Beautiful Place

Property is well maintained. Very homey feeling in the condo and the area. Small town vibes with only an hour drive to Orlando If you want to go to any amusement parks. We spent most of our week at the Space Coast Center for softball and it was only a 30 min drive.

Great condo! Very well-equipped! Had everything we needed. Just like it lists in the description. Loved the pool and the beach access was perfect. We really enjoyed how close it was to everything in town as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

My wife and teen kids loved the condo. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. A lot of vacation rentals do not have comfortable furniture or all the offering of home. This condo has all of that. Owner are very responsive and communicate everything you need to know for your stay. Perfect place hope to rebook sometime.

We love the Cape!

Condo is first floor so very accessible to beach, HEATED pool, & putting green! Reserved parking spot & ample open spaces for visitors. Great location for side trips - Historic Cocoa Village, Kennedy Space Center, many wildlife locations, & historic sites. Terrific beach site for rocket launches from Cape Canaveral- especially night launches!!

Great location, ground floor, so cute

We enjoyed this super cute condo. The space was great for our family of 5. Thank you for sharing beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys! The beach is lovely and not too crowded. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property is well maintained. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach and that was great!

Stay in paradise!

This place was very nice. Very convenient to stores, beach, restaurants and the pool. We definitely would stay again at this condo. Nothing negative to say. One suggestion would be is to put a door to the master bathroom, maybe a sliding door. Thanks for the memories. Loretta

One of the nicest!

This is one of the nicest condos that we have stayed. Interior is beautifully designed for comfort and met all our needs. I would definitely stay here in the future. The pool is large and warm enough. My only con is how inconsiderate other residents were with pool chairs and tables. “Saving” them for many hours and not actually using them. There were seven tables around the pool area of which only two had umbrellas. Our condo was equipped with beach tent, umbrella, chairs, and plenty of toys for our use on the beach. We made great use of them. We immensely enjoyed our time at this condo.

Not a pleasant stay

This was our first time in Cocoa Beach. The towers are an older property. We had smokers in several units around us, and daily construction. The pounding, drilling, and other loud noises during our visit was not optimal. We were also surprised to find the unit floor dirty, and sheets in second bedroom had brown spots all over. We made the best of it, but left disappointed with our experience.

Please know that we are continuously striving to provide the best possible experience for our guests. -Regarding the noise issue, we have investigated the matter, and we can confirm that there is currently no construction going on at the building. We apologize for any disturbance you experienced, and we will remain vigilant to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful environment. -We understand your concerns about smoking, and we have a strict no-smoking policy in our units. However, we want to assure you that while we do our best to enforce this policy within our property, we, unfortunately, cannot control the actions of others in their units.
