Magnolia Cottage - Plage de Rye

Magnolia Cottage est une propriété unique qui s'adresse à tous: la famille élargie, un groupe de familles, un week-end avec un être cher ou un groupe. Il a également été utilisé avec succès pour des retraites de santé et de yoga. Une nouvelle piscine chauffée à l'énergie solaire a récemment été ajoutée à la propriété, ce qui la rend encore plus attrayante.

La maison est bien conçu avec la cuisine ouverte prévue (machine à café et lave-vaisselle), salon (avec coonara confortable poêle à bois) et salle à manger (table pour 12 personnes) étant le moyeu central, mais le salon plus formel offrant un endroit tranquille pour les adultes d'échapper pendant un certain temps paisible. Il y a 2 chambres dans ce domaine en bas avec une salle de bains et un WC 2ème et la blanchisserie.

A l'étage est la maison à 6 autres chambres et 2 salles de bains et a une retraite pour les enfants à regarder la télévision loin des adultes.

Il y a une unité à la fois en haut et en bas, et chauffage canalisé à travers la climatisation. La propriété offre Netflix pour votre plaisir visuel et WiFi gratuit.

Pour rappel, il y a 8 chambres, 3 salles de bain, des toilettes séparées, 3 salons, un acre à explorer, une piscine et un spa pour se détendre et un trampoline pour jouer.

Magnolia Cottage est niché dans une poche calme de Rye, mais est facilement accessible à:

Se relaxer... Peninsula Hot Springs, terrains de golf à Les Dunes, Moonah Links, St Andrews Beach. Près de Caves

Fabulous house

Responsive hosts, spacious house, comfortable, many kitchen items, lots of nice touches — need many weeks to do justice to all the books and games and the two viewing areas!

Return visit

This was our second stay at Magnolia in Rye. As a group of seniors, (some couples, some singles), the 8 bedrooms work so well. The house is very comfortable with multiple living spaces and a fabulous kitchen. The pool and spa are a great inclusion.

Coastrek fundraising walk weekend

This is our 5th year of doing Coastrek in Sorrento and this is the perfect place for our group to relax afterwards - especially the hot spa has been great for our tired legs! The house was very clean and the kitchen had all utensils and amenities available for our stay.

Cozy and clean

Third time at this property when a group of us do the annual Mornington Peninsula Coastrek walk for charity. Always clean on arrival and very warm and cozy conditions await us after walking 30km!

Nice house and pool but…

We had a nice stay but there was a lot of noise at night including what sounded like fights out on the street. We had 165 deducted with no communication after the stay and are unable to communicate with owners. Would not stay again.

Hi Michael - I'm pleased you had a nice stay and enjoyed the house and pool. That's unfortunate that there was noise in the street as we have certainly not had this problem before. As per my message through Stayz, we had to deduct $165 from your bond to professionally clean the vomit off the bedroom carpet. It's unfortunate that you had not let us know that this had occurred.

Great Weekend at Magnolia Cottage

Magnolia cottage is an exceptional place for women's weekends and groups in general, as well as families. Only 2 of our group of 9 had to share a room and this is a rare find. The house is spacious, and lovely with two large living areas and an attractive long Deck, but what our group loved was the spa and pool. Fabulous. The house was really well equipped with everything you could need and in a great location. Couldn't really ask for more. We will be back.

Wonderful house for a big group

We were a group of 8 women walking 45km for the Coastrek challenge to raise money for Beyond Blue. This house was perfect - lots of bedrooms, spacious living areas, well appointed kitchen and a hot tub for the after walk relaxation. It was warm and cozy on arrival and very clean. We are hoping to return for next years event!

Great family holiday

My family of 16 stayed here and had a wonderful time. The upstairs rumpus room was a great area for the kids. And the multiple Living areas meant we all had space. Will definitely come back

Amazing family home

The house is amazing. It has all the comforts one needs for a relaxing getaway. The house is very well equipped, the pool is amazing and the hosts were very accommodating. We stayed with family and kids and everyone loved it. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a golfing group

Clean, comfortable and fully stocked home. Very relaxing and perfect for a golf group of 12 playing courses on the Mornington Peninsula. We will definitely be back. Hosts were very helpful and always answered queries quickly.

Great property

Spacious house with a fantastic layout. Plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy the weekend away. Easy communication with Kristen. We had an issue with the spa heating after a storm and someone was immediately sent to fix the problem which was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful holiday home

This is a lovely holiday home to spend with extended family and friends. Lots of different living areas to allow teens and younger children to do their thing. Pool and spa were fantastic! Communication from Kristen made this all too easy and we are already planning to return!

Big and homey

Overall great place to stay, highly recommend. However was told we couldn't do early check-in due to high demand due to post Covid19 easing of restrictions. Upon arrival deck chairs and tables had cob webs. I believe we were the first people to stay in the house so not sure why we couldn't do early check-in. Also very dusty behind the windows and a number of people of our group become very sensitive to the carpet downstairs. Would suggest a deep clean. but overall its got everything you need. Well equiped.

Perfect Large House for Family/Friends Group

We loved this property. It was perfect for our family getaway with a few families with kids. Large living areas, beautiful, large pool and small, trampoline, and plenty of toys for the kids. Everything was very clean as well. We would happily stay again. The property managers were also very responsive with any questions or requests.
