Key collection was seamless, apartment had pretty much everything we needed to self cater for a week for four. Location wise it was fabulous, very easy to get to the beach, to walk along the Coastal Trail and even to walk into town. A very tasty bakery in a short stroll along with some other shops and a 2nd hand book shop that readers can lose themselves in for hours.Fans were on for our arrival (there were a few days where there was no sea breeze and they were needed as no air con) however the fridge was not. The parking could be a bit of a challenge for large cars (our Toyota RAV was ok however all passengers needed to alight before parking) and if the driver is not comfortable maneuvering in tight spaces.

Thank you for your review. Glad to hear that you found the unit to be good value for money & in a great location. Unfortunately we can not suit everyone's needs when it comes to the comfort of ones sleep, but the beds in that unit were purchased brand new about 3 years ago. It is unfortunate that that particular area does not get great reception, so therefore installing WIFI would not be beneficial. We look forward to welcoming you back should you wish to stay again.

uncared for,no love in unit ,being neglected .cooking things like salt oil sprays etc dated out of date 2019,no linen or towels or even a bath mat or teatowel ,,,,,so many things that can be fixed and cleaned....as great spot

This property was filthy. There was a bug squashed on one of the walls. Mould growing in the shower witched leaked on the floor out of the wall all day after someone showered. Glass door runners had build up of dirt in them.

Comfortable with veiws
Due to family illness we had to book this unit at short notice the price was very affordable for the two weeks we leased it, we found the unit to be clean comfortable with all modern clean appliances the views from the balcony are wonderful and relaxing if you don't want to go all the way to Port for any small groceries the small grocery bottle shop/post office 50m away is quiet convenient also the small cafes/restaurants at the corner of Flynn St are great for a quick snack or sit in meal.Even though we didn't purchase anything there is also a coffee shop on the beach promenade and a bar/restaurant located around the corner on Ocean St.
Overall due to reason we were there we found it relaxing and would recommend this unit to a family looking for a break who just want to enjoy the area knowing that the Port Macquarie main shopping/entertainment district is only five minutes away by car or if you don't want to drive a dedicated bus route is available.
The various beaches between the main beach at Port and Lighthouse possess some brilliant sights.
The only down side was the unit didn't have Wifi and due to our mobile carrier have limited coverage for the area phone calls/internet had to be made outside on the sidewalk some of our visitors were unaffected by this.

It was fine, particularly give the price and location. It's a pretty basic place, but has a great view and easy walk to beaches, cafes and restaurants. Just be aware the garage is very tight, better off parking on the street.

Good stay
We do quiet a lot of traveling and review properties along our trip. I was in doubt about this property but I decided to give it a try dispite the previous reviews. Perhaps the owners have dealt with the issues. Well I was wrong.The check in process was so easy. Friendly staff at the real estate. The property is very nice, location is great right accross the beach. There are a few points they need to improve. The property needs an update furniture/blinds all items that are rusted and fans that have had better days. There is a moisture damp issue which needs to be addressed. Understand it is near a beach however there are trades people out there that can tackle the issue. The couch could do with a steam clean. Main bed matress springs dig into our back. Desperate need for a new mattress. Another good suggestion would be wifi as the coverage in that area is very poor. A nice email from the owners to make sure guests are ok, goes a long way, I would of brought the feedback to their attention before writting this review. I would truly be back to this place. It all depends if these issues are fixed beforehand

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is important to us. Firstly we are glad to hear that you liked the property & the location & that you found the staff in our office helpful & friendly. I only wish you had of contacted us as the managing agents to discuss these issues, however I believe some of them are not warranted. The furniture is only 3 years old & is in good working order. Unfortunately yes you are correct in saying the fans are rusty as is the stainless steel bins, but unfortunately this is one of the disadvantages of being directly across the road from the beach. These will be replaced with plastic ones. I will check the mattress as this has never been brought to our attention & I will talk to the owner to see if they are interested in connecting WIFI. Thanks again for your feedback & we look forward to welcoming you back again.

Average stay
On arriving we were greeting by a sign saying the building is a non smoking building however on entering we were nearly knocked out by the smell of cigarette smoke. There was no coverings on the kitchen window which made you visible to everyone and the window didnt lock. The floor was also dirty and my wife had to clean it. Having said all the issues the position is fantastic with great ocean views. A bit more care and housekeeping and the unit would be a good place to stay.

The building certainly is a non smoking building, however unfortunately it is near impossible to police what people do in their own units. I can assure you our unit is strictly non smoking. I did leave a couple of messages on your voicemail to let you know that the blind in the kitchen had just come down prior to your arrival & we were waiting on your consent to have our handyman call over to put it back up but we didn't get a response. I apologize that the floor wasn't clean, I will take this up with our contract cleaners. I'm glad you enjoyed the location & the magnificent ocean views from this fully renovated apartment.
