Magnifique péniche de 70 'avec terrasse sur le toit à distance de marche de DT Knox

Vous en avez assez de rester dans la même vieille chambre d'hôtel ennuyeuse et étouffante? Nous aussi, nous avons donc décidé de posséder notre propre péniche sur la rivière Tennessee, où nous pourrions marcher à peu près tout. Le «Moonlight Madness» est amarré dans la paisible marina de Volunteer Landing à Knoxville. Le port de plaisance est à quelques pas du steakhouse primé «Ruth’s Chris» et du Calhoun’s On the River. Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à la fois au Neyland Greenway, au James White Greenway, au Neyland Stadium, à l'arène Thompson-Boling, à l'Université du Tennessee et à la vibrante Market Street au centre-ville de Knoxville. Nous pouvons accueillir 6 personnes dans des lits et bien d'autres si vous voulez faire preuve de créativité. Nous avons 2 chambres, un lit king size dans le maître et un lit complet dans les quartiers de l'équipage et un canapé-lit queen size, ainsi que 2 salles de bains. Nous proposons 3 ponts, un sur la proue, un sur la poupe (idéal pour le café du matin) et un pont de 70 'PARTY sur le toit. Le pont de fête a des sièges abondants avec 2 téléviseurs HD à écran plat et un barbecue à gaz et un foyer au gaz. Le maître dispose également d'un écran plat Vizio UHD de 40 'avec Smartcast. Le salon dispose également d'un écran plat 50 'UHD. Notre bateau est entièrement approvisionné avec des draps et des serviettes propres. L'office est également entièrement approvisionné en vaisselle, ustensiles et petits appareils électroménagers avec Internet haute vitesse. Vous rencontrerez beaucoup de gens très sympas qui résident à plein temps à la marina. En outre, nous avons une voiturette de golf EZGO et 2 kayaks et 2 vélos de croisière de plage qui sont disponibles pour que vous puissiez les utiliser sur notre bateau. Désolé mais la péniche ne quitte pas la marina à cause du courant de la rivière. Nous avons également un gestionnaire de marina à temps plein sur place si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit ou si vous avez des questions avec nos bateaux. Nous voulons que votre séjour chez nous soit mémorable et nous ferons tout notre possible pour vous donner envie de revenir.

Loved this place. The location was spot‑on, and the houseboat itself was super clean and comfortable. We spent so much time on the balcony and the deck — the views were incredible. The kayaks and golf cart were awesome extras and made everything even more fun. Truly a great stay, and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay! The top party deck was amazing to sit out on at night and watch the games!!! Enjoyed being able to walk along the river and so close to downtown yet quiet and peaceful! House is as described and was squeaky clean! We will stay here again when we travel to Knoxville!!

It was like walking into someone's home, so welcoming. You will want for NOTHING. Everything is there and all you need food and drink. Fonz (the host) was so delightful to work with and was very communicative. Decor was so fun if you are music lover. Drums for coffee tables, decor was so cute. REALLY enjoyed out stay and loved the golf cart to be able to get around. I would love to be there on a game day, bet it is a lot of fun. Thanks Fonz for sharing your beautiful boat with us.R

Guys Weekend

The houseboat provided a unique place to stay for a guys weekend in Knoxville. The houseboat was very clean and well stocked in case you forgot anything. Use of the golf cart is a definite plus for loading and unloading cars from the parking area.

This is a great retreat if you are looking for a little relaxing time. We enjoyed the covered top deck the most, watching boat traffic and the Greenway joggers and bikers. The boat is very well furnished, even with items you may have forgotten to bring along. Very thoughtful owners have made this a pleasant adventure. My only advice for potential renters is to understand this is a boat at a marina which requires a little more agility than a hotel. Steve C.

Great location and beautiful houseboat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The houseboat is beautiful with lots of amenities. The owner was very easy to work with and provided lots of valuable information on the property in general, houseboat specifically, and attractions in the area. We loved sitting out on the balcony area watching boats, barges, and all kinds of wildlife float by. The check in process is a little confusing, but that's more because of the way the area is set up. Once you figure that out, it's super easy to get around. A couple of restaurants are within easy walking distance too. Having access to a golf cart made unloading/loading very easy. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area. It's truly the most unique vacation rental I've ever visited and would love to return!

A unique place to stay!! Great Decor inside and as many others have noted, the party deck up top was fantastic. We did have an issue with the head that rendered it useless for the first day but the host bought us dinner and drinks to make up for it. It was an issue with the Marina and not the owner. Check it out as an alternate to a hotel in downtown. It was fun.
