Cette maison est situĂ©e dans le village de Nags Head, une communautĂ© ocĂ©anique et sonore. C'est une propriĂ©tĂ© de plage confortable, de trois chambres, deux et demi, situĂ©e sur les pittoresques banques extĂ©rieures de Caroline du Nord. RĂ©novĂ© en 2016 avec nouvelle cuisine, revĂȘtements de sol et meubles. La maison a un porche / pont et un pont arriĂšre spacieux. La location comprend l'utilisation du Village Beach Club avec snack-bar, tennis et accĂšs direct Ă  l'ocĂ©an. La propriĂ©tĂ© est proche des liens Nags Head Golf qui sont ouverts au public. La maison est pratique pour faire du shopping et une variĂ©tĂ© d'excellents restaurants. Les attractions de Outer Banks comprennent quatre (4) phares (y compris le cĂ©lĂšbre phare du Cap Hatteras), les piles de pĂȘche, la piĂšce Lost Colony, le Wright Brothers Memorial et le Cape Hatteras National Seashore. L'Ăźle de Roanoke, juste Ă  travers le son de Nags Head, a de petites boutiques, un front de mer bord de promenade et le Festival Park avec une rĂ©plique pleine grandeur de l'Elizabeth II, un voilier prĂ©-colonial. Des tours Ă  cheval sauvage sont Ă©galement disponibles Ă  Corolla au nord de Nags Head.
Les locations sont réservées aux groupes familiaux apparentés et sont vendredi à vendredi pour éviter le gros trafic de plage de week-end pendant les jours de basculement. Les draps sont fournis. L'occupation maximale est de 6 personnes, enfants compris. La propriété est située dans une zone de résidents permanents, il est donc demandé aux clients de maintenir un niveau de bruit faible Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Non-fumeur !!

Perfect week in Nags Head

This was our second time staying here, it is so comfortable and Keith is a wonderful host and proactive communicator. The guys played golf, we all swam in the private pool, and it’s an easy walk to the beach. I loved walking the neighborhood early mornings!

Best Rental to Date!

We’ve been coming to OBX for about 10 years now and this is by far the best place we have stayed. The location was perfect, the access to the beach was great and having the private pool was so worth it! The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked! We would definitely stay here again and hope we get the opportunity! Thank you Keith and Linda! The Duck Donuts gift card was a great touch as well. It’s tradition for us to go there on our way out of town so it was perfect!

We just finished our third annual trip to this Nags Head vacation home and are already looking forward to our next visit. The home is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We love the quiet, friendly neighborhood and having access to the beach club and private beach access is a major perk for our family.Beyond the house itself, we had a fantastic time exploring the area. My husband and son loved golfing at The Links, we spent an afternoon boating, and took in the amazing performance of The Lost Colony. Nags Head has so many wonderful restaurant options, and we enjoyed several delicious meals out. The weather was perfect, which made for an ideal getaway. We highly recommend this property!"

We had a wonderful week at this home. The location was perfect. The home was super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The bed linens were provided as well as plenty of towels. The pool was nice to relax in after a busy day of exploring. We will definitely look into staying here again next summer. The check in and out process was super easy. As an extra bonus we were given a 20 gift card to use at Duck Donuts. That was a nice surprise and very thoughtful.

Great house!

This was our first time staying in this house. The house was well equipped and fully stocked. Everything you would ever need was available for us there. House is clean and in a great location, it’s close to everything. The pool was a saving grace, with the unpredictable weather of OBX! Great house, highly recommend! We will be returning!!

Fantastic family trip

Great location

Despite the tropical storm we enjoyed or stay. The property is so close to so many attractions and restaurants it was perfect. Property owners were very responsive and great to work with and made us feel very welcome. We hope to come back!

Warm and Welcoming

The word "host" perfectly describes Keith. He went out of his way to make sure we were prepared to enjoy our stay. The house was great and we enjoyed everything OBX had to offer. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Nags Head

This house is absolutely beautiful! Full of amenities and a great swimming pool. This was our 2nd year renting this house and we will be back again next year. The owners, Keith & Linda are very thought and gracious!!

Family Time

We are both retired and like many OBX property owners wanted an investment to keep us occupied. We love the Outer Banks and have been visiting there since the early 90's.
We are happy to try to answer any OBX travel questions that you may have, including
some key points of interest such as Corolla, Roanoke Island and the Town of Manteo, Cape Hatteras and Ocracoke Island.
