This is a self-catering home. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, Tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a Publix grocery store, Walmart, and Target all within 1.5 miles.

We have a self-check-in system via smart lock and individualized door code. Check in is any time after 4:00 PM. Check out is any time before 10:00 AM.

We are available during office hours between 9AM and 8PM eastern seven days a week. Please notify us of any issues so we can remedy them ASAP! The best way to reach us is on VRBO message platform.

Note the pool is only 3 feet deep. Use of the pool is at your own risk. There is a child safety fence per Florida law. No glass allowed around the pool.

Hurricane season is June 1-November 1. Please purchase travel insurance in case of weather, family illness or emergency.

We will not issue refunds for the closing of any resort amenities.

For your safety there is a security camera (Ring doorbell) on the exterior of the home which is motion activated or by ringing of the doorbell. If you tamper with any camera, you will be asked to leave the property with no refunds.

There is no United States Postal Service delivery to this address.
