I would have to say this was a charmingly decorated unit. But, It definitely lacked cleaning. The doors were left unlocked when we had arrived to the patio and master bedroom (sliding doors) be careful and check when you arrive that all doors are locked, towels were old. A musty damp smell in the home which took a good two days to get rid of when we were there from Friday to Monday. I will never return to this home. Very disappointed in this home, and we have stayed at many over the years, waiting on a response from VRBO and hosts at this time.

The tv in the king bedroom had no power cord. The remote for the tv in the living room only worked half the time. Also, these are not smart tvs so if you plan to relax with your favorite show after a long day out. Not going to happen. The drain plug in the bathtub does not work so kiddos can't take a bath. There is an ant infestation in the kitchen so our donuts in a box on the counter were covered in ants the next morning. The back sliding door does not lock so a piece of wood is shoved in there to keep people from opening it from the outside. Just a lot of things that made the trip frustrating. We were ready to go home by the end of it. I reached out to the owners on the first evening there about the missing power cord for the tv but they were unable to alleviate the situation. I didnt tell them about any other problems until after check out. They offered a free night if we would book another trip with them. So again, they seem nice but that didn't help with the problems. Also, the walk to the lake from this unit is a long one. Bring some comfy tennis shoes.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry several aspects of your stay caused frustration. After your departure, our cleaning team located the TV power cord in the closet. We also investigated the ants and found that they had entered through a window that was left slightly open rather than an ongoing infestation. We appreciate you bringing the bathtub stopper to our attention and will have it replaced so it functions properly for future guests. Thank you for helping us identify areas where we can improve the guest experience.

We had an amazing stay for a weekend getaway to disconnect. The condo was as described and as the photos showed. It was the perfect place to just unwind.

Great place conveniently located

We had a great time in Branson staying here. Close to everything you want to see but far enough that you felt disconnected when you wanted to. Modern place with a homey and contemporary feel.

We loved the property. Unit was right by the pool and the trails. The unit was decorated very nice and the layout was great. There is a big covered porch in the back. Two bathrooms were wonderful to have and the master bath had 2 sinks. Both bathrooms had plenty of hooks. It was right by silver dollar city which was our main destination. We had a great stay!

Spring Break Getaway

This condo was the perfect location for our trip. It was just a hop skip and jump to the parking lot for SDC and our kids loved walking the trail down to the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely plan to return on our next trip!

Did some golfing, boat on table rock lake, shopping, silver dollar city harvest fest and top of thr rock golf tour. Had a blast. House was in good location and very cute!! Would rent again and hoghly recommend

Great Vacation and Location

This is our second stay at this condo. We love the location and how close everything is to it. It was very clean and nicely set up. I have two small children and they had plenty of space to play and felt like they were “at home”. It was very quiet and we never heard noises per looking at other reviews. I recommend this place and it is very family-friendly. Bed is comfortable, Hot shower, big bathtub for the kids to soak in and play. We are already planning another stay within the next year.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. It was right across from the pool. There was a little noise from some kids above running, but we were not in the unit most of the time so it wasn't too bad. The pictures are relatively accurate although they make it look a little bigger and it could use some refreshing (paint, small updates ect.). Overall it was nice and clean and we were happy with it.

cozy little retreat

This condo was perfect for our spring break getaway. Arrival instructions were very clear and easy to navigate. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to see/do while in Branson. Easy drive to any of the attractions and restaurants. The place was very clean and master bed and pillows were a dream! Our kids loved having a small park to play and the trail to the water was very peaceful. I was worried about barking dogs or loud neighbors after reading some reviews, but we never heard a thing other than some footsteps once in a while. We are already planning a visit back this winter!

The unit was well decorated, but was lacking in overall maintenance and cleaning. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the closet. Unit had a very musty smell and very high moisture levels. Most of the walls and decor was covered in dust and cob webs. The unit did have everything we needed for our stay and we are grateful for the hospitality but would probably not book this unit again.

Worked well for our needs

Came to Branson for 2 days of Silver Dollar City. You absolutely cant beat the location proximity to the park. Nearly all the condos in this area are very similar, so this particular unit doesn't stand out from the pack. But it was clean, and nicely furnished. I would say the masterbed mattress is rather saggy, the towel hook outside the master shower is broken, and I wish the curtains in the front (kids) bedroom blocked out the sun better (so my kids didn't wake at sunrise while on vacation). But overall this was a great place and we'd stay here again.
