Wifi gratuit, climatisation à cycle inversé, lave-vaisselle, même une machine Nespresso, ce cottage de vacances familial sur la plage de 3 x 2 surplombant la baie de Comet est une superbe maison de vacances. À distance de marche de Mandurah Marina et à distance de marche des cinémas, Mandurah Performing Arts et de l'estran où vous pouvez louer un bateau, un kayak, une planche à pagaie ou un vélo pour découvrir l'estuaire, les canaux et les sentiers de la région. x2 lits Queen à l'intérieur et x3 ensembles de lits superposés simples. Cette propriété a également une dépendance séparée qui se compose de 3 lits doubles. Un deuxième WC et douche est situé dans la buanderie qui est équipée d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge. Aucun linge de lit ou de toilette fourni mais peut être cité. 250 $ de pointe, 200 $ hors pointe, supplément Noël et Pâques 95 $ de frais de nettoyage, 500 $ Bond. Location is great. The property could do with a bit of maintenance and its very exposed without a complete perimeter fence, as a result we had items stolen overnight. With a bit of love and attention there is no reason this property wouldnt earn 5 stars.

Location is amazing, stunning views. House is mostly as described but needs some maintenance and would benefit from some easy updates to improve eg new towels, adequate cutlery to accommodate the number of guests the house can sleep (we purchased) Host responded quickly when we requested more outdoor chairs as not enough as shown in pictures.

Great house for young families

Great beach shack set up for young families, close to the beach with a grassy yard to play. Good selection of kitchen items to prepare meals and plenty of room at the table. Shona and the team were super helpful when we called. A great find.

Fabulous

What a great, quirky place to stay. Fabulous location. Everything you need including hand soap in the bathrooms, spare toilet rolls, plenty of dishwashing tablets etc. We were 4 adults and 6 teenagers and there was plenty of crockery, cutlery and room at the dining table for us all! We will definitely stay here again.

Original Beach Shack

An original Beach shack with ocean views and beach access. Well equipped, good location with air con. Driveway needs attention as it is hard to access without a 4 wheel drive, almost got bogged. The location is the best. We could walk everywhere. We were there during Crab Fest - it was so convient to walk and not need to find parking.

Family Holiday

We loved it at the cottage in mandurah and communication with the property manager was awesome. We will definitely stay again. The aircons in two rooms were not working but we compromised with the property manager as it was hard to get aircon maintenance in at such a busy time in christmas. They dropped off 3 bottles of wine and that was so cool. I do recommend that they up grade the driveway but honestly it was the best stay ever with such great communication with the property manager. Thank you to you all have a wonderful New Years and I will definately be back.Kind RegardsSeeley & Te Kanawa Family

It's perfect if you have kids

The place is great for kids they can't tear up the place . It's hommy like going to granny's back in the day . The bunk beds kinda smell a little potty I say that word becuase they didn't Like the word but other then that we had a great time . The outside setting is really what you pay for . Would rent again .

True beach cottage, the sound of the waves nearly at your door. Everything provided that you need, although baking pans short on supply. Outdoor area amazing!

So good that I don't want to tell everyone

Perfect home for a beach holiday. We are two adults with four older teens and the location of this beach cottage was ideal - right on the beach with the feeling of “being away from it all” but close enough to easily walk in to town for movies etc. This is the second time that I have stayed and will certainly be booking again.

Beauty Dreams

A beautiful old school beach getaway that allowed for a very relaxing stay. We had everything we needed and the location gave us flexibility in what we chose to do through the day. Will definitely book this property again.
