Host was accommodating. Some supplies left, but not many. Only reason for 4 stars. Beautiful view and great location to everything. Would stay again!

We stayed in 411 for Thanksgiving. The balcony overlooking the beach was just the fresh air and view we needed, despite it being chilly. There was a balloon artist and face painter on site, which was fun for our eight year old. We also ordered groceries via Instacart and cooked “Thanksgiving dinner.” Having the full kitchen (and in-unit laundry) was a godsend to make the experience exactly what we needed for the holiday. We were there for a basketball tournament at Ocean Center, and it was walkable - barely two blocks up the road. The layout of the unit was perfect for a family - the space and number of beds, and ability to fellowship was amazing. I probably wouldn’t have noticed the wear on the unit itself in the summer (or the non-intuitive tv) but we were indoors due to weather. It was a bit dusty / rusty (couch, curtains, tubs needed caulking). Otherwise, an A stay. The owner is extremely responsive - messages directly back if there are any questions.

Best resort on the beach!!!

Great resort with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Pool area is amazing!! Our 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved all of the water features and all of the activities going on around the pool deck for kids.

Beautiful view

The view was beautiful. The property was very clean. Loved how close it was to the boardwalk in the beach. We enjoyed all the pools. My only complaint is one of the TVs would not turn on.

Great Family Beach Front Resort

Space was great. Location great. Safe and friendly! Room was perfect for our group but needs a little maintenance throughout and main door certainly needs looked at, as it doesn’t shut all the way.
