This was our 4th year at Ocean Walk for NCA/NDA College Nationals, although first stay in unit 411. Perfect location for Bandshell and the Ocean center. Balcony view of oceanfront, pools, and bandshell. Room was as expected and encountered no issues. Great Stay!

This is a great location and view for Daytona Beach and provides a lot of energy and activity if want it or provides relaxation if looking for it. If have teenagers they will love it for Spring Break. If bringing maximum residents then bring some extra towels and need to go get trash bags. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked with what was needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved location.

Host was accommodating. Some supplies left, but not many. Only reason for 4 stars. Beautiful view and great location to everything. Would stay again!

Best resort on the beach!!!

Great resort with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Pool area is amazing!! Our 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved all of the water features and all of the activities going on around the pool deck for kids.

We stayed in 411 for Thanksgiving. The balcony overlooking the beach was just the fresh air and view we needed, despite it being chilly. There was a balloon artist and face painter on site, which was fun for our eight year old. We also ordered groceries via Instacart and cooked “Thanksgiving dinner.” Having the full kitchen (and in-unit laundry) was a godsend to make the experience exactly what we needed for the holiday. We were there for a basketball tournament at Ocean Center, and it was walkable - barely two blocks up the road. The layout of the unit was perfect for a family - the space and number of beds, and ability to fellowship was amazing. I probably wouldn’t have noticed the wear on the unit itself in the summer (or the non-intuitive tv) but we were indoors due to weather. It was a bit dusty / rusty (couch, curtains, tubs needed caulking). Otherwise, an A stay. The owner is extremely responsive - messages directly back if there are any questions.

Beautiful view

The view was beautiful. The property was very clean. Loved how close it was to the boardwalk in the beach. We enjoyed all the pools. My only complaint is one of the TVs would not turn on.
