Lake View Ranch

Extensively updated ranch home in beautiful Lakeside Drive neighborhood. Simple parking and contactless check-in. The covered porches welcome guests and provide great cover for taking in the views from outside! Our favorite? The large kitchen with high end appliances, endless storage and counter space! Through the kitchen is the elegant dining area with heirloom table! Follow the hickory floors to spacious living area with large Samsung tv, comfy seating and picturesque views of Lake Erie.
There are 3 bedrooms to choose from with quality mattresses and soft bedding. The main bath has a large soaker tub/shower and 6’ of counter space! Towels, salon shampoos/conditioner, soaps and paper products are provided for our guests.

Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Erie, PA. There is a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass- a short walk away, at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd. There is a natural, root-carved, steep path to get down to the beach. Presque Isle State Park and beach is directly across the water, a 15 minute drive by car. Lakeside Boat launch one mile away. Downtown Erie is 5 minute drive.

MAX GUESTS: Please count ALL visitors to the property at time of reservation. This home is equipped to serve 6 guests comfortably. Extra accommodations are often available so please contact host prior to your visit.

HOUSE RULES: Please count all visitors at time of booking. Guest must reserve with accurate count of people in their group. NO additional visitors permitted on property- whether staying or not. Hosts and staff live nearby.

Please respect the neighborhood and practice quiet time beginning at 10 pm. No smoking, vaping, pets or illegal activity.

We had a wonderful time at Lake View Ranch! Janelle was always very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The house was beautiful with lots of room. It was our home away from home for a few days. It allowed our out of town families to visit our Erie family and celebrate Thanksgiving together. We would definitely recommend this home! This house was great! It had a great view of Lake Erie and access to a little beach area. The house was very family friendly and the neighborhood felt safe. The hosts had everything available that we may have needed; they even had fun extras available for us to use! The personalized welcome was great! We will absolutely be staying again in the future!

I stayed here when I was on a business trip regarding some structural engineering concerns my firm was addressing. The property was very clean and a very nice place to stay. It was quiet at night and in a great location. I would stay here again if I have to come back to revisit this project.

We were completely impressed with this house.We have rented several houses in Erie and this was the nicest of all. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. We will definitely rent this property again. Close to downtown Erie Bayfront restaurants & Presque Isle. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and has great views of the lake. Janelle was easy to communicate with and always got back to us quickly. Thanks Janelle for a great stay!! We'll be back. :)

Lake View Ranch

Our family has booked many different homes around the area, and this property has been the best by far. Great for a smaller group, the host goes over and above what most hosts offer. Happily give 5 stars!

Great place to stay while in Erie!

Being a family of six, we use many Vrbo rentals all over the world each year and this one was exceptionally well appointed. They literally had everything we needed. The listing is extremely accurate which we appreciate. Would stay here again while in town visiting family. Recommend this listing with no reservations!

Gorgeous and convenient

The property was beautiful, the windows let in so much light. Everyone from my in- laws to my 8 & 15 year olds loved it and felt comfortable. The games and the three season room were a huge hit. And it was convenient to the Behrend.

Family trip

Janelle was very responsive to any questions and needs. The house was great for our family and the location was perfect. In a quiet neighborhood and a very easy drive to the bayfront area for fishing and restaurants . We would stay again next time we are in Erie. We also enjoyed the patio area, using the grill and playing the outdoor yard games included at the house.

relaxing stay

we came to Erie for a family reunion. Staying at Lake View Ranch was wonderful! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there The house was immaculate and very comfortable. We met Janelle the first evening on our walk back from the park that was close by. Janelle was very accomodating. We would definitely stay at Lake View Ranch again. It was a very pleasant experience!

Quite and relaxing

We loved staying here last year and just had to stay there again this summer!! Beautiful sunsets across the street. Good communication with homeowner. Close vicinity of many activities, stores and restaurants. One of the best things about this place is the little secret beach area within walking distance. it's the perfect quick little place to take the children to search for Seaglass and to enjoy when it's not a convenient time for you to go over to the Island

Property and house were beautiful! House was immaculate. Lots of room. Games for the teenagers. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the sun room. Friendly neighbors. Janelle was awesome to work with. Thanksgiving in Erie, PA

This home was just beautiful. Beds were comfortable and we loved having everything on one floor. Kitchen was perfect for cooking a very nice meal. We all enjoyed the stay and will stay her again in the future.
