Property was interestingly laid out but the listing was accurate. Property was clean and we had all we needed space wise, plus some. Very conveniently located to all of Nashville, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, etc. The road in the front of the property was much busier and noisier than expected, but it was not an issue big enough to keep us from visiting the property again.

Sounds like the space and location really did the heavy lifting for your trip, and we’re glad the layout and accuracy of the listing matched what you expected. Being able to bounce around Nashville and nearby areas easily is a big plus. We hear you on the road out front and appreciate you calling it out. It’s one of those tradeoffs that comes with being so centrally located. Glad it didn’t put a damper on the stay, and we’d be happy to welcome you back next time you’re in town.

The house was clean and easy to get into. The layout is odd but very spacious. Proximity to Nashville was great. Easy to and from airport and downtown areas. The park across the street was nice to run in.

The space in this home is excellent as is the response time of the host. Amenities were lacking. Very few cups, plates and silverware, no basic cooking staples like cooking spray or simple spices (had to ask for salt even). The dishwasher and oven are old and not in great shape. Every time I closed the oven the door sounded like it might fall off. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and a tray of clean dishes in the drying rack we had to put away. There were also no cloths in the kitchen and the toaster - also old - quit working. Host got us salt, cloths & a different toaster. Also no cookie sheets - which we were told they could not get (which is an inexpensive basic item). The fridge was newer but set too high - which caused our food to be much too warm. We had to internet search how to reset it. There are 2 dining tables but only 7 chairs between them. Barely accommodating our 7 people for a meal. The house looks like it is luxurious in pics but the decor is cheap and very poorly done. Mix matched plastic tiles some even stapled on. The beds were ok. Master king was firm and sheets unmatched, top clearly from a queen. The handle on the shower in the master is falling off, local staff did not fix this while we were there. It seems like the host has not been to the house and has it serviced by local staff. The staff are cutting corners. This has great potential with great hosts but not great local staff. Excellent space though!

Thanks for the detailed feedback. We’re glad the size of the home and our quick response time stood out. We do want to note that pantry staples and specialty cooking items are not part of the standard setup, though our local team was happy to help with a few extras during your stay. That said, we hear you loud and clear on the dish situation, appliance concerns, and a few upkeep details that should have been more buttoned up. We appreciate you taking the time to lay it all out, because feedback like this gives us a real gut check on where we need to tighten things up.

Unfortunately, I do not have much good to say about this house and our stay. The location is AWFUL!! The house sits right on a main highway and the noise was so bad. The microwave was not clean, carpet was yuck, not enough towels, had to wash. One bedroom had ants and one bathroom shower had no water pressure and it just dripped out. Very disappointed. The only good I can say is the area the house is in was easy to get to the places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do
