Il ya une chambre avec 2 lits doubles et la dernière chambre a 2 lits jumeaux ou peut être converti en un lit king. Cela rend ce condo une option parfaite pour une grande famille ou plusieurs couples. La cuisine gastronomique a tous les appareils américains et est entièrement équipée avec toutes les fournitures nécessaires culinaires. Il ya même un barbecue en plein air sur la terrasse. Another great stay!

This was our 3rd stay in one of Chris and Victoria’s places in Palmar. Each condo has been super clean, comfortable, and friendly. Chris and Victoria (and Laís) are very helpful, flexible and quick to respond. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location great place!

We stayed Christmas week with our adult children and their significant others. The place was perfect for the 6 of us. Some of us scuba dove, while the others just chilled. It is located directly across from the Southern cruise port, so we watched the ships come in daily. There were plenty of restaurants to walk to, and the super market was a short drive away. The kitchen was well equipped enough that we were able to cook a prime rib dinner with no problem. Victoria and Chris were very easy to work with and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We truly loved our stay at Sharkey Shack and intend to visit again! The condo itself is perfect with four bedrooms! Kitchen is very well stocked! And loved the washer and dryer. The pool is lovely, enjoyed the game room and the gym is decent. We will be back!

Amazing Condo in Cozumel

This is a great condo for large groups or families to share!!! It is beautiful with a fabulous view and plenty of room. The condo was spotless and very well maintained. The managers provided lots of amenities (soap, hair dryers, coffee maker, etc.) so we did not need to worry about a thing when we arrived!! When we go back to Cozumel we will certainly stay here again!

A Beautiful Stay

My partner and I had a wonderful time in Cozumel and Christopher & Victoria were excellent hosts. They were always available by email or text and Lais was there at the drop of a hat to address any issues (of which there were minimal) and questions we had. The place was spotless when we arrived and we had enough of every staple we could need - I had forgotten Qtips and was thrilled to find a stash in the bathroom. The beds were comfy, the view was beautiful, and our location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. I hope we get to visit again. Thank you, Lais, Victoria, and Christopher.

Another spectacular Palmar condo

This was our 3rd time staying with Matt and Elizabeth at Palmar and our first time in 7H. This unit is pretty spectacular, especially if there are 3-4 couples, there are 4 BR and 3.5 BA so nobody gets in anybody's way. The unit is decorated and furnished beyond expectations, the staff keeps it spotless. The views are unbeatable. We wouldn't think of staying at Palmar without utilizing Matt and Elizabeth's' attention to detail. We booked for 2019 before we finished our 2018 visit.

Perfect vacation in a lovely condo

We have stayed in many places on the island over the past 15 years of which include all inclusive resort, homes, and other condos. This condo was by far the most exquisite condo we have stayed in. The view was a million dollar view and the property managers Elizabeth and Matt were million dollar managers. Elizabeth was very attentive to all my questions prior to arrival and this quality of service continued after our arrival. This condo has a breathe taking view from every room and the amenities of this property are beautiful. We will be staying here again in October as it really does feel like a home away from home.

Beautiful condo, extremely well-provisioned

I booked this condo for a weekend getaway with myself and 6 of my cousins. The condo was spacious and beautiful, the kitchen and bathrooms were all wonderfully provisioned. There was water and snacks when we arrived, and we appreciated the many towels for pool and beach time. It was much more convenient to be able to do our own laundry and cook our own meals, as well as be able to have everyone in one place. The condo is close to a number of restaurants and shops and the beachfront, though a bit far from downtown, which is great as the area was not overrun by tourists. We spent each evening on the balcony, looking out at the sunset, and also a lot of time in the pool, just relaxing. Security was also helpful in calling cabs for us, and giving recommendations on restaurants and nightlife. A great stay, would gladly recommend!

Beautiful condo/fabulous view

My family of 5 booked this condo after staying in another of Elizabeth and Matt's properties. The booking process was easy and the condo was everything we needed, wanted, and more! It was so spacious and looked brand new. The deck was large with very nice furniture, and the view was incredible! My entire family loved every inch of it and we all wanted to stay! We are already planning a return trip to this condo next summer. Elizabeth and Matt are top notch and really go out of their way to take care of their customers. Could not ask for any more! Some details: Bedrooms: 1 king with a bathroom 2 queens with a bathroom 2 twins no bathroom 1 king with a balcony no bathroom bathroom 3 is shared between the twins and the balcony king 1/2 bath in the entry hall way There were blow dryers, extra lotions, face wipes, shampoos, sunscreen, bug spray in all the bathrooms, plenty of towels and wash rags. Washer and dryer. Very nice appliances. I can't say enough good things about this condo!

Very impressed!

From the comfort of the beds, the spaciousness of all living areas, and the quality of amenities, we were definitely impressed with the high quality of this apartment. I was very impressed that all the bedrooms were sizable as were the bathrooms. The bed linens were luxurious and there were many towels available for beach & bath. The photos do not do this place justice. With 6 adults living in a shared space, it takes a special place to provide the comfort of home and the spaciousness so you don't feel like you are living on top of each other. Unlike many so-called fully stocked kitchens, we were so thrilled to have a fully functional kitchen and plenty of kitchen dishes, etc. so we were not cleaning constantly to be able to make a meal. The wireless internet was fast and the TV had many US channels (good for watching those college & pro football games). I'm so glad a friend recommended the Palmar Condominium complex (my friends also rented a two bedroom apartment in this complex which was different but just as nice). I do have to say that all our friends think I am the hostess with the mostest for booking this condominium. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Cozumel.

Beautiful condo – Rude/uptight property managers

We stayed in this condo several weeks ago. It really is a wonderful property. The building is clean and nicely landscaped, and the condo itself is spacious and modern. The view from the balcony was lovely and we enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go. We had two small kids with us (3 and 6 years old) and while there weren’t any toys or games for them (we brought some of our own), they had tons of fun swimming in the pool (which we often had to ourselves), playing tennis, playing on the swing set and in the little play house, and playing fuseball and ping pong. The trampoline unfortunately is not in great shape and we wouldn’t let them jump on it. But overall this property was lovely. No sandy beach to walk to, but we rented a car and went to several beaches over the course of the week so it all worked out. Unfortunately the biggest downside of our trip was our encounter (not in person) with the property managers. We asked them to come mid-week to look at something about the showers, and when we returned in the afternoon we were greeted by a nasty 2-page note on the counter (complete with capital letters, underlines, and multiple exclamation points) complaining about the state of the condo. It was patronizing and rude – including the statement “we are shocked at the condition of our condo”. I couldn’t believe it (had we broken things unknowingly?), and exchanged emails with them to find out exactly what we had done wrong. It turns out the entirety of the “shock” was based on a piece of toast and some crumbs left on the counter (we left in a rush that morning) and a bed that we had moved and taken the mattress off so our daughter wouldn’t roll off onto the tile floor (something we fully intended to put back before we left). The managers then went on to scold us further, and said they pride themselves on their condo being “perfectly clean”. They knew fully well we were bringing small children with us, and as anyone who has ever had small kids knows, they tend to be messy. How are we supposed to keep the condo “perfectly clean” while I am staying there? Especially with two small kids? It was truly as if they had never gone into one of their properties while the tenant was there, and only saw it after their housekeeper had cleaned up. They said they were worried about bugs, and I understand that, but first, there was no information in the large binder they gave us on bug prevention, and second, the me

Matt and I want to first thank these guests for selecting our wonderful Cozumel condo for their family vacation. We do pride ourselves on offering a premier property for our guests and we are honored when anyone chooses to stay with us. That being said, there are always two sides to a story and we want everyone reading this review understand that Matt and I provide our guests with a perfectly clean, well-stocked vacation home. We have always believed that all of our guests would appreciate our attention to details and would return the favor by treating our condos as they would treat their own home. We certainly realize that all of our guests are in vacation mode, but the condo has a dishwasher, it takes minutes to tidy up a kitchen and throw away uneaten food items. The condition of the condo in this particular situation is vastly understated by these guests in the above review and my note to these guests was on a single page of a small note pad. If we sounded harsh to them it is only because there was much more that just a piece of toast on the counter and we were truly surprised at the condition the condo was left for the day, especially since it had be professionally cleaned the day before. Matt and I have multiple responsibilities with our business starting with our guests comfort and happiness, to the owners by caring for their properties and to our next guests into the condo. We have been so fortunate over the last six years to have the opportunity to meet so many great people and to have so many wonderful guests. We appreciate all of our guests and we will look forward to many more years of success. We cannot regret our note to these guests as we honestly felt we had to course correct the situation. We are very happy to see that condo was left in completely acceptable condition the day these guests checked-out. The regret is that our wonderful property is not getting a proper star rating. We truly believe these guests not respectful of the property and we pointed that out to them and obliviously insulted them. We have shared this event with the owner of the condo along with photos we took of the condition and we have her full support on this matter and complete appreciation for caring for her valuable home. Read our many reviews for all of our properties. Matt and I are recognized for the hospitality we offer our guests before and during their stays. It is our pleasure to make our guests vacation happy and fun and we appreciate all of our guests.

Amazing stay in Cozumel!

We had an amazing time staying in Cozumel at the Palmar condo. We went for diving and Dive with Martin picked us up across the street and took great care of us. The property was amazing and spacious! I had also sent my grocery list ahead of time and they did a great job getting what we needed for our 5 day stay. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to our questions. Will for sure stay there again when we come back in a few years !

Enjoyed the detailed communication prior to arriving. The unit was clean, cool and inviting. Loved all the cleanliness of the units plus the amenities. Perfect condo for large family or couples

My family of 6 stayed Christmas week. The condo was a perfect home base for us. We rented a minivan and toured all over the island. Elizabeth provided great detailed instructions for their guests on how to use the condo as well as tourist things to see and do. The condo is well stocked with towels, water, and the little things you always forget on vacation. I cant think of anything we needed and the condo didnt have. There is a supermarket very close as well as many restaurants within walking distance. I strongly advise renting a car while visiting Cozumel to see the many things available on the island. If we return to Cozumel with the family we would not hesitate renting this condo again.

This was our first stay in this particular condo; however, we have stayed at other units at Palmar the past two and a half years. The location is excellent for diving, snorkeling, restaurants, etc. As always, Elizabeth & Matt were exceptional with their level of customer service as Property Managers. They provided a tremendous amount of information prior to arriving, checked on us during our stay and were always there if we needed them. Our group, of 8 adults, was very impressed with the amenities, condition of the condo, location to town, shopping, restaurants, snorkeling, diving, etc. We highly recommend staying in this unit. We look forward to our next stay in Cozumel at Palmar.

The owner of the great property is Stacey Burton, a Texas native through and through who fell in love with this wonderful Island of Cozumel 40 years ago. She is a PADI divemaster for 30 years and is a worldwide dive travel specialist now for 25 years. She has owned her own company Vacation Connection for 20 years and has a very special working relationship with Dive with Martin here in Cozumel for over 18 years.

One of the attractions for Stacey to Palmar is the great location and proximity to Dive with Martin. Having a long time and dedicated relationship, the condo being with-in walking distance was imperative.

The condo is named for Stacey’s beloved Sharkey, her wonderful Shar Pei. Stacey totally understands what all guests are looking for when it comes to comfort and especially knows all the needs divers for a great vacation.

This beautiful condo at Palmar is managed by Chris and Victoria. We are Americans living in Cozumel full time and reside at Palmar. We are a small management company and we pride ourselves on attention to detail. We offer our rental clients first class, well-appointed luxury condos for their vacation homes. We have decided to only represent quality properties and to not build too large of an inventory of units. We want to keep our business small so we are able to be personally responsible. We consider ourselves a boutique rental service, offering the best option for our clients. We pride ourselves on attention to detail. There is everything you need to get your vacation started. We leave coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and spices in the unit. We also leave paper products in the condo. There is a notebook in the condo with a list of helpful tips, our favorite restaurants and Island activities. We try to think of everything to make your stay a great one!
