Our stay was absolutely beautiful, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. We loved seeing the kangaroos hopping around and the owners’ horses roaming nearby, it made the experience feel so peaceful and unique. Everything was spectacular, and we couldn’t have asked for a better road trip stay. Highly recommended!

Charming little cottage, that was clean and tidy. However we found the couch too small to snuggle on, and it was freezing cold, Downstairs . The upstairs bed was very comfortable, just be careful with the stairs as they are narrow. Due to airing the bathroom out, the shower curtain was freezing and would cling to you during your shower. Only little mishaps. It was so wonderful waking up to birds and the complete tranquility. Fabulous location, close enough to everything, but also felt a million miles away. Kindest Regards,Amy & Mark

Anyone considering this property, needs to read paragraph 10 carefully. Visiting the dunny at night is a nightmare. First get out of bed without cracking your head, next across the bridge, down the stairs out the door and around to the long drop Unfortunately if this journey requires you to make several visits a night with temperatures in the low teens find somewhere else to stay.

Delightful stay

What a wonderful little place to stay, it has everything you need to relax and unwind. The scenery is beautiful, only a 5 min drive into town, the weather was icy when we were there, but the heater packs a punch, it was so toasty inside. Our stay was really lovely, thank you Ann-Marie

Cozy Getaway

A tranquil cozy cottage set amidst a beautiful farm. The guesthouse cottage was clean and idyllic for a weekend away! Close to local beaches, wineries and the hustle of town.

Lovely little loft cottage

Such a pretty little cottage, with the sweetest loft bedroom. I really appreciated the decent coffee machine and good internet for working!

Relaxing holiday

It was lovely to sit having a glass of wine in the evenings listening to the birds in the trees and looking out for the local Roos. Many times they just jumped on by.

Excellent Facilities for In House Living

After weeks on the road trying to eat healthily it was nice to drop into the Bunbury Farmers Market to stock up with provisions. Ann-Marie's kitchen had everything needed to prepare, cook and enjoy refreshing meals. Comfy and well appointed, peaceful and away from major roads. Thanks for a nice stay.

Nice little cottage

Well located cottage , close to Margaret River centre. Comfortable, cosy , has everything you need for a short or medium stay. Very quiet. Couple of things to remember: bathroom is outside, access by the terrace; and the bed is upstairs, with sharp stairs. We liked it. Kitchen is neat and super equipped.

Beautiful country cottage

The cottage is spacious and well appointed. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the lounge is comfortable and roomy. The bed was also very comfortable. The outlook is divine with horses to greet you in the morning. It is close to the township of Margaret River which is much bigger than I expected. The area is spectacular and I wish we had stayed longer. Thanks for your hospitality.

Comfortable stay at Margaret River

Pleasant stay with well equipped kitchen to self cater. Coffee machine was appreciated. Very clean, close proximity to Margaret river attractions. Bedroom loft was cosy, with low ceiling beams in parts and steep open stairs to access. It was fine for us but something to consider if issues with mobility or you are really tall! P

Perfect Hideaway

Dan and Ann-Marie were the perfect hosts at this amazingly beautiful property. Located close to town, but on eight stunning acres, so we felt like we were in the middle of the forest. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We just wish we could've stayed longer, but we will definitely be back, and will recommend your place to everybody.
