Shipmaster Villa - Spacieuse 3BR, 3 salles de bain Golf-View Villa avec Tennis et piscine

Situé à Shipyard Plantation, 1001 Shipmaster est une maison de ville de 3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain unité de bain qui a été récemment complètement mis à jour. La villa, qui offre une vue sur le lagon et le golf, se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied ou à 2 minutes en vélo de l'accès à la plage du chantier naval. Deux vélos sont inclus. Shipmaster comprend à la fois une piscine et un court de tennis à l'usage exclusif des propriétaires et de leurs invités.

La villa entière est spacieuse et décorée dans un style côtier confortable avec trois chambres principales:
Master Main - King (nouveau matelas 2019, qualité Marriott), terrasse
2e étage avant Master - King et Twin, balcon
2e étage arrière Master - Deux lits doubles, balcon

HHI a toujours été synonyme d’amusement et de détente en famille, vous trouverez donc notre maison complète avec une gamme complète de jeux de cartes / cartes, de films, de livres et de 2 vélos qui contribueront à des vacances en famille formidables!

Nous apprécions nos invités et leurs recommandations! En 2018, nous avons ajouté des ventilateurs de plafond et des téléviseurs à grand écran à chaque chambre, un nouveau matelas king au niveau principal, un "vrai" matelas king dans la chambre à l'étage, un ensemble patio et un nouveau système de climatisation.

Nous aimerions que votre famille et vous vous relaxiez et vous détendiez pour créer de merveilleux souvenirs et profiter de tout ce que HHI avait à vous offrir!

This was our second stay here and we had the absolute best time and cant wait for another opportunity to come back! We have lots of young kids so with that in mind: its a quickest little walk or drive to beach access, a beach locker with sand toys and beach chairs so we arent dragging them far or bringing our own, very short walk to pool and to play pickleball and look for alligators. Location is excellent in general if you want to drive somewhere. House itself has a great layout, plenty of space to spread out and places to sleep kiddos. Plenty of supplies, very clean and super comfortable beds. Lots of wonderful touches like box fans in the bedrooms, portable crib, high chair, wheeled cooler. Its so easy as parents to ACTUALLY feel like we are on vacation too. 100% feels like a true home away from home!

Beautiful villa. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating for everyone. Easy 15min walk to beach. Pool was nice. The kitchen was the most well stocked with cooking and serving dishes. We have stayed at many VRBOs and usually have to buy something that’s missing, but not this time. Would definitely stay here again.

This townhome is amazing! From the front parking, lovely courtyard, spacious suites (with their own bathrooms), outside patios, stocked kitchen, TVs, games, location, beach club entrance, bike paths, pool; tastefully decorated, clean, very clean & even more. This was a ladies trip for adventure. We biked, explored nature trails shopped, beach walking, Island hopping, lighthouse climbing, boating, relaxing, fun, fun fun,. How lucky we were to have this place!

Awesome property and host!

Property is in perfect location for biking and meals and beach. Super clean and Lynn is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this property for a family of 4-6 people, plenty of room, beds and privacy for everyone.

Perfect for our family

Our stay was wonderful! Lynn was the best host. My Dad is a golfer so on the golf course was perfect. Lynn also provided great golf recommendations. Grab bars in downstairs bath and a bedroom downstairs is just what we needed for my Dad and Stepmom. Would like to stay again and highly recommend.

For us and our 3 sons (33, 30, 26), it is our Happy Place, where we can relax, play games, read books, laugh, and make lifetime memories! Our oldest son even proposed to our daughter-in-law on Shipyard beach! And now we are adding to the next generation of HHI memories with our 3 little grandsons!
