I really do hate to nit pick but just be aware this is a 2d floor unit with no elevator. The sofa and chair apoear to be patio furniture and not comfortable at all and very difficult to get up being so low to the floor. The bath tub would not enpty so stoid in dirty water to shower. Made maint. Aware and it was fixed the next. Plug for the bath room sink was hanging from a chain and look like mold on it. Not enough TP but some was brought when the tub was snaked. The bed made a noise underneath everytime you moved. You have to empty 2 dehumidifers each day. This is not concerning the unit but we left before daylight and going down steps was black/dark with no lights. Very dangerous!

This was a super cute and spacious place to stay. Very conveniently located next to shops and restaurants, we were able to walk from our door to lunch in less than 5 min. Communication with the host was very attentive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again.

Great location! There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance and even more are just a short drive away. We could walk to the sound or the beach in just a few minutes. Condo was spotlessly clean. It was perfect for the two of us.

Location and management were great. The bed was comfortable and clean as well. However, the air quality of the unit was very poor. There is a musty smell in the unit. Additionally, the kitchen implements and portions of the bathroom were not particularly clean. Overall, the unit is serviceable but I would not recommend a long stay.

Lovely condo. We have stayed at the villas at hatteras before and absolutely love the location. Was able to check in early but was a bit annoyed that they only gave 1 toilet paper roll and literally 1 trash bag. Would have loved to know in advance that there was only one as we would have brought more and would have been totally fine with that but not knowing there was another toilet paper roll when we literally needed it in the moment truly sucked.

Don’t stay here

Check in process was great, the location is beautiful. Convenience to shops and the beach was awesome. HOWEVER, the condo has a moisture problem. I noticed this by the musty smell upon entering and the dehumidifiers running in each room. The dehumidifiers need to be emptied at least once a day. When I saw this my heart sank, but I still gave it a chance. After 3 days, my family became extremely ill, we are immunocompromised due to a degenerative disease making us more susceptible to mold.When the sickness started, that’s when I found the mold. Sent pics to the owner and property manager and had to check out early. These were extreme symptoms. The mold was everywhere, the ac units, behind the smoke alarms, and on the walls. I’m assuming it was in the furniture and mattress as well due to the severity of it in the ac unitsThe owner is claiming it was simply dirt and not mold, regardless it was dirty and made my family very sick. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Perfect OBX Getaway

The apartment and location was absolutely fantastic. The inside was spotless and came with all the cooking utensils you would need for a tiny little apartment stay! The facility itself was absolutely fantastically, clean and located in a perfect spot. The pool was much larger than I expected and spotless as well! You can tell that the managers of the complex take great pride in their facility. We had a one bedroom with a pullout couch that worked perfectly for us and our son. We did not receive the automatic email for check in details, but the host answered her phone on the third ring and gave us everything that we needed immediately. She was gracious and extended the offer for us to call with any concerns. There were very clear details in the unit of how to contact the on-site property manager and get support if needed. But we did not need it. We would absolutely recommend this place to all of our couple friends or small family friends and would love to stay here again. The price of this unit was so extremely fair.

Clean, Spacious and amenities are great!

We had a great stay at this cozy seaside condo! The decor was very calming and relaxing - and every morning it was just so quiet
 We woke up to the birds pleasantly chirping! The condo was super clean and literally shiny! :) 
 the kitchen had everything we needed, and the AC worked great - which one can appreciate with the burning summer sun of OBX! 
 there were also lots of extra fans and bedding, which we really appreciated since we need a wind tunnel environment and 20 pillows on our bed at all times! The host was also very pleasant, friendly and she even surprised us by letting us know the condo was ready a couple hours early! Thanks for a great stay - We’ll be back for sure!

Hatteras 1 bedroom condo

The condo was great for myself - plenty of space, very clean, responsive owner, and great location, near ferry and beach parking lot.A couple of minor things to mention - I did not receive the unlock code in the check in instructions and called the owner on check in day to get it. I couldn't get the live cable tv channels to work.Overall, it was a wonderful time in Hatteras and the Outer Banks!

Good and bad

Very nice spacious condo, very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Very nice quiet area. Original listing stated that there was a pool. We chose this condo in part because of the pool. After our arrival we discovered the pool is only open from Memorial Day until Labor Day (we were there from 5/14-5/21). Text message to host went unanswered. 24 hours later another text message went unanswered. 24 hours later I spent nearly 2 hours on phone with VRBO to get this resolved. VRBO secured us a partial refund. The host’s refusal to respond to my messages is unacceptable.

This property was very clean, quiet and perfect. The owner has everything you need to make your stay perfect and was very responsive to any questions. Just a short walk over to the beach, beautiful sunsets, good places to eat nearby. Our stay was wonderful.
