We stayed over a very wet weekend in Rye - torrential downpours at stages. A group of 10 we had plenty of room and opportunities to utilise some of the board games, large living areas and undercover pool table and darts. There was room for one of the guests dogs to roam within the fenced property and plenty of undercover area for them to stay at night.The firepit got a workout (byo wood). There was room in the driveway for multiple cars and the property is very well maintained.Nick maintains the house in fantastic condition with all appliances and cooking needs provided.Thanks for being a great host!

Excellent house for 8 old golfers. Handy to RSL and pub. Close to all the courses we played. Facilities were very good for our requirements. Enjoyed the pool table in the garage. Clean comfortable, definitely enough space for the 8 adults.

Nick is a very welcoming host, caring about your needs.Everything is in walking distance, our kids enjoyed the stay.The location is great, the house outside has enough space for the kids to play, the Billard table was a bonus, equipment of the house is 100%.Will come back again!

Christine, family and friends were a pleasure to host. They all respected the property's rules, kept it super clean & communicated with the host on a regular basis too. Great property and location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property had everything we needed and a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Nick was great and very thorough and responsive with his communication. Definitely recommend this property for your next beach getaway.

Cassandra and Group were all very respectful of our house , its rules and were super tidy also. Our cleaner, couldnt rave highly enough about the clean state they left our home in. It would be a pleasure to have them back and i recommend them to other hosts too.

Perfect for a Family Gathering

Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped; Yard size was fantastic and totally enclosed, so little children were safe and secure when playing outside; wide range of activities available to keep everyone interested and engaged; Communication with Nick (host) was prompt and detailed; highly recommend!

Fabulous house great location

Fabulous house with 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, lots of room for 12 adults. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped, games room with pool and table tennis tables. Walk to beach and coffee shops and supermarket under 2km away. Great communication with host.

This house is well suited for families as there’s lots to do, close to beach and other sports facilities (skate park, tennis courts etc), while also close to shops and restaurants. There’s also lots to do at the house - pool table, backyard cricket, sand pit for little ones, and Xbox too! Very comfortable and relaxing stay for everyone.

Amazing place, perfectly located

Nick’s place is spacious, modern and a perfect house for an Easter getaway down the peninsula. Walking distance to food/beach/activities. We had a great time and would definitely stay again
