Cette maison pleine de 2030 peut être la vôtre pour vous détendre dans une maison loin du cadre de type domestique. Vous aurez accès à un garage indépendant couvert (1 place de parking dans le garage) menant à un escalier couvert où vous descendrez 2 volées d'escaliers pour entrer dans la maison et être immédiatement submergé par la beauté du lac Liberty.

Liberty Lake est une communauté diversifiée avec une gamme d'activités adaptées à ceux qui préfèrent un style de vie actif et rempli d'aventures, ou à ceux qui préfèrent un style de vie décontracté. Avec des kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée à couper le souffle qui vous entourent, le lac à votre disposition et des parcs communautaires, vous pourriez passer une journée entière à passer une excellente journée d'exercice. Pendant l'hiver, il y a plusieurs pistes de ski à 45-60 minutes. Pour ceux qui veulent se détendre, installez-vous sur nos terrasses spacieuses ou sur l'herbe au bord du lac.

Situé à mi-chemin entre Spokane, WA et Coeur D'Alene, ID, Liberty Lake a accès à plusieurs parcs, dont un parc aquatique pour enfants à Pavilion Park et un parc d'État où il y a des sentiers pour la randonnée ou le VTT. Il y a DEUX parcours de golf 18 trous et un parcours exécutif de neuf trous tous à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture. Il y a des restaurants à Liberty Lake, deux marchés d'épicerie à service complet, un centre commercial à 10 minutes en voiture, une salle de sport locale offrant des laissez-passer d'une journée et tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans une grande ville de Spokane. This is the best VRBO we have stayed at. The house is quite large with plenty of rooms. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. The view is AMAZING!The kitchen and bathrooms are nicely stocked (not with food but pots/pans/dishes/glasses/etc.).Communicating with the host was easy. Neil responds quickly to messages in the VRBO app. We didn't need him during our stay at all.

We enjoyed our stay in Liberty Lake. The house on the lake is fantastic (well equipped, clean). Neil and Bo are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommended the rental and owners and plan to rent it again when we are in the Spokane area

Impressive property with gorgeous view from two levels, waterfront location with dock and grassy area up to the water. The home is decorated tastefully, has comfortable furniture, large dining table, nice kitchen, living room, family room with television and huge master suite. Great amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Perfect lake retreat!

We loved our stay at this house. It accommodated our family of 4 very well. The views are amazing, and the house is well equipped and comfortable. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake more, but sitting on the dock in the mornings was so relaxing. Highly recommend! Lake front enjoyment

This property felt like a little piece of heaven for our family. The beds were so comfy, the place was very clean and the view was beautiful! There were all kinds of toys to play on the lake. Kayaks, paddle boards, lots of floaties, and life jackets. We can't wait to go back next year.

Loved the Lake House!

We had a weekend stay at this well appointed lake home that had lovely interior vibes. Sleep accommodations were very comfortable, high quality bedding/pillows. Charming decorating complimented the relaxing lake view and access! Hosts were very responsive to the single question we had after arrival, always appreciated. Highly recommend!

Perfect Lake House!

This was such a great lake house with a perfect, quiet location on Liberty Lake. Our family of five was very comfortable spending our winter break there. The wood-burning stove was extra cozy to come back to after skiing each day. The lakeview was beautiful. Summertime has to be amazing--we can't wait to return, relax, and enjoy this house again!

Gorgeous property

We were a group of 4 adult family members in Spokane for a large family get-together. This property was perfect. Easy access to local stores/restaurants and the freeway. And what a view! It would be fun to return when it's warm enough to truly enjoy Liberty Lake. Neil responded very quickly when we had a question. Highly recommend this just and property.

Great place for a family vacation!

This fantastic rustic house on Liberty Lake is a cozy spacious gathering place for family get togethers and get aways. Our family really enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the lake. We were thrilled staying here and plan to stay here again. The house is very clean, it has everything you need, and all the beds are really comfortable too. Anyone who has challenges with their knees or ankles needs to be prepared to do the stairs from the driveway down to the house and the stairs inside the house up to the master bedroom/bath. It’s so worth it though! You won’t be disappointed!

Visiting Liberty Lake for a wedding

We all had a fantastic time! The location is just perfect and so easy to access anything and everything we needed. Neil and Bo are great hosts and the house works with a group of 4 or 5 very easily. Liberty Lake is such a centrally located area - easy to get into Spokane, Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding areas. Makes this a perfect spot, year-round.

This property provides an opportunity for us to share our good fortune with those people who want to get away from the daily grind of life. It is a place where you can relax, play, or do both during the entire year. Prime summer location for fun on the lake, and minutes away from trails, golf courses, and restaurants. An alternative winter destination for you skiers or snowboarders who don't mind driving 45-75 minutes to the ski hill. You love to be on the hill, but at the end of the day want to relax in a beautiful home at a fraction of the cost. Please be aware there are a lot of stairs on this property as it sits on a hill.
