Marlow House

Située dans le charmant quartier historique des arts du centre-ville de Delray Beach, à quelques pas des fabuleux restaurants de Pineapple Grove, cette nouvelle et spacieuse maison de trois chambres et trois salles de bains offre une retraite reposante après une journée passée à visiter la fabuleuse Delray Beach.

Décontracté et confortable, le Marlow House propose un intérieur récemment décoré avec du carrelage magnifique, une cuisine récemment rénovée et des petites attentions dans l’ensemble de la maison pour rendre votre séjour agréable. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un dîner gastronomique ou dîner en plein air sur l’énorme porche. La vaste cour est parfaite pour un barbecue entre amis ou en famille et dispose de beaucoup d’espace pour se détendre et profiter du plein air de la Floride.

En dehors de votre porte arrière, vous trouverez un jardin luxuriant avec une nouvelle piscine d’eau salée et un spa. La piscine peut être chauff��e moyennant des frais supplémentaires et le bain à remous est chauffé gratuitement. L'eau cristalline et les sièges magnifiques vous permettront, à vous et à votre famille, de vous amuser à la maison, en ville ou à la plage!

La maison peut accueillir 8 personnes et est équipée de 2 lits king size, d'un lit queen size et d'un lit gonflable queen. Il y a une télévision à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale. La maison dispose également de la climatisation centrale, laveuse et sécheuse, câble et télévision Netflix. Il est facile de passer la journée à la plage, car Marlow House est à seulement 1,6 km et des chaises de plage, une glacière et un parasol sont fournis.

Tout cela à quelques pas de savoureux restaurants, de super boutiques et de la vie nocturne animée d��Atlantic Avenue et de Pineapple Grove.

We had an amazing long mom’s weekend at Marlow House. The property was very clean and incredibly well stocked. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet place within walking distance from all that Delray Beach has to offer. It was just a short walk to Atlantic Ave and Pineapple Grove. From the linens on the beds to the sweet welcome basket we received, everything was perfect. The back yard was very private with a nice heated pool and hot tub that we took advantage of as well as a fire pit/ solo stove for evening fires. The neighbor was so kind and the communication with the property manager was excellent as she was very quick to respond to questions and checked in throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic getaway and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful property

We had the best time at this beautiful place and especially loved the tropical backyard. Neighborhood is super nice and it’s a very doable walk to Atlantic Ave. Hope to be back soon!

Delight in Delray

First time visit to Delray. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Location was perfect - close to town but very quiet. The pool was so nice we hardly left the property. Great restaurants - very wide variety for all tastes and price points.

Close to Delray Beach

This property is well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and could tell they were well maintained. There were 3 couples on our trip and this house gave us all plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive.

Amazing pool

Loved the property. House was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a treat. Great place to spend some time at night. Property manager was easily accessible and helpful with questions.

Bliss in Delray

Came down for a week over New Years and couldn’t have been happier! The property is perfect for what we wanted, great outdoor space, and perfect walking distance into town. The sheets were also a highlight, none of that sandpaper you might get elsewhere, magnificent sleep every night! Thank you!
