One bedroom apartment in a fantastic location on Daytona beach, with direct ocean view!
One bedroom with queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeper chair and sofa in living room. There is a 58” smart tv in living room and 50” smart tv in bedroom.

There are 2 pools on the property one is heated that are both open 😊

Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.

Parking included for 1 vehicle.
Rental comes with key fob for pool and beach access.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Unit was very clean and accurate to listing. Complex is well maintained with plenty of parking. Nice quiet spot, was a short drive to everything I wanted to do.

Excellent ocean view, close to Main St, loved having 2 full baths. Adams Egg for breakfast very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. The heated pool was the best & lovely area in front with chairs & tables beachfront. Parking was plentiful & close to elevator. Close to everything. The unit was a bit grungy. Pillows, rugs, couches & blankets could use a cleaning. Kitchen was well equipped & coffee maker with reusable filter was great. I would suggest bringing something to cover the transom above the door as the exterior light is very bright at night if sleeping in the living room. Main bed was comfy & pull out chair was fine, though bedding had to be washed before use. Towels were plentiful & appreciated the beach towels. Overall a good stay with a beautiful ocean front view.

Perfect condo for our stay!! Very clean and had everything we needed.Loved the ocean view and being able to sit out on balcony and just enjoy the site and sounds of the ocean. The owner was quick to respond with and questions I had. Will use again in the future!!

Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I stayed in this lovely, well appointed unit to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary. At 75 and 81 yrs old the elevator was a big plus when rolling our things up to the 4th floor. The unit is one of the cleanest we've stayed at and believe me I'm picky when it comes to that. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. View was magnificent. Our host was easy to contact and extremely kind and accommodating when at last minute we asked to book an extra night. We rate our stay a strong 5 out of 5 and look forward to coming back in near future.

Oceanfront condo

The unit has a beautiful view! It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was great to have a second bathroom. The one pool was open and had nice lounge chairs with cushions. If you’re familiar with Daytona beach you will expect some craziness but it felt very safe here, the beach was patrolled often. The only downside was the closest elevator was out of order, but I could easily take the stairs. It is an older building and nothing fancy but if you want to be right on the beach you can’t beat it!

2 bathrooms and plenty of room as the couches both turn into beds lots of extra sheets and blankets as well amenities full and plenty extra kitchen space is always a plus all the extras included were excellent!
