Un beau et confortable condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains sur la marina dans la section souhaitable Harbour Towers de Burnt Store Marina. La communauté fermée comprend la marina la plus profonde de la côte ouest de la Floride et un parcours de golf de 27 trous. Situé à quelques minutes du village de pêcheurs et du centre-ville de Punta Gorda. C’est un court voyage à Fort Myers, à Boca Granda, à Siesta Key, à Cape Coral et aux plages d’Englewood. Les options de restauration à l'intérieur de la communauté fermée incluent le restaurant et bar Cass Cay qui surplombe la marina et le café Linkside qui se trouve sur le parcours de golf. Il y a un bateau-taxi disponible avec des excursions d'une journée à Boca Grande, à Cabbage Key, à Dolphin Tours et à Sunset Cruises.

Great place to stay

Burnt store marina is a great property. The pool and hot tub were very convenient. The restaurant was great with good musicians, karaoke, and other fun activities. The golf course was in great shape. Conveniently located to Ft Myers, Punta Gorda. Pine Island, and Sanibel. The host, Jeff, was very responsive to our requests.

The people in the complex were very friendly. It was a very laid back place. We enjoyed the deli and restaurant in the complex. The pool was very shaded but the boats in the marina were fun to see and the marina was a great place to go on walks.

Harbor towers was great!

Our Christmas in Punta Gorda was great! The owner Jeff is great to work with, response quickly. Everything was great from check in to check out. Lots of Manatees, And nice walking paths. Happy New Yeat!

Nice place…only suggestion is that the king bed was very uncomfortable. Couch had stains and kitchen pots should be replaced. Nice quiet community.

Upscale condo unit in Punta Gorda

Lovely well maintained condo unit with friendly neighbors. The manatee in the marina were incredible to watch up close! I loved the walking trails throughout the development. The unit was clean and spacious and Jeff was very responsive with questions.

This property presented just as it was listed on VRBO- it was nicely apointed, clean, and the footprint was very well planned. Jeffrey was always available if we had a question or issue, responding to our inquiries in a very short time. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Jeff was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. The condo was relatively clean with the exception of the carpeting. It was pretty dirty.

Wonderful

My family and I had a great time at Jeffery's condo at Burnt Store. I brought my boat to do some fishing while my wife and kids hung by the pool, checked out the local areas, and just relaxed. The condo has everything you'll need. There was basic household goods, but we did have to get extra as we were there a week with 5 people. There are great restaurants close by as well as in the local areas. I highly recommend the Blue Dog in Matlacha, as well as Frank Ski's in Punta Gorda for breakfast. The restaurant at the Marina was very good as well. We were there for the 4th, and they made the most outstanding smoked pork chop. The marina staff was very accommodating. Call and talk to them about slip rentals instead of using the Dockwa website for a better price.

Quick stay

I loved burnt store Marina! The condo was adequate for the two of us. The condo wasn’t very clean. I had to clean the inside of of the refrigerator and throw condiments away that were left. The washing machine has mold around the inside of it and it smells. The bed had no mattress pad on it so the bottom sheets would not stay on. The lanai floor is so dirty that the bottom of our feet would be filthy from walking on it. Both the bedrooms face the front of the building and parking lot. So the only view of the Marina was walking out back of the building and seeing it. The furniture and carpet need cleaned badly. As far checking in and finding the condo that was very easy.

A beautiful location, plenty of space, super quiet-- owner is super responsive & helpful, made sure we had everything we needed during out stay. Neighbors are wonderful-- pool maintenance was happening during our stay so we had to use the pool next door but it was just as nice, if not better & the folks we ran into over there were awesome & gave us a great dinner recommendation.

Quiet condo in a beautiful gated community

We stayed at the condo for a three week vacation in April. Loved the Burnt Store Marina community. Restaurant and small store with deli area were so convenient. The complex is beautiful and perfect for morning and evening walks. Jeff was great to work with and his condo is in a very quiet location. Would highly recommend!

Great staycation

This is a tastefully furnished condo with everything you could need. The unit is near the pool and the property is part of a marina community with mature landscaping and attractive housing. Lots of people out walking in the morning. There’s an on-site restaurant and the community sits nicely between Ft. Myers and Punta Gorda. Jeff is an exceptional host who answered any question or concern in minutes. He also managed to have a friend deliver toilet paper in the face of epic hoarding!
