Seascape Villa 3065-Complètement rénové et à quelques pas de la plage et de la piscine !!

Cette villa joliment décorée sur trois niveaux, avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est équipée de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer des vacances agréables. Le premier étage a un plancher de bois partout. La cuisine comprend un réfrigérateur / congélateur, une cuisinière en acier inoxydable à double four, un lave-vaisselle, une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Le deuxième étage a deux chambres, une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec une paire de lits jumeaux. Ces chambres partagent la salle de bain du deuxième étage.

Le troisième étage comprend la chambre principale avec un lit king size et une salle de bain privée. Il y a un balcon privé dans cette chambre pour prendre un café le matin ou un cocktail en soirée tout en donnant sur la piscine.

Le premier étage comprend une terrasse au bord de la piscine, munie d’un barbecue au gaz, d’une table à manger et de quatre chaises. Déjeunez après la piscine ou dînez dans votre espace extérieur privé.

The pool view was lovely! The living space was great for our family movies and games. We did not realize the condo was three floors. Thankfully, we did not invite grandparents.

Loved having the pool just right off the balcony. We could watch the kids swim from the balcony. Grill was a nice convenience for cooking out. Great Location, Subpar Condo

Location of this property is great. A short walk to the beach and pool is right out the back. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The condo itself needs a major update. The downstairs has hardly any overhead lighting so at night it is hard to see. The kitchen could use some new utensils and cookware. When we arrived there was no remote for the downstairs TV but management quickly remedied. The 2nd floor bathroom had a moldy shower curtain, missing plug in sink and no spring in toilet paper holder plus old peeling wallpaper. On our 3rd day there we came home to find a huge leak in the ceiling in the kitchen. The property management was right on top of it though- came over immediately to assess and fix the problem. If you’re not going to spend a lot of time inside this place would probably suffice because of the location. We would like to come back to this location but a different condo next time. Another downside was a majority of the restaurants in the area were not doing to go orders due to low staffing. Management might want to mention as a courtesy to guests when checking in so parties can plan ahead for dining.

Perfect place to spend our vacation week

Everything was just as expected from website description and pictures. Loved having the pool outside the back door. This unit is on the back side of the property so be prepared to carry your beach items a little longer than 5 minutes. Overall a wonderful experience for our family.

Fun time

Easy walk to the beach, to trails and to Coligny beach. Spacious enough for all 6 of us. Any issues were promptly addressed. We had a perfect long weekend at this property.

Just Okay

Location was great. For not being right on the beach the access was great. And having bathrooms available at the beach is a real bonus. The unit was very dark. Kitchen light did not work and was never addressed even though we called within an hour of our arrival. Outlets didn't work in master BR. Light fixture over table was all candles?! Basically useless. Pool was closed which was a surprise and disappointment. I might rent in this complex again but would not rent this unit.

The Heart if Hilton Head

Do you want to be centrally located to everything on Hilton Head island? Here is your place. Walk each and stores ride bikes everywhere. Clean pool too. We had a group a 6 and everyone had plenty of space.

Great Location, Great Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa was awesome! It was a couple girl friends and I and everything about it was perfect. The villa is a little dated, but we didn’t care as we were outside most of the day. The pool was right outback off of the deck, so it was an easy in and out when we did pool days. The back deck was perfect for coffee, cocktails, and just hanging out! The beach was just a short walk across the street, and having your own bathrooms was perfect. The management staff was very helpful in any questions we had! 10/10 would definitely return.
