Great location, property garden very run down but inside was nice. The kitchen and bathrooms were a bit dated. A dishwasher would be a great addition.

The house is timber and rammed earth traditional Margaret river style on a lush bush block the gardens are all native no planted gardens and being that it is spring everything is flowering at the moment and looking beautiful the only thing that you might have based your opinion on was I recently burnt a couple of grasstrees on one side of the house for fire reduction that make it look a bit brown on that side

All the beds were very comfortable with quality linen. Selection of common areas works well for different age groups.plenty of crockery/cutlery etc.

Peaceful wilderness retreat

Set amongst the bush we found this house so comfortable and spacious for our group of 11. The position of the house made it an easy drive to the beaches, caves, wineries and town of Margaret River. Thank you we loved our stay!

Perfect weekend getaway

Amazing house! Perfect location. Really enjoyed the volleyball court and the table tennis table inside. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the indoor spa. Will definitely organise another stay at this property.

Family Easter Reunion

Fantastic place for 3 generations of our family to spend Easter. Plenty of room for us all and lots of things to keep the kids occupied. Cricket game on the volleyball area, crafting around the large table, soaking up the hot tub and taking the grandkids spot lighting for possums.

Beautiful house

We had 13 in our group.6 adults and 7 kids.The house was perfect! It was open plan but also a lot of different areas to get some time alone (well, the kids will always find you).The kitchen had everything we needed and the 3 bathrooms were so handy!The owner was amazing with communication and super nice.We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous House

3 families stayed age between 6years and 75 years and there was something for everyone. So much space in the house terrific for 13 people to all thoroughly enjoy ... loved it
