This beautiful two bedroom/two bath condo sleeps 8, has a full kitchen, washer/dryer and Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath.
Unlike a typical hotel room, this vacation rental gives you a spacious home environment where your entire family can gather and be together under one roof. With its fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer this vacation condo is perfect when you're planning to stay more than a few days.

For the entire family, this resort is a watery paradise, whether you opt to play in the pools - there are three outdoor heated pools - or run into the waves.
There's a waterslide and a " lazy river " where kids (and adults) can float lazily along on tubes. One pool includes an interactive, aquatic island playground. Ocean Walk Daytona Beach is car-free and kid-friendly.
Since the resort is right on the sand, it's easy to make quick runs to your room throughout the day, for snacks or breaks from the sun. Indoor and outdoor putting greens, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults (including the pleasant - sounding "ladies pampering days" ) round this resort out.
Just south of the resort is the historic coquina band shell, which often hosts free concerts. If you're gutsy, strap yourself into one of the scream-inducing thrill rides at the DAYTONA BEACH PIER.

Items that need to be addressed. Upper door hinge to master bedroom is not attached. Door does not close properly. Door frame to front entrance has considerable damage. Dirty dishes were in dishwasher, had to run before use. Glassware (cocktail glasses) were non-existent. Living room couch is very worn, squeaks and groans loudly when sitting. View from unit is fantastic, just a few renovations and this unit will be fantastic!!

Price too high for the location. Will not book again with this host!Communication-host only answered part of my questions.First of all the ice machine not working and was extremely dirty.Something nasty was on the wall in the bathroom, could have been cleaned better.Cigarette butts on the patio.Master bedroom you had to lift the door up to close it.The master bed not very comfortable.Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM, no flexibility at all.I like to sweep the sand off the floor when I’m at the beach. There was a broom but no dust pan.The condo could use some maintenance.The resort and staff were great!

Wonderful view

The condo had an AMAZING view from the 22nd floor. The condo was comfortable and clean. There was many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Daytona does have an “run down” feel and is missing the small coastal town feel. The only resort criticism is that the pool was very crowded and in order to get any seating, we needed to arrive by 7:15 to reserve our seats.

Not what I expected

I have stayed at several Wyndham Resorts. I had wanted to stay at this one for sometime due to location. We normally stay in Ormond Beach. While the room was as described, they are getting outdated. The housekeeping could have been much better. Found dryer sheets and other things in the floor, dishes in dishwasher (clean or dirty?) etc. Nothing show stoppable but what we paid plus a cleaning fee I expected better. Also, you had to get up early to find a chair at the pool. It was springbreak and I think the resort was full but people would line up until the pool open snd save several chairs even though signs said no reserving. Security knew this because they were there waiting until it was time. When they opened the tape, people would run to get seats. Never seen this before. All in all we enjoyed our stay but next time I believe I will go back to Ormond beach.

Great stay

We were down for a few days before we headed to Hollywood. Daytona is somewhere we stay every year. We had never stayed in that resort before but will definitely be staying again. The king bed was a little hard for my liking but other than that it was awesome. In walkimg distance to a lot of things as well. There were a few cold nights and we could not get the heat to come on at all but we just threw sweats on and a blanket.

Fun Time

This wasn’t our first visit to Ocean Walk, however it was our first time in this unit. We had a wonderful time but felt quite a few amenities were missing. Basics like baggies, foil etc
 While the unit was clean, it definitely needs some TLC. Painting the walls would really spruce the place up. Just a suggestion.

Great place and view was amazing!

We went for my daughter’s graduation and would have loved to stay longer. However even with the short stay, the unit was great and we absolutely loved the view.

Daytona ocean walk resort

Nice accommodations, staff at resort was polite and helpful. Walgreens, liquor store and beach accessories walking distance. A company that rents beach loungers and umbrellas was there every day and was very affordable plus a food truck if you wanted to order something else besides resort food. Beach was clean of litter every morning if there was any. I would stay there again and refer it as a must.
