We had the most amazing stay at the Boat House in Patonga. We celebrated Christmas here with family and it was the perfect place - super well equipped, amazing location, breathtaking views of the river right on your doorstep. A truely idyllic spot! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We are already planning another trip back!

Amazing stay

I had a wonderful stay over the long weekend with family. Loved the wood burning slow combustion heater and the outlook onto the creek. The property and location were fantastic. Definitely hope to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. It's set in a nice and quiet area, along the river, 8-10mins walk to the beach. We enjoyed slowing down a bit for the weekend, cooking, playing games and making puzzles (all provided) as a family, walking along the river, watching the sunset on the mangroves above the river... very serene scenery and surroundings.

We love the boathouse

We loved our stay at the boathouse. Location is great and the house is amazing. The kids had a great time fishing and loved the books and games. We can’t wait to come back again.

Great location, lots of space for everyone

Kids had a fantastic time, great location and so easy to walk to everything. House was very clean and well appointed, had everything that we needed. Hosts are very generous with the late checkout on Sunday’s for a weekend stay - thank you!

Fab long weekend!

We had A fabulous stay, 2 families (incl 3 teen/adults). Fishing, kayaking, cards and board games. Lots of fun and lunch at the Boathouse. Great location. I would stay here again.

The boathouse was an ideal place for our family Christmas with 6 adults and 4 children. Hilary and Nick were great to deal with, very clear instructions and a top location.

Lovely Large Oasis

Would definitely stay again. Great space. Well thought out for visiting like board games, books, plenty of kitchenware. Beautiful layout for lazy days by the water.

Outstanding location, and lovely accommodation. Would definitely stay there again. Nick and Hilary were very helpful. Such a relaxing location, with plenty to do on and around the lake, then relax around the fireplace at night.

Fabulous Creekside Holiday

I had a fabulous holiday week at Patonga with family and friends dropping in during the week. It's a great house in a great location and beautifully appointed. Patonga is a hidden gem on the central coast and the creek just beautiful to kayak, fish and just watch the world go by.

Perfect location for a hot day

The Boat House had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. It was cosy and comfortable - we faced a heat wave but luckily the air conditioning and close proximity to lack made it the perfect place. Would recommend to stay it!

Amazing home, amazing location

We have stayed at this amazing house many times and each time it's like coming home. We love everything about it and it's always hard to leave at the end of our holiday. Hilary and Nick are fantastic hosts and always make us feel welcome.

Lovely oasis with all you need

We had a lovely time over our 5 days staying here. The house is very comfortable with different seating areas and very well equipped for cooking, bbq etc It’s all very tastefully done and we had a lovely relaxing family holiday. Thank you again Hilary and Giles for your flexibility and kindness.

This house is perfect for a family getaway. The location on the creek is very relaxing and its only a short walk to The Boathouse. The owners made everything very easy with great communication. We will be back.
