WATERLILY chez Greenlinks - Condo mis à jour avec des vues captivantes!

Notre villa de golf Waterlily est un condo récemment mis à jour dans la communauté Greenlinks du Lely Resort, offert en location exclusivement via The Holiday Life! Cette unité d'extrémité a le luxe de l'emplacement le plus souhaitable au sein de la communauté, offrant un parcours de golf captivant et une vue sur le lac depuis la chambre principale et une véranda avec moustiquaire.
Les mises à jour récentes (2019) incluent un plancher de style bois partout, de la peinture fraîche et des meubles améliorés, y compris un canapé en cuir et un grand ensemble de terrasse. La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes, la cuisine en granit est entièrement équipée pour cuisiner et il y a une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité pour plus de commodité. Les commodités de la communauté Greenlinks, y compris une piscine de style complexe, une piscine pour la nage en longueur, un bain à remous, une salle de fitness, des courts de tennis, un espace barbecue et des terrains de jeu de palets, sont à quelques pas.

Great Condo!

A group of 4 of us were coming in for a weekend friend‘s annual party that happened to be just down the road about a six minute drive. This condo has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment and necessities clean linens towels, beautiful view of the golf course, spacious bathrooms, and about 15 minutes from downtown Naples. Great trip we hope to return again next year.

When at the pool, a "homeowner" was walking around telling guests what they can do and not do. The lounge chairs were weathered and 2 broke when we sat on them. The complex was nice and quiet but look around before you book. Wasn't bad, but Im sure there are nicer places.

We very much enjoyed the pool and associated Greenlinks amenities as well as the convenience of the two golf courses and Sam Snead's Tavern. Lely is also very convenient to all the attractions we enjoy in Naples, Old Naples and Marco. The residential grounds and pool area are meticulously cared for as is the entire Lely Resort area. While there is great value, the cost increases over the past few years have been somewhat disappointing. But, we'll see you in 2024!!

Great place !!

We enjoyed our week long stay here very much. The place was exactly as advertised, it was clean with up to date appliances and smart TV's etc. We will look to book here again next time and highly recommend it.

Great property only disappointment was I messaged owners to get a later checkout and no one even responded. Also master bathroom sink was plugged up from the start. Bit annoying

Wonderful Naples

Overall, a very nice place to stay. Leley is a great resort with excellent golf and restaurants. It is a short drive to the shopping and restaurants in Naples and Naples has great, free parking.

Just Perfect

I can't recommend this property enough. Everything about it was wonderful and totally workable. Six of us (17-57) stayed for a week and it was everything we could have asked for. Property was immaculate and stocked with starter supplies and a very nice assortment of kitchen equipment. Furniture was accommodating for six grown-up people and everything was modern and fresh, including linens. View from the condo was lovely. Grounds were beautiful . We played shuffleboard and swam at the community pool and I marveled at the beautiful landscaping. Just for comparison, our real home is several times the size of the condo but I felt that the condo felt spacious and well-designed. The kitchen was a nice size -- I was even able to make Christmas dinner for ten people! Also, communication from the owners was almost instantaneous. I reached out to them about a couple things and they responded immediately and we resolved items quickly and to our mutual satisfaction. Only cons: #1 the living-room TV was fairly small. There are TVs in all the bedrooms, but no one turned them on even one time. It would have been nice to have a bigger TV rather than all the individual ones. #2 blackout curtains in the master would be nice. There are blackout curtains in the living room, but the Florida mornings in the master are blindingly bright. #3 access to bicycles. It was sad to go to the clubhouse and to see those bikes sitting there but not be able to use them. I realize the owners might not be able to do anything about this last point, but it is still worth a mention. Anyway, I would wholeheartedly recommend this property. I was really ready to stay there forever. I hope we will have a chance to get back!

We wanted to be near friends that own at Naples Lakes and play some golf .

This unit worked out fine this time, but we would probably look to upscale next time. The setting is great , the pool area is very nice , and we liked being close to Snead’s .

Nice unit with a great location in Tampa.

Clean unit with good amenities. The bed in the front bedroom was not comfortable and did not seem to fit properly on the frame. They also claimed we lost a bath towel and I feel they miscounted as we never had the bath towels out of the unit. We were charged for the missing bath towel. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment! Highly recommend!

The apartment is great, lots of natural light, beautiful views, good location with condo amenities. The apartment was overall very clean, besides the floor. We always remove shoes at home, so I noticed that kids feet were very dirty after a few minutes walking around. I had to mop the entire apartment floor and it was actually very dirty. But I communicated with the manager and he gave us a discount in the cleaning fee. We had also ants problem in the kitchen, and the manager was very prompt to offer to send someone to spray, but we decided not to do it. Kitchen has everything you need, we had groceries delivered there a few times, but the supermarket is not very far. Beach is around 20min by car. Great place, great management! We really enjoyed our week there.
