Welcome Home to our cozy mountain hideaway, walking distance to Lake Dillon in beautiful Summit County, CO. Centrally located, 6 ski resorts within 45 minutes, endless adventures for all seasons. Be our first guests to relax in our newly remodeled home, work done by the owners, with hand-crafted, custom touches throughout. Truly unique, and perfect for your family getaway! Skiing to hiking, ice fishing to kayaking, fine dining to casual eateries, wine bars to breweries, it's all here for you!

Sleeps 6 guests in spacious 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, comfortable bedding and fluffy towels, bath/shower amenities, dining room for 6, fully stocked kitchen, coutner seating for 3, wine/beverage fridge, laundry nook with washer, dryer, folding counter, fitness area, ping pong table, deck with seating and dining table, gas grill, ski and boot storage, large closets, driveway parking for 2 cars/SUV/truck, extra guest parking across street.

The one of a kind main floor full bathroom has a copper sink in a custom whiskey barrel, brick shower tile and barn wood accents.

Cozy rustic leather sectional with custom Colorado moss rock fireplace with railroad tie mantel, functional full stocked kitchen with all the cooking and entertaining essentials, plenty of seating at counter and dining table. Buffet for serving and bar area with wine/beverage fridge.

Front deck space with seating, gas grill with outdoor lighting.

2 bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms. Primary bedroom with king size bed, dressers and luggage racks. Barn door to en suite full bathroom, double sinks, and glass enclosed shower. Secondary bedroom with queen sized bed, twin bunk beds, desk with chair, dressers and closet space. Barn door to en suite bathroom, double sinks, shower with tub and storage. Extra fluffy towels, pillows and cozy blankets for relaxing.

Garage with storage for ski and snowboard gear, boots plus main entry way off garage with seating, large closet and storage for boots, coats and all winter accessories! Garage also has fitness equipment, treadmill, stationary bike, yoga mats and free weights. Ping pong table, dart board and tv for your entertainment!

Ring cameras are active onsite the property at front door, garage door and back door. No security cameras are located inside the property.

Awesome!

We were blown away by this property! Everything was better than we expected. It had tons of space for the 4 people we had, and was walking distance to the concert venue. It truly felt like staying in a home perfectly outfitted for the mountains. 10/10 would recommend.

Welcome to our home where we spend part of the year, sharing with family and friends alike! We fell in love with CO after visiting Breckenridge for the first time in 2019. We relocated from the east coast in 2020 and have spent the last few years exploring all that Summit County and CO have to offer, along with fully remodeling our home for all to enjoy! We are happy to share with you and hope you treat it as your own home away from home! We have personally remodeled and customized this home with unique, rustic touches all envisioned and constructed by my son. His experience shines from working for a custom home builder in Breckenridge as we incorporated thoughtful ideas and amazing finishes into our home. You will not find another home in our development with such attention to detail and completely updated from top to bottom. We hope you love it as much as we do, and have the best time enjoying and making memories in Summit County!

Lookout Ridge Townhomes in Dillon Colorado are located an hour and a half from the Denver International Airport. Dillon is on the edge of Lake Dillon, a large reservoir perched at 9000-foot elevations in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Conveniently located close to shopping areas in Dillon and Silverthorne, and a mile via the dam road from Historic Frisco.

Dillon is located in Summit County, Colorado, 10-45 minutes of world class ski resorts including Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland. Steamboat and Winter Park resort are within 2 hours. Adventurers haven for all seasons, close to the lake, skiing, fishing, hiking and biking trails.

The surrounding national forests, the Continental divide, snowy mountain peaks, glistening lake waters, scampering wildlife, and small-town atmosphere and vibe. The Dillon Town Center offers all the restaurants and entertainment, and services needed for everyday life. There are outlet stores, a bowling alley, and outdoor concerts and live performances in the amphitheater along the lake. The Summit Historical Society maintains a Museum that tells the story of the town of Dillon. Residents throughout Summit County and visitors of Dillon have great fun during community events. Folks get together for Clean-Up Days, Nature Nights, Farmers Markets, Art Shows, regatta, barbecue, and many more welcoming events and festivals.

Directions to Lookout Ridge Townhomes
From Denver, proceed west on Interstate 70 into the mountains. After passing through the Eisenhower Tunnel, take Exit 205. Turn left under Interstate 70 and continue approximately 0.8 miles to North Dillon Dam Road. Turn left, then right at the medical center and proceed straight to Lookout Ridge. Stay left on Lookout Ridge Drive, follow around to back of the development.
