Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums est situé dans le centre-ville de Gatlinburg, à seulement un pùté de maisons de la promenade principale. Some of the furniture was broken. The mattress was terrible and noisy! The linens were clean but stained. Whole condo needs renovating badly.

My daughter and granddaughter had to take the so called mattress of and put it on the floor bc spring etc...was poking through. Thankfully we brought a blow up mattress just in case we needed it. We also brought sheets and blankets. Very outdated. It was clean somewhat. Could use a little updating. New furniture and definitely a new pull out sofa. Great location. I would give it a 3 out of 5.

We have stayed in several units here and have always been very pleased with our rental. Unit 203 is very dated and the furniture is worn out. This will not stop us from returning here and have already booked a week in March but in another unit. Beverly in the front office is awesome. We left something in the unit and she had it sent to us. She also addressed our concerns with the unit this past weekend. She has a great attitude and was awesome to work with.

The AC in this unit worked on and off, but we did not have consistent cool air. The Bed was SUPER squeaky and noisy. The lighting in the bedroom was not good, as there were only 2 small lamps. Great location, just a short walk to the strip.

DONT RENT THIS APARTMENT - Olde Gatlinburg Rental #203

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the filthiest place my wife and I have ever stayed. It is poorly maintained as well. Filth: 1. My wife socks were blackened after walking on a dirty carpet 2. The walls were dirty going into the bathroom 3. The toilet was not clean 4. There were cheetos left on the carpet from previous tenants 5. The baseboards next to the TV were stained by god knows what vomit? 6. There was a decomposed roach on the window sill Maintenance: 1. The threshold on the entry way was held together by duct tape 2. The air/heat unit cover was off in the bedroom and the the unit itself was inoperative 3. The lampshade cover over the dining room table was missing. The bare bulb gave the place the feel of a flophouse, which would have been a step up for this unit. 4. The on off switch on the light by the couch was busted 5. The hairdryer was hanging on the wall by a thread DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING! The furniture in the picture is not as shabby as the furniture we sat on. Summary: You guys have no right renting this unit, as is, to anyone. We will be publishing our pictures of all of the above on various internet sites to warn unsuspecting travelers. You should be ashamed to offer this property
