Les activités de plein air du Storey Lake Resort comprennent une piscine de style complexe avec un parc aquatique et un bar tiki proposant de délicieuses collations et boissons, une aire de jeux pour les plus petits, un putting green, un terrain de volley-ball et de nombreux autres terrains de sport le long de la communauté.

we stayed at the villa for 10 days so we could attend a family wedding the kitchen had everything we needed as a large family off 6 adults 3 children bedrooms were all very clean and comfy will recommend this villa to my friend’s and family we all had an amazing time and plenty off memories made

BRING YOU OWN TOWELS !!

We all enjoyed our stay. the location was great and the property was beautiful definitely recommend. Other than them only providing 1 white towel each for 7 days and them charging me almost $200cad because they were ”stained” is wild to me a scheme you towels shouldn’t be white if u want people to use them for multiple days!

Great place- bad check in process

Overall, the place was fantastic and so was the location! The amenities were nice too with the pool, hot tub, basketball court, and the waterslides worked half the time. The only problem was the check-in process! They required a lot of documentation before hand and they let me know the day of check in that everything wasn’t approved and I would lose all of my money, and there would be no refund because it was a no-show. I had to provide a picture of my credit card, my ID and a selfie. I thought that was too extreme. Everything was paid for and that was way too excessive! It really was stressful and contacted VRBO because I thought we were scammed. We weren’t told that we had the code to the place until we were halfway to Orlando.

Warning!!..Do Not Book With Wonder Vacation Homes

Do not book with Wonder Vacation Homes!!! When we arrived there were two broken unusable lounge chairs at the pool. We used the guest portal messenger to report them and no one apologized, offered a credit or came to pick them up until after we checked out. Then after we checked out 3 days later we received a message claiming that we stained a towel and clogged a toilet. Someone from operations claimed they took video of the inspection but we have yet to see it. Instead they sent us a picture of a random CLEAN toilet. No before and after evidence of the supposed clog. Also sent us a random picture of a hand towel that could have came from anywhere. Where is the video?????…. I am in dispute with them currently. Again if you book at Storey Lake DO NOT BOOK WITH WONDER VACATION HOMES!!!!!!

Nice house

The house was very clean, great location, and we had plenty of room for our group of 8. We did have an issue with the toilet, but maintenance came right out. There were other issues with the house, but nothing urgent. We just made a list as requested and sent to Wonder Vacations. The only issue we had was the check in process. There was definitely a big communication issue. I called about 10 days prior to our check in and was told they had everything they needed and I would receive the door code 2 days prior to arrival. We also received all the check in instructions which were very helpful. When we didn't receive the door code 2 days prior I tried multiple times to reach someone by text, email, and the portal without any resolution or explanation. I was told different things by different people on the portal and by phone. I was finally able to reach someone and was eventually told the documents I uploaded months before were gone?!? It was so upsetting to hear this just hours before we were to check in and being told different things by different people. I think if communication was easier and the staff were more accessible and all on the same page, then I would give this house 5 stars.

Zero communication

This owner and management company had zero responses to my communication and questions. I paid in full yet not one question was replied and we asked to have the pool heated and it was not. The resort office shook their head and said we sadly have had a lot of complaints on Bruno not responding. The house is very pretty and decorated nicely as well as had a lot of room. but the cleaning and maintenance need more detail. The carpets in almost every room had stains and dried food on stairs as well as dried food on dresser. There was a full set of used fake nails sitting in a bedroom drawer. The curtain rods in a couple rooms were falling some due to screws being popped out of the wall and the living room sliding door blinds we couldnt shut because they are broke. The resort it’s self is a great location and very beautiful with friendly staff. If Bruno and his team could respond to their emails and text messages this place would be a good place.

Short Disney Trip

We decided to take our granddaughter to Disney for the weekend. We found this house and decided to book it. Simple to book. The house was very clean. Only a few rolls of toilet tissue. We bought some at Walmart. Highly recommend this location.

Horrible

Not only was I over charged on the deposit which I haven’t gotten back yet. The room was not dusted. The main room bathrooms shower didn’t work. The second master bathroom was not flushing. I paid extra for heated pool and didn’t get it till the next day. The kitchen utilities were dirty ,the same with the bbq grill it was rusted and came in late. The staff at the office were so rude, the only one who tried to help was Wilma. I wanted a staycation with my family who travel from Miami and we had such a bad experience But made the most of it. Also if you need anything don’t waste your time calling the main off you stay on hold for hours not minutes, hour!!!!!!! Worse experience ever. And the worse part of it I stay there before and it was a great experience but this time it was HORRIBLE.

Okay stay

Everything looked nice and presentable when we arrived. Check-in was nice and easy. I had to request maintenance because the garbage disposal was making a weird noise, a couple lights were blown in the living room, and One of the Upstairs TVs was not working; which still ended up not working the entire time after maintenance came by, and there was an ant problem in the upstairs bathroom and closets. I will say, I did receive quick responses every time I reached out to them. Very nice home and the location was great, I just wish some things could’ve been done differently.
