Maison de luxe 4 chambres à Central Boca Raton dans la belle communauté.

Conception de maison belle et confortable accentuĂ©e avec un mobilier de bon goĂ»t et chaleureux avec une influence asiatique. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme, Ă  quelques minutes des magnifiques plages, du quartier branchĂ© d'Atlantic Ave., du parc d'État Patch Reef et du centre commercial Boca Raton, des cinĂ©mas et de la bibliothĂšque Spanish River.

La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur la grande salle avec vue et accÚs à la piscine extérieure. Dirigez-vous vers la droite vers la cuisine, la salle à manger, la taniÚre et la buanderie. Allez à gauche aux 4 chambres et salles de bains.

La cuisine entiÚrement équipée comprend des comptoirs en granit offrant beaucoup d'espace de travail, de belles armoires, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, cuisiniÚre à plat et refroidisseur de vin. Réfrigérateur inoxydable supplémentaire situé dans le garage. Table de cuisine en verre siÚges 6 et a vue sur l'extérieur et est adjacent à la taniÚre. Salle à manger est adjacente à la cuisine et les siÚges 8.

La salle de télévision dispose d'une télévision à écran plat HD avec une bibliothÚque de films de famille, wii fitness et beaucoup de livres et jeux de société. (Internet partout et Direct TV avec NFL Package.)

La chambre principale a un lit king size, TV HD à écran plat, ses placards walk-in sien et elle, double ensemble de portes françaises avec vue sur la piscine romantique. Salle de bain principale dispose d'un double lavabo avec comptoir en granit, sol en marbre, un spa à jets et une douche séparée verre surdimensionné séparé. La porte externe permet un accÚs facile directement à la piscine.

Deux chambres, une avec un matelas queen et une avec un matelas double / double ont toutes les deux des téléviseurs HD à écran plat et un bureau, une chaise, et beaucoup d'espace de tiroir et de placard. Salle de bain complÚte avec double lavabo et douche / baignoire est située entre ces 2 chambres.

QuatriĂšme chambre a sa propre salle de bain / douche peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ©e comme bureau ou chambre. Le canapĂ© se transforme en lit haut / double haut de gamme (pas de ressorts).

Une salle de bain plus élégante.

Sortez et profitez du beau paysage avec des zones de repos et de détente. Piscine chauffée, spa avec 12 jets et bar-b-que intégré avec zone de feu.

Garage 2 voitures rénové (climatisé, miroir, TV) avec salle de gym entiÚrement équipée comprenant un équipement universel, elliptique, spin bike, poids libres, et bien plus encore !!

La maison est équipée de tous les ustensiles de cuisine, casseroles, casseroles, plats, épices dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Sont également inclus 2 vélos adultes, Wii, karaoké, chaises de plage, serviettes, jouets gonflables pour piscine / plage, raquettes de tennis, basket-ball, jetons de casino et planche de poker, et un piano!

La communauté est belle - toutes les maisons sont belles et aménagées. Sûr et familial. Les voisins sont géniaux!

Au sein de la communauté il y a un grand parc avec terrain de basket, 2 courts de tennis, aire de jeux et sentiers pédestres.

Had a great stay! The house is beautiful with a fantastic and spacious outdoor space and pool area. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and had everything we could possibly need to do so. The hosts were very kind and very easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying again!

Family Visit

We enjoyed our family stay at the owner's home. Large common kitchen, table, and den (with TV) was perfect for casual hang out. Also enjoyed the pool with lots of seating options. Neighborhood was safe for walks and convenient to supermarket and other parts of Boca area.

Private five-star resort!

Tory and Lisa have an amazing home filled with everything you need for an exceptional stay. The furnishings are exquisite, but comfortable, the amenities are better than described in the listing and the hosts were very responsive to our needs. Lovely Home

We had a wonderful 5+ week vacation at Lisa & Troy's beautifully decorated home, which is in a lovely residential community. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym and Lisa and Troy went out of their way to make sure that our stay went well for us. We hope to stay there again.

House was nice, spacious, great location and neighborhood. Only negatives about the home is that the owners still have their belongings everywhere

Perfect Stay for a Special Family Celebration

Friends and family were gathering in Boca Raton for my mother's milestone birthday, and we were looking for a comfortable rental not far from where she lives. This home was absolutely perfect. It was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained — offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at ease. We especially enjoyed the lovely pool, which was a great place to unwind and spend time together. Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the house felt safe and welcoming. Communication with the owner, Lisa, was always prompt and accurate, making the entire experience seamless. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend!

Superb Boca Raton Home

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. It has a picture perfect pool, hot tub, lounging and patio area. The pool landscaping is lush, private and tranquil. The home decor is lovely, and it is extremely well-organized and completely equipped. In addition, the house is centrally located for easy traveling to any nearby sites. The Casey's are gracious and perfect hosts.

Fabulous home in great neighborhood.

Gorgeous home, with everything you could want for a wonderful stay. Our group (4 adults, 2 dogs) loved the beautiful pool and patio area for relaxing and grilling, luxe indoor spaces for relaxing and watching TV, fully outfitted kitchen, home gym, comfy. bedroom and bathrooms, beautiful walkable neighborhood complete with small park. Owners were very responsive to the occasional question. Absolutely a pleasure to stay here!

Fantastic Florida Vacation Home

This is not just a house- it is a beautiful home. Lisa and Troy are amazing hosts. They are fully accessible and do everything to make your stay perfect. Their home is well appointed and the bedrooms are large and comfortable with large tvs in every room and there is a great home office with printer!The outdoor area, grill and pool are perfect for relaxing and entertaining your family.My family stayed for several weeks. We needed a short term option while we finished a small renovation of our house nearby. This home has everything you need including full service home gym!!The location is very convenient. Lisa and Troy were terrific !!! You will be very happy..

Fabulous Boca getaway

My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks with a visit from my daughter and we had a fantastic stay. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. Lisa and Troy were very accommodating and welcoming. The home was spacious and had a great gym in the garage. Pool was beautiful and we spent lots of time hanging outside. The location was perfect for us since many of our friends live in the area and there were many restaurants and other attractions within a 15 minute drive. The Colonnade itself was very cute and we played pickle ball on the courts in the park. We will be back!

Home Sweet Home

Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful community. Great location. Every amenity you need and more. The house is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Lovely landscaping surrounds pool area. The house is furnished with great taste and has a very Zen energy about it. Hosts are very reachable and responsive. We would definitely return.

The Perfect Vacation Home

We relaxed for two wonderful weeks at this beautiful home in the Colonnade community of Boca Raton. Everything you could possibly need was there including a monitor for working remotely and a brand new Peloton bike. Much of our time was spent enjoying the pool, hot tub and patio and, when we did venture out, there were great restaurants and shopping and lovely beaches nearby. We can't wait to return and have already booked for next year! Thank you Lisa and Troy!
