Most Comfortable Oceanside Condo!!

Of the last 3 oceanfront condo, all of which were nice, this condo is the most comfortable! This place feels like home. And the view ain’t bad either. lol. Loved the checkin process which was smooth and entry/exit of the condo couldn’t have been any easier. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

We found the Canaveral Towers property to be very clean, and well maintained. The shuffleboard area, and putting green were nice Pool was deeper than most, water was cool and even in the 90 plus degree temps. The condo was nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, and very clean The balcony had comfortable chairs, 2 little tables, and a beautiful ocean view. We did have a few issues, one being that on the day prior to arrival, we still had not received our informational check-in email. We called and left messages,sent the VRBO host a message via the app, and emailed with no response at nearly 5 pm on a Friday. When we finally received the email, it was disappointing that we had to drive to a location 30 minutes round trip ithrough Friday traffic, where we couldn’t find a parking spot large enough to park our F350 dually to pick up the condo key! Then, had to return to that location to drop the key back off prior to departure. Is there a reason the lock can’t be changed to a push button entry, or put a realtor lock box on the unit’s door?? We were happy the unit had a washer/dryer, but it was a combo unit. Even after reading the manual, we couldn’t master it. The dryer was either so hot that it shrunk our clothes, or after two hours, they were still damp. Maybe it was user error, or maybe it wasn’t working properly. Every evening the smell of pot,and cigarettes from folks smoking on their balconies was overwhelming. Didnt think that was permitted? .

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here based on the reviews. Did not live up to the hype by others. The views were wonderful and the grounds and pool are well taken care of. The negatives: the bed was like sleeping on the floor. The patio furniture was covered in mildew so we had to sit on towels. A towel bar in one of the bathrooms was missing, but the brackets were still on the wall. The washer/dryer combo ruined some of our clothes because the dryers heat could not be adjusted. Even on the "low" setting the clothes burned my fingers when I removed them. Both toilets had pink mildew rings in them. Our water got shut off and we couldn't run the dishwasher or clean the last dishes before checkout. Only 1 beach towel and only 2 towels per bathroom. Getting the key for check-in was very confusing, plus our instructions for the elevator and common areas as wrong. We didn't need a key for the elevator and the common areas require a code that was not provided until I called and asked. We stay at Canaveral Towers often, but we will never stay in this condo again.

Great property. Great beach. Awkward check-in/out

The property was great, the beach was great. The only thing that we did not like was the check-in/check-out process. We had to get a Uber to pickup and drop off the key. Why so far from the property?

Stepping out the front door a perfect view of space shots (unfortunately scrubbed during our visit). We enjoyed going to 2 restaurants at the port to watch the cruise ships leave port (Fishlips and Grills).The condo was clean and comfortable. The property manager was great. She responded to questions, and quickly answered calls.Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked, but they were working to repair it. Not great for a 9 story building... but we didn’t have to wait too long. I would recommend.

The immaculate pool was a refreshing retreat, complemented by the ease of beach access that allowed us to seamlessly blend poolside relaxation with ocean-side exploration. Ideal for our family of four, the condo struck the perfect balance between spacious privacy and cozy communal areas. Dining out was a breeze with a variety of good restaurants nearby, enhancing our experience without stretching our budget. The reasonable pricing of the condo itself felt like a luxury without the expense, providing value that exceeded our expectations. Fast Wi-Fi kept us connected, and the covered parking was a thoughtful convenience, adding to the ease of our stay. The proximity to a Publix Grocery Store ensured we were never far from anything we needed. In Cape Canaveral, this condo wasn't just a place to stay; it was a slice of paradise that made our family vacation memorable, blending comfort, beauty, and convenience in a location that captivated our hearts and left us yearning to return.

Nice Unit Other problems interrupted enjoying it

The very beginning was ridiculous. We had to drive 5 miles out of our way to get the key. It was supposed to be in an alley behind a restaurant. We felt like we were committing some kind of crime. The nice manager met us and gave us the key. She said we were too early to pick it up at the designated place. Next, when we finally get in, we find out that you can’t enter the elevator on the 4th floor. You have to go downstairs to enter. If those 2 things would have been revealed to us, we would NOT have rented there. We are in pretty good shape, but I have an ankle injury and it’s difficult to walk down steps. Next, there were several times that BOTH elevators were out. On the day before our departure, we had to start packing. We had to carry EVERYTHING down 4 flights of stairs. At one point, we spoke to a lady who told us she helped her 88 year old mom to the 8th floor. We were so sick of the place by the time we left. The unit we rented was very nice. It was all the circumstances that made our visit sub par. I would like to suggest that these problems be revealed so that the renter can at least know what to expect. I will not rent there again. We heard many complaints from other tenants about the elevators. I don’t know who runs the property but someone should give them a heads up.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

Clean, comfortable, wonderful views, pool was about 81 - 82 degrees and spotless, Comfortable bed in master. No complaints, Manager answered our questions quickly and made sure we were comfortable. It was a bit tricky getting the key on day one. It was off site about 5 miles away and in a tiny box about 3 inches by 2 inches, outside a building Once we found The box it was easy. I would love to stay here again.

Wonderful ocean view condo

Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with unit 402; its location was superb (ocean view from almost all the windows) and the layout was easy to move around in with lots of space. The air conditioning was a godsend as it was very hot and humid on the Florida Space Coast the last three days of our stay. We not only had excellent views of the ocean but also of the fantastic lightening storms that lit up the skies a couple of nights. The only complaints I have are--there is one slat missing in the window slats over the door to the deck, and the washer/dryer combination was a bit confusing so I never used it. Fortunately there are washers and dryers available elsewhere in the complex so if you don't want to use it you don't have to. A last complaint is that the key to the unit (there are two; one is in the room, the other is in a lockbox off location) is kept in its lockbox in such an obscure spot off location we had trouble finding it. But all in all it's a great unit and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good, clean, comfortable place to stay in the Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. And that was another plus--great location, not far from Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, or other attractions you could easily drive to.

No complaints about the condo itself at all! There was only one elevator working at the time which got a little frustrating during busy times but no fault of the room itself! The balcony door handle was unscrewed at the bottom and we couldn't find a screwdriver to fix ourselves but all other amenities were tip top!

Very nice overall

Great location as long as you want to be afraid from restaurants, etc. parking stall included. Very clean, washer/dryer in unit. Worst thing was the bed in the master bedroom, most uncomfortable thing I have ever tried to sleep on.

Beach View

This condo perfectly met all our needs! We came to hang out with family and the condo accommodated our gatherings with a fully appointed kitchen and comfortable seating. We loved the beach views from our patio every morning and evening. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was large and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend this condo!
