The Historic Chavez Maison sur Margaret Street! Cette chambre 3 2 salles de bain deux étages maison de sourcil a été construit en 1870 et est dans le registre national des lieux historiques. Récemment rénové et très bien aménagées! Beaux draps, meubles magnifiques, des matelas ultra confortables, et une palette fraîche et apaisante couleur. A 1415 pieds carrés cette maison peut accueillir confortablement 6. Profitez d'une baignade dans la nouvelle piscine privée, travaillez votre bronzage sur la grande terrasse extérieure!

Margaret Street est un endroit hautement souhaitable en raison de sa proximité avec 5 restaurants étoilés, tout en étant à distance de marche à la fois Duval Street et le port de mer historique. les locations de nuit et hebdomadaires sur cette rue sont rares.

La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en quartz, appareils en acier inoxydable, un bar, une salle à manger, et manger en plein air ainsi.

We loved our stay at Chavez House. It was the perfect home base for our family’s Key West adventures. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and was a nice respite from our downtown excursions. We loved walking around the neighborhood, sitting on the porch, and cooling off in the pool. We would definitely come back!

Location could not have been better, it was within walking distance to the Hemingway House, the butterfly conservatory, shopping and food.The pool was relaxing after a hot day of exploring! Would definitely recommend staying at the Chavez House.

Great Location! Rented for Fantasy Fest. Rented a golf cart, but it wasn't really needed since the property was so close to Duval. The house was clean, and the pool was nice after a long day in the sun. All 3 bedrooms had A/C, and the bathrooms were great. The kitchen was newly remodeled, and the outside area was great. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect Location, Good Property

Super location, very responsive management. The water pressure could be better and the backyard looks better in the pictures but overall this is a great spot in the heart of Key West.

I stayed in this house with three friends on our trip to Key West. The house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood but it's just a few block walk (or Uber) to everything Key West has to offer. The private back yard with the pool was the perfect spot to come back and relax in. The beds were comfy, the house was spotless, and the property management team made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property if you're headed to Key West. You won't be disappointed.

Glorious holiday week

Best place ever!

Lovely home, great pool, but the shining star is the management company. I honestly didn’t have any issues but they were so kind and welcoming. Our vacation was amazing and started off on the right foot thanks to them!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at the Chavez House and truly enjoyed our time in Key West! We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at the office, which was incredibly convenient while we walked to Salute for lunch. DeMarco was so friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff.The house was exactly as pictured—super clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Eaton Bikes is less than two blocks away, and we highly recommend renting bikes from them to explore the island. We were blessed with beautiful December weather and loved relaxing in the dipping pool each afternoon.We would highly recommend staying at the Chavez House and renting through Historic Key West Vacation Rentals. We can’t wait to visit again next year!
