Bestviews Maison de vacances à Halls Gap

Bestviews comme son nom l'indique, a des vues spectaculaires 360 'sur le parc national des Grampians depuis le salon et les balcons à l'étage.
Cette maison de vacances de deux étages en cèdre rouge comprend trois chambres doubles, plus une chambre supplémentaire à l'étage de la chambre principale avec un autre lit double et une couchette simple. Deux salles de bains - toutes deux entièrement rénovées, une cuisine complète à l'étage et une kitchenette au rez-de-chaussée. Deux grands espaces de vie, TV plasma, chauffage au gaz et split système air cond. Literie fournie pour les lits ainsi que des couvertures chauffantes.

9 couchages facilement avec l'option d'un canapé-lit pour une personne supplémentaire. Trois lits queen séparés ainsi qu'un lit double avec une couchette simple sur le dessus sont situés derrière un mur de séparation de la chambre à l'étage.
Désolé, nous n'autorisons pas les animaux domestiques dans cet établissement.

Spacious and comfortable seventies home

Terrific venue for a family get-together. Loads of room to move around and relax in comfort in different parts of the house. While most of the house has an authentic 70s feel, the bathrooms are really modern.

Great size home in nice location

Nice place, great size kitchen and good living spaces. It was a bit cold though as only heating is 2 small stand alone gas heaters (which did smell of gas a bit) and a split system upstairs as hydronic heating no longer working. Not enough blankets on beds for our liking (others who get warm in bed may be fine). Also as hot water system only heats overnight you have to manually override this in the meter box each day.

Great layout with separate spaces and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Great views, kangaroos and emus wandering past.

Good size house for lots of people but needs more amenities

Listing states that there was no wifi but area had good phone reception. The reception was awful and could barely use our phones to google what was around for us to do. House had nothing provided, one very old and slightly broken tv, no movies provided, no Netflix. No soaps or shampoos in the bathrooms, no bug spray or cleaning products in the kitchen, upon arrival there were ants all over the kitchen bench and had no way to properly clean it up. The windows had vents above so the house couldn’t be properly sealed and was infested with flies, bugs and spiders. Cupboard space was locked and unusable so there was no where to put our pantry items, only one aircon in the whole house so was very hot at all times. No beach towels provided only one shower towel. Other than that house was okay probably needs to have more amenities added to make the stay more enjoyable. The views from the backyard were amazing

Great location! Close to Halls Gap town central also steps away from walking trails. Can observe many kangaroos and cockatoos from the balcony. A lot of space in the rooms, however, the property could be short of hot water because only one tank of water is heated up overnight. Another drawback is there is no Wifi at the property. Overall, the stay is pleasing!

Excellent value for the family

Had an excellent time with family here. Great for adults and kids, we'll set up home with all we needed. Abundant wildlife at the door step and handy to walking trails and town. Only issue we had was with the washing machine but communication on Christmas Eve was excellent and helpful. Excellent value and will be back. Thank you

Holiday with friends.

Very comfortable home with great views and outside deck access both front and back affording sunshine in the mornings and afternoon. Would stay here again. PS... 🧡 the white linen.

Great family holiday!

The location is perfect for enjoying the wildlife, close to town and a backyard for badminton. Great base for all the hiking you would want. Our family love it.

Suited 3 couples and a child - couches a bit out dated. Gas heaters didn’t work and tv hit and miss

Booked through home stayz and some confusion with return of $200 bond deposit which took some time sorting but did receive it

Great retro family holiday home

Love the quirks of this home. My kids love the stairs and chandelier and bunk beds! Great location. One of the best kid friendly Loop walks starts 100m away. Good house to bring extended family as they can have their own space. Heaters heat the house well.

Sit on the deck and watch the wildlife

We stayed for two nights as an extended family with kids. Perfectly suited to two families. The master and bunk rooms don’t have a door inbetween which I hadn’t realised on booking. Family visiting from overseas were in awe of the kangaroos, deer and emu that passed through. Great location. Right next to parkland and walks. We used the bike path to get in to the village. The house is very retro, great holiday home!

Big house with plenty of space

Although the house is a little tired and dated, it is very big with plenty of space. It was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the house grew on us the longer we stayed. Because the weather was so good, we spent most of our time on the balcony looking at the wonderful views. You can tell this was a very well built home in it's day - the old girl just needs a bit of updating. We would definitely stay again, and probably will in the not-too-distant future.

Great house for weather watching

We enjoyed our stay at Bestviews. The house is quite comfortable & has everything you need. The weather was a bit rough so we were able to take advantage of watching the changing weather pattern from deck at back, or the view to the Pinnacle from the side. Nice, easy walk into the shops for coffee as well.
