Great house and location for any families or groups visiting the region. Plenty of indoor and out door space for groups to chill, large functional fully stocked kitchen, fire place, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Laundry also came in handy. Nice private bush location (we also had a roo come visit one night!) but only 5 min drive to the beach or into town, you could also ride the trail/path straigh to town. Marie-Louise was great from start to finish, if you are travelling as a group (or big family) to Margaret River, highly recommend Tanglewood!

The state the property was left in was very disappointing, particularly: - shards of glass in 3 different areas of the lawn, - bottles and cans thrown into the bush, - indoor furniture left outside - an outside chair broken, - untidy messy rooms and floors, - additional linen removed from cupboards and used. It appeared that more people stayed than had been agreed to or paid for.

One of the electric blankets didn’t work. Could have done with a set of single beds down stairs. Lovely location. Could have done with some gardening tidy up. My family and I had a wonderful weekend.

Lovely home from home

The property is lovely. Great accommodation for 8 adults and it had everything you could need, really did feel like home from home. The location is only a few kms out of town and so peaceful and quiet with evening visits from the local kangaroos. Would certainly recommend and wished we could have stayed for longer.

Great long weekender with friends

Perfect house for three nights away with friends. we did a lucky dip to allocate the six bedrooms, and loved that the kitchen was so well appointed with stuff that cooking for ourselves vs. eating out some evenings was an option!
