Bienvenue dans le prestigieux complexe hôtelier Living dans la communauté fermée estimée de Burnt Store Marina, située à proximité du village des pêcheurs, dans le quartier animé de Punta Gorda, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et magasins dans le port voisin de Charlotte. Cet appartement familial / familier avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes, unité d'extrémité de rez-de-chaussée sur le thème de la côte est situé dans la magnifique Harbour Towers. Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas des quais de bateaux manucurés et des sentiers de promenade. Ce condo dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et buanderie dans la suite. Profitez de vos soirées ou du café du matin dans votre lanai filtré. Vous vous sentirez comme dans un complexe 5 étoiles lorsque vous entrerez dans la piscine à couper le souffle qui met en valeur un bain à remous, des vestiaires et une cuisine extérieure avec 2 zones de grillades. En outre, il y a un club de fitness, de raquette et de piscine sur la propriété. Great stay!

Susan's place was perfect for our family of 3! It had a great parking lot location making loading and unloading super easy! The walk to the docks was probably the closest walk for a condo on the parking lot side. Overall, a great stay!

The condo was amazing! Modern and clean, warm and inviting. There are so many things to do and see, the people are all friendly and helpful . We were closing on our build house, and staying just a few streets away made things much easier for us. Loved walking the dogs around the marina, just on the other side of the building, and even saw Dolphins and manatees. Cass Cay Restaurant was great too and nearby.

Susan and her husband are the sweetest people. Very helpful, they let you know you can call them or Beverly at any time for anything. My 4 year old granddaughter came for a couple of days and stole the hearts of Many at Cas Cay Restaurant on Karaoke night. We had fun ❤️

Great potential, with a few issues

This property has great potential and the owners quickly responded to our questions, but there were a few issues with the property. I reported these issues to the owner and she said they planned to address them. Here's my list: 1. The foam mattress topper in the master bedroom was quite soft; so soft that we couldn't sleep well and became so tired that we cut our stay short by 5 nights. 2. There was a very strong and unpleasant odor inside the drawers and cabinet of the kitchen island. 3. The living room shade did not work, so I had to climb up a step stool twice each day to open and close it. 4. We killed two roaches in the master bathroom. We suspect the roaches and other cleanliness issues probably are related to the quality of the housekeeping service in these days of Covid, rather than having anything to do with the owners. If the listed issues are remediated, this will be a nice condo in a very pleasant area. We enjoyed our walks around the marina and saw multiple manatees swimming around the docked boats each day.

James, I was very saddened to read your comments as we had a great friendship and kept in touch many times. . I was disappointed to hear that my blinds broke during your stay. But I ordered another one immediately. As far as the pests and unpleasant odor, the pest control company and cleaners found no evidence of these allegations. Lastly the bed. It is hotel quality with removable topper. I wish you would have discussed this with me before you left and not when you returned home. I would have been happy to make things right. I am glad that you had safe travels and we wish you well.

Wonderful Condo - Fantastic Location!

Highly recommend this property - lovely condo, incredibly safe and secure gated community, beautiful location right on a stunning marina. The owners are great and very, very helpful. You have everything you could possibly need available to you. 100% recommend - (forgot the best part, absolutely everyone who resides or works at condo complex is so incredibly nice and helpful. You will want to move there permanently)! Run, don’t walk, to rent this property.

Condo vacation

For my husband and myself it was the first time staying on the west side of Florida, we decided on Punta Gorda and the area did not disappoint. The condo was exactly as written and ideal area. The owner sent via email a welcome letter which included things to do as well as places to see which turned out great as we set out on our adventure in this area all recommendations were enjoyed. We would not hesitate to contact owner for a return visit.

Fantastic place!

We were in town for a surprise party for a friend. Location was perfect, nice clean condo! Love the pool and location was perfect for run to Ft. Myers, Punta Gorda etc. Susan was SO quick to respond if I had any questions. There were just the 2 of us so we each had our own bedroom/bathroom which was great! You could do 2 couples here very easily also. We would totally stay here again the next time we visit the area!

Beautiful Marina living!

We had an excellent, relaxing time at this beautiful marina. The condo was pleasant and well stocked. We chose this location to serve as our base camp for looking for a permanent home in the area. Susan was great to work with and gave us some good input on a realtor to help with our needs. We chose Susan's condo because it was located on the ground floor which was convenient to be able to take our dog out. Burnt Store marina is a great place to relax and meet some great people. Cass Cay restaurant was a great place as well (on property) to hang out for drinks and food. The marina was just around the corner from our condo and we enjoyed walking it and admiring all the boats. We hope to be back in the near future as a permanent resident to the area! Thanks Susan for all your help!

We are Canadians and bought this beautiful condo the moment we saw it. The community is so upscale and the landscaping is beautiful. I also felt safe because it’s a gated community. I could hardly wait to show my sons. I am not the type of person who can sit still and in this community and in the towns nearby there is so much to do and create family memories. I want to share this condo with you so you too can create memories that will last a lifetime. I want you to know if you need anything you can always call me. I want your stay to be perfect.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this property because we love that it's on the ground floor and we don't have to use the elevator. We also wanted to have easy access to our condo for carrying groceries and for walking our pet. We also fell in love with the screened in lanai which provides sunshine all morning long so you can enjoy your breakfast and coffee every day. The resort style Pool and hot tub are just steps away. It's absolutely wonderful.

We are located right on the marina. The walkway that goes around the marina is absolutely spectacular. You can walk it (with your pet), bike it or drive your golf cart on it. The views are simply breathtaking. You can also walk over to the Marina restaurants (Cass Cay and Trading Post). They serve breakfast as well as lunch and dinner every day. And to top it off, there is live entertainment every night. For fitness enthusiasts, we have a fitness centre with a full gym and daily fitness classess. And if you like tennis and pickle ball, you will love the 1st class tennis and pickle ball courts. And for golfers, there is a golf course on the property so bring your clubs or simply rent them at the pro shop. And lastly if you have a boat, you can launch it here and dock it during your stay. It's truly a one of a kind property that will have you coming back every year.
