need addressing. Apart from that we will be booking this accomodation again sometime in the future ️

Superb Location, Comfortable Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anglesey. The location of the cottage could not have been better; literally down the road, round the corner and along to the beach for lovely morning walks with the dog. Also only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Rhosneigr, with its cafes, restaurants, useful shop and another beach. in addition, in close proximity (again a 10 minute walk) to The Oyster Catcher,(completely dog friendly), where we enjoyed coffee and two meals. The cottage itself had a lovely, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and bedroom and a very useful porch entrance, where we could store boots and outdoor shoes. The only let down was the bathroom, which was dated and had one wall and radiator badly in need of a lick of paint, so even if a complete makeover was not possible, simply doing that job would cheer it up. Also there was no shaver point, which we needed to charge an electric toothbrush. The garden was well enclosed, ideal for the dog. All in all a really lovely base from which there is easy access on excellent roads, to all of Anglesey and beyond.

We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay and made the most of the cottage’s fantastic location, particularly those morning walks to the beach with the dog and having Rhosneigr and The Oyster Catcher within easy walking distance. It’s also lovely to hear that you found the cottage comfortable and well equipped, and that the enclosed garden and entrance porch worked particularly well for you and your four-legged companion. Thank you for your comments about the bathroom. The cottage is over 200 years old and we have recently been dealing with a particularly persistent roof leak, which needed to be fully resolved before redecorating the affected areas. Thankfully, that work has now been completed and the owner has already scheduled improvements to the bathroom over the coming weeks. We’ll also pass on your useful comment regarding a shaver point. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We’re pleased the cottage proved such a lovely base for exploring Anglesey and beyond, and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

Yet another stay in this cosy little cottage so close to the beach .lovely comfy bed and a spotless large kitchen cosy and warm plus a driveway for the car and a nice lawn for the dog to play on Will be back.next year

My Second Visit to This Lovely Cottage

I returned to Tyn Lon for a second year as I enjoyed my stay so much the first time. The location is brilliant - the beach is just round the corner, which is really handy for the dogs walks. It's a short walk to the cafes and shops, which is great, as it's lovely and quiet but has the conveniences nice and close. It's a great location for exploring the rest of Anglesey, but the location is so lovely that you might not want to leave!

Holiday that was not a holiday

Unfortunately the second day I was admitted to Bangor hospital. Anglesey Holiday lettings were very helpful. They sorted out booking an extra 2 nights so my partner could use as a base and continue visiting. We have visited tyn several times now and will deffo be coming back

Another Tyn Lon visit

We have stayed here several times. Comfortable little cottage . There was a problem one morning with no hot water but maintenence team were there within the hour and problem sorted

Great location and facilities, but the cottage has quite a bit of damp and does smell of damp a lot, the bathroom in particular and the paint was pealing off the walls very badly.

Lovely Cottage In a Perfect Location

Lovely cottage in a perfect location, a few minutes walk to the town and beaches, great added bonus of a good sized garden and parking, the cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, good quality towels and bedding and a lovely welcome package, I would definitely recommend and we will return in the future

Lovely property, great location

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Tyn Lon is a stone's throw from beaches, walks and amenities and it's in a peaceful location. It is well equipped and the bed is super comfy! The Anglesey Holiday team responded kindly and efficiently to a couple of small issues, sorting them out quickly.

Super little cottage

A lovely place to stay , very warm and cosy and great location .The furniture is lovely obviously newly purchased and the bed was super comfy and the kitchen spacious and well stocked An easy walk to the local dog friendly Oyster Catcher .

Lovely cottage

We went a week in Tyn Lon . What a beautiful cottage. It’s really well equipped and warm. It is handy to walk to the oyster catcher the beach ( which our Yorkshire terriers loved) and a short walk to lovely coffee shops .

Pretty cottage . Well equipped great kitchen space . Good location lovely garden. Quality linen and great for holiday stay. App was good , choice of more cost effective places to eat would have been appreciated. Would stay again and recommend

New Year break

We enjoyed a lovely week at Tyn Lon over New Year. It's a really quaint little cottage but really well equipped and with modern amenities. It was lovely and cosy to come back into after walking on the beach. Would love to come back in summer and utilise the outdoor area.

Lovely cottage

Great cottage in a brilliant location close to the beach and facilities in Rhosneigr. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. Some of the beams and doorways are quite low, which made it a bit difficult for our tall family, but apart from that we were very happy with it.
