This apartment is at a budget price and if you expected a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen then you should be looking elsewhere GOOD LUCK in finding one at $90 per night to accomodate 5 adults This is listed as a studio apartment We did not say it had a full kitchen You had access to the internet, the gym and a coffee machine We have never had guests complain as much as you did Don’t be scared to pay a little extra for a 2 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and internet for 5 adults!

It is extremely disappointing when reading your comments. From the outset it was obvious that you wanted free accomodation 1/ There is nothing wrong with the bed, you had barely been there a few hours and you demanded a refund. The cleaner/ maintenance confirmed that there is no “ dip” in the bed nor can you feel the springs. It does come with a mattress topper which makes it more comfortable. 2/ This apartment is cleaned and checked regularly by the same person that looks after all the privately owned apartments. There were no issues the day of your arrival. The toilet leak was not toilet water as you stated. It was fresh water coming from the tap. This tap should never leak unless tampered with! The plumber was called who fixed the issue. 3/This apartment is cleaned and fresh linen / towels provided before any guest arriving. This is included in the price The same company cleans every privately owned apartment at Ramada. Apart from your complaint, we have never had any issues in the 5 years she has been cleaning 4/. You complained about the costly linen price, this was included in your quote. Why complain when it was already included In future go and pay top dollar elsewhere Maybe you should practice what you preach, you left blood stains on the bed which you didn’t clean properly, rubbish and dirty dishes
