We were welcomed upon arrival by the charming, gracious and generous host. The space was clean and well-appointed with a great outside deck. We saw meteors at night and ospreys during the day. All our needs were anticipated and met. Lovely apartment. Highly recommendeded.

We loved Ann and Chris' apartment in Clinton. It is in a great location, and has a nice water view. The apartment is immaculate, tastefully decorated, comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Frankly, the pictures don't do it justice. It is obvious that Ann and Chris put a lot of care and thought into ensuring guests have a great experience. We look forward to staying again next summer. Thank you so much, Ann and Chris! This place is a hidden gem! But still within a short walk or drive to coffee shop, restaurants, shopping and the beach! Ann met us when we got there and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly relaxing place with a beautiful view of the sunrise! Would definitely stay again.

The space was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We loved the cottage’s convenient location and its great view of the Indian River. The kayaking rental was a great amenity which our young daughter very much enjoyed. Would love to stay again!

Lovely Cottage with beautiful shoreline views

We spent 7 days and really enjoyed the cottage. We hope to stay again when we are back in the area. It is centrally located and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This is a very nice second floor cottage style living space with kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The property also includes a nice deck off the living room which includes an outdoor table, chairs and gas grill. The view from the deck is of the owner's marina and kayak rental operation on the Indian River. Our stay was in mid-September so activities around the marina were fairly minimal. The kitchen has all the necessary items to cook any style of meal and includes coffee maker, tea press, electric stove, full-size refrigerator and microwave. The living room features a couch and two easy chairs. The bedroom has a queen bed with plenty of closet and storage space. Both the bedroom and living room have T.V.'s. The bathroom is compact, but features a full bathtub/shower. The property is conveniently located to other marinas in Clinton and shops in Madison, Westbrook and Clinton. Hammonasset Beach State Park is about 10 minutes away. Access to U.S. 1 and I-95 is quick and convenient. The hosts are friendly and very helpful if you need anything during your stay. This property is ideal for a couple seeking a picturesque and quiet accommodation along the Connecticut coast and close to New Haven, Branford and New London,

Adorable property!

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay for our baby moon! The property was clean, cozy, and absolutely adorable. Loved the deck with views of the marina too. Chris and Ann were great hosts. We hope to stay again sometime!

Perfect getaway

We couldn’t have asked for anything more! The space was just the right size, perfectly clean, and had everything we needed. Clinton was a quiet town with breakfast spots within walking distance. Ann and Chris were fabulous hosts- friendly and helpful. And having kayaks available throughout our stay was icing on the cake! Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot, lovely hosts!

Ann and Chris were great hosts; they made sure we had everything we needed! The house was easy to find, clean and the perfect fit for my husband, 4 month old and me. It was within minutes of restaurants and was close to the Hammonasset state park. The back porch overlooking the water was beautiful and so relaxing in the morning. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great views, beautiful space

The owners left easy instructions, a short list. Decor was lovely,plenty of room for the 2 of us. So comfortable and homey. Felt like home. Can't wait to go again.

Beautiful and up to date cottage with everything you could ask for...we met Chris and Peanut and they were really nice and helpful...sorry we didn't meet Ann....maybe next time as we definitely plan to come back

Peaceful Marina Getaway
