Amazing property

We had an absolute blast, this property is everything in a vacation home. On top of that, there is a store practically a few homes over, which means the only time you have to leave is for water sports!! We had an amazing time!

Awesome Place

We had such a good time at this beautiful place. The convenience to the beach was unmatchable and the home was perfect for our large group of friends and families. The pool was refreshing and it was so nice to be able to view the ocean from it. There was more than enough room for everyone not to feel crowded. Great stay!

Great place . 2nd yr we stayed here. The staff at Prickett is fantastic. If we had a problem they took care of it. The maintenance dept is a 5 star too. They took care of all are problems super fast. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Could not ask for a closer place to the beach . The beach was really nice and not a lot of people. Enjoyed everything. Thanks. Now need to find a bigger place cause more people want to come. Thanks.

Excellent Stay

This house was perfect for us! We traveled with family and had several younger children. The pool was smaller than expected, but worked out perfectly for that age. Amazing access to beach, plenty of space and wonderful kitchen with 2 fridges and DWs. Everything was comfortable, and great layout!

We had four families with kids ranging from 7 to 18 stay for a week. We loved this house. It was perfect for all of us. Tons of space and we never felt like we were on top of each other at all! Right on the beach. You can’t beat that! The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome House

Awesome house and location. Only issue was that the elevator wasn't working all week and apparently was out of service several days prior to our arrival. Made it difficult for the older folks and our special-needs grandson.

Happy Our Stay

The house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space to just hang out. The 2 separate refrigerator came in handy as did the ice maker. We were literally right on the beach. The gate from the wooden walkway to the beach was busted. And at times we couldn’t get the elevator door to open from the outside. No problem from inside the elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

Ft Morgan Paradise

We were there for my sons wedding, which we had on the beach in front of the home. It was absolutely amazing and the house was perfect. Everyone had everything they needed and there was plenty of seating and rooms with baths for each room. The spacious kitchen and coffee bar area handled our small reception with ease. This home has everything anyone could need for any occasion. Love love loved it!!!!

Beautiful location and house

Loved this location. Away from the big spring break crowds. This house had so much room for me and my family. Loved having the pool on the deck and ocean right there. Sassy bass restaurant and convenient store was in walking distance which was a huge plus since there aren’t many places to eat. But that’s ok, the kitchen was stocked so we could cook our meals. If I had a complaint it would be there wasn’t any cleaning supplies that I’ve gotten in other vrbos but that wasn’t really a big deal. Highly recommend this property. I hope to be back!

We loved our stay at Our House. We had a small wedding ceremony with our closest friends and family. Everything was perfect. There was just a couple issues but were easy fixes. The house did run out of gas but maintenance came within a few hours so we were able to take hot showers. The pool was also a little green but maintenance shocked the pool while gas was being fixed. Overall, everything was great and we would definitely rebook the house for any special occasions.

September Vacation

Location, Location, Location. Happy Our Beach House has a great location, on the beach and it's own pool. There were 9 couples and plenty of living room and parking for everybody. Unfortunately the bunk bed rooms are not made for Adults. They don't have closets or dressers for clothing and were very stuffy due to lack of ceiling fans. The beds are hard and high off of the floor (would of been great for children but difficult for adults to get in and out of). The elevator was great for bringing in luggage, food and supplies. Overall I would highly recommend this house.

Nice Space But Could Have Been Cleaner and Better Maintained

The house has great space and a wonderful beach. The kitchen is large and each bedroom has a bathroom. We had a full house of extended family with small children and 2 babies. The pool is small and quite warm. The main floor living area had dirty floors. It appeared that no one had cleaned under the couches with the amount of food debris, sand, and parts of toys that were under them when we arrived. There were crackers behind the trash cans in the kitchen island. We had cockroaches and silverfish. The elevator did not work until the repairman arrived on Thursday. This was a problem as we had family with mobility issues and the elevator was a big reason why we booked the house. The metal gate to the beach was broken and hanging by only 1 hinge, making it a safety hazard for anyone going through it. The ice maker in the bar area never worked. The gate was fixed the same day we reported it. The property management company was not very nice when we reported the elevator issue, reminding us that the contract does not guarantee that anything will be in working order. Why bother advertising an elevator then? They did offer to come out and spray for the roaches but we declined due to the small children and babies in the house. They put the ice maker on the clean cycle but that didn't fix the problem. They also only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels for the entire place. For the price paid, we did not expect these issues.

We are very sorry to hear about the cleanliness problems you experienced, including the dirty floors and debris under the couches. This is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we will address this with our cleaning team immediately. Additionally, we understand how important the elevator is for guests with mobility issues, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by its malfunction. We're also disappointed to learn about the safety hazard with the beach gate and the issues with the ice maker and pest control. Your feedback regarding the property management's response is noted, and we will work to improve communication and service in these situations. We appreciate your suggestions about supplies and will consider how to enhance our offerings to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Best Ever!

Happy Our is a beautifully decorated, large, extremely comfortable house. Our family reunion group had plenty of room for group gatherings as well as private space when needed. The property manager (Prickett) was amazing; one day there was rain and they reached out to us with information about activities for our littles. The few maintenance issues we had (some caused by a severe thunder storm) were corrected at once. Thank you so much for a most excellent reunion!

Perfect Thanksgiving and 90th Birthday Venue

Our extended family stayed here for Thanksgiving week and to celebrate a 90th birthday for grandmother. It couldn't have been more perfect. The house was beautiful and spacious with little wasted space. The location was wonderful. The grandmother was so comfortable and able to get around on the main floor easily and the beach was right out the door. We want to rent again next year.

Amazing house that could not have been more perfect

Had an amazing stay with four generations of our family, from 6 to 84. Every one enjoyed the house. There was plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The pool is just the right size for little kids to play and adults to lounge in. The kitchen was well stocked and having 2 fridges made for plenty of space. There are a few restaurants nearby, a convience store, a gas station and a dollar general so there was no reason to venture into town if you didn't want to. It was great having a less crowded beach right outside our door. There was one small problem with the elevator and had a quick response to fix it even on a Sunday. Couldn't have asked for anything more to make the best vacation ever. Already planning to go back qgain
