Spacieux 2 chambres (une chambre Ă  coucher est un loft), 2 salle de bain condo. zone Cozy, confortable famille pour la tĂ©lĂ©vision et les jeux. Voyez quelques-uns des meilleurs couchers de soleil sur l'Ăźle Hatteras tout en profitant d'un cocktail sur le nouveau pont spacieux aprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage. 3 minutes Ă  pied de la plage. Parfait pour une famille ou 2 couples. À distance de marche de grands restaurants, des glaces et des magasins. A moins d'une mile de la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche Avon. Piscine et tennis inclus Ă  la piscine de Kinnakeet Shores, situĂ©e Ă  3 km au sud du quartier de Kinnakeet Shores, derriĂšre le Food Lion. Le quai est une propriĂ©tĂ© privĂ©e. C’est gĂ©nial Ă  regarder, mais ce n’est pas disponible pour nous.
Nous sommes une location du samedi au samedi du week-end du Memorial Day au week-end de la fĂȘte du Travail. 4 nuits minimum en basse saison.

This place was perfect — exactly what we were looking for! The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing with a gorgeous view of the sound. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved having the kayaks available — it made our trip extra special. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The property was as advertised, appeared very clean and comfortable. Great views, quiet neighborhood. Only complaint was a dead and dried hornet And a large dead roach first thing i saw upon going into the condo hallway, fortunately didnt see any other pests during stay. Overall I have to give it at least a 4 star rating.

Great condo in Avon

Perfect stay in this condo for my family. The condo was spacious, well appointed, and so clean! Sound view from back doors and balcony was spectacular, and very convenient location to beach, restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream. My boys loved the loft, access to pool a short drive away, and kayaks. Communication and check-in were smooth. Hope to stay again!

Amazing place to stay

I’ve stayed here multiple times and always come back. The condo is amazing, the view of the sound is breathtaking, and there are kayaks to enjoy. The location is great too and a close walk to the beach.

Beautiful view of the Sound

Lovely sunsets from the porch. Very clean and pleasant unit with a great little kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa. Close walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay again here. Thank you.

Cove Breeze has always been a winner for me. Convenient, clean, quite. Dealing with the owner (Dan) is simple and efficient. He is responsive to any needs.This is my go to for spring and fall fishing trips.

Great location, clean with great views

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway to the Outer Banks. The location was close to the beach, very clean and the host was great. We loved the outdoor deck in the evening to watch the sunset and sip some wine. Highly recommend if you're looking to plan a trip to Avon!

Property is a great central location. Beautifully and simply decorated with every essential you need. Loved the book shelf with a great selection books. Sunset from the balcony was stunning!

Favorite vacation spot.

Second time staying here. Will come back. Perfect spot to stay. Walking distance to beach and to a great restaurant. Beautiful view from balcony. Condo clean and its like being home. Highly recommend this place.

I didn't want to leave! The condo was super clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the spiral staircase and staying in the loft. They said it was like sleeping in a treehouse. The beds were very comfortable and again, it was very CLEAN, which is important to me personally. I had no need to reach out to Dan. We were completely set. Location was great. Neighbors were very nice. Beautiful view of the sound. Kayaks. We come to Avon very often, and I will definitely book here again. It was a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

Work Trip

Great clean property. Dan was super nice and had the house all ready. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and groceries. I came for work but family joined me for the weekend. Pool facilities were close by and real nice. Would recommend for sure!

We are the original owners for this awesome condo! Renovated 2023 with new flooring, kitchen cabinets and granite countertops!. The beach is a short 4 minute walk. Restaurants and shops are also walking distance. Great condo that sleeps 4.
