The host was great and very easy to communicate with. You can tell they put a lot of effort into updating the condo, making it very nice. I stayed two nights, and it was very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and the convention center. If it's available the next time I'm in town, I would definitely reserve it again.

The location was perfect, and the condo was very comfortable. My only complaint was with cleanliness since I found a significant amount of women’s hair pretty much all over the unit (couch, bed, bath towels..) and the spare bedding was unlikely washed as it was wadded up in a drawer.

A very nice small place to get away for a few days. It was very clean and the air was extremely cold. Didnt do much cooking, but there is a microwave and stove top if needed. The bed was hard, which was great gor my back. I loved waking up not hurting. A few minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Which was great after a few tastings. Overall a great experience.

The condo was perfect and charming! The walk to downtown is a bit of an incline on way back so just beware. It is close to downtown, very clean and was perfect for me and my husband.

The condo was great! It was very clean, very close to anything we wanted to do in downtown Gatlinburg, and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking small meals. The owners are very responsive to messages and made sure we had no issues checking in.

This was an excellent place to stay. It was very clean, with brand new appliances and beautifully decorated with a woodsy theme. I was impressed with the fact that we could contact the owner at any time. The only drawback was all the stairsteps to downtown. It was easy going down them, but not coming back up. I am 74 and in pretty good shape, but they still were a little rough on me! It was still a great weekend despite the terrible storm on Sat. morning!!

The room was very nice and perfect for our Anniversary trip. The place was clean and stocked with everything you need. It’s in a good location and is not too far from the strip. No real noise problem or anything to make you feel uncomfortable. I would recommend this condo to anyone!! Thanks you guys for letting us rent your condo!!

This is a great condo within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away from the noise and activity. The fireplace and bear decor makes it feel more like a cabin than a condo. Comfortable king sized bed and well stocked kitchen. Laundry facilities are available on the property.

Check in was easy. Didn't really use the kitchen facilities except the fridge and freezer for ice. Used a strainer as an ice bowl as no ice maker but it was fine. Very comfortable. Didn't use glasses or plates because we used or own paper products as not to be messy. Guests in other units can be loud at night especially on weekends but that was expected. We did see bears and a fox which was exciting. Of course we stayed our distance. A nice walk down the back stairs to the Parkway but coming back was a trek going uphill. Downloaded the Trolley App and utilized that instead. That was great. Most of our meals were out at restaurants downtown. Visited Dollywood 2 days. Didn't use the pool this time because there's just so much to do and unfortunately, it rained most evenings for awhile but then cleared up. Can't predict Mother Nature. Very nice visit. We have only visited during Summer but thinking of perhaps a fall or Christmas visit next. Thank you both for your hospitality.

We had a great stay! The condo was very nice and clean. Perfect little size for the three of us. Short walk or trolley ride to the strip. (Beware it is an up/down hill walk)

We have owned this unit at Laurel Inn Condos for many years and is a favorite destination for not only vacationers but our own family. This unit is on the main floor from parking lot and so there are no stairs coming in from parking lot and no elevator wait time. Recently renovated with all new Kitchen, clooring, refrigerator and upgraded fusnishings you will relax here. The view is also amazing in any season but in fall and winter you can see the space needle from here on NEW YEARS EVE! Views the pool of the complex next door and you may see an occasional family of bears making their way between the buildings !

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This unit is very cozy, just right for a couple or with kids. Sleeps 4. Beautifully decorated, recently updated kitchen has granite counter tops, upgraded cabinetry, flat surface stovetop, dishwasher and you have everything you need for a long stay, a convection microwave, and there is a coin laundry in the basement of the building for your convenience! Free wifi and there is a rooltop desk in the event you must do some work while you are visiting. The bedroom has plenty of room for a pack and play in the event you have small children.
