Serenity HG2 : 3Ch/1.5Sdb avec accès direct au parc national

It sounds like you made the most of everything we love about this spot. Having the Grampians National Park right behind the property makes it so easy to head out for a walk, while Halls Gap is just a short stroll away in the other direction. I’m especially pleased the family enjoyed the wildlife and roasting marshmallows together around the fire pit — those are the sort of holiday memories we hope our guests take home with them. Thank you also for your kind words about the communication. It was a pleasure having you stay, and I’d love to welcome you and the family back again. Glenn

Thanks for your review and Im glad you took the time to explain your less than perfect score. We take feedback seriously and appreciated yours. Cheers Glenn

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re delighted that Serenity felt like a home away from home and that you found everything spacious, comfortable and well equipped for your stay. It sounds as though the local wildlife put on quite a show from the rear patio — kangaroos, birds and ducks, along with a very Australian early-morning wake-up call from the kookaburras! One of the things we love most about Serenity is being right on the edge of the National Park, surrounded by wildlife and peaceful bushland, yet still close enough to stroll into Halls Gap for the shops, cafés and restaurants. It’s also wonderful to hear that our communication and the information provided made your arrival and departure easy and that everything was as you expected. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for taking the time to share your experience. It was a pleasure to host you, and we’d be delighted to welcome you back to Serenity and the Grampians for another stay. Glenn

Thanks for your review Doug, Im glad we impressed you with our accurate description and speedy responses. Cheers Glenn

Thanks for your review Diane, hope to see you again soon. Cheers Glenn

Thanks Smita, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Having the kangaroos and birdlife of the Grampians right outside the house is such a special part of the Serenity experience. Cheers Glenn

Thanks for your review and comments. We have taken your thoughts onboard and given our beloved holiday house a little spruce up!

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry that several things weren’t up to the standard you reasonably expected during your stay, particularly the cleanliness of the BBQ and house, as well as the appliance issues. I’m also disappointed that, despite you contacting us, we didn’t resolve those concerns during your four-night stay—we should have done better. We take pride in the standard of our Halls Gap accommodation, and we have since addressed the issues you mentioned. Our recent reviews reflect the standard we strive to maintain, so feedback like this is important, even when it’s difficult to receive. Cheers, Glenn
