A lovely position on the banks of the Murray, this large house was comfortable and roomy, and had just about everything you could want for a couple of relaxing days in Riverland. We enjoyed our stay very much and the fact that the house is/ was also a loved home added to the sense of family and friends relaxing together

Excellent facilities, beautiful surrounds, peaceful and relaxing outlook onto the Mighty Murray River. The house is as described and very clean and cool. The bedroom section of the house remains quite cool on hot days even without the air-conditioning running. Sunrise and Sunset were two of our favourite times of the day to sit on the patio and just watch the world go by and listen to the birds in the trees. The environment was soothing and calming, with the big river and the national park across the way. A REAL retreat.

What a gem of a property! Our stay here was everything we could wish for. A large roomy house catered for 2 parents, 2 grandparents parents and 2 active grandchildren. The views of the river were stunning, the wood heater and air conditioner kept us all warm and the pontoon on the river provided hours of fun either fishing or as a dance floor.The kitchen and barbecue were well used as was a canoe.Apart from all of the great facilities were the number of birds. With 3 generations of bird watchers holidaying together, it could not have been better.Thank you so much to Jody for facilitating a wonderful family holiday. We would love to come back.

Great spot - secluded river frontage and close to Loxton

This is an amazing place - very clean, with great features and so peaceful. Right on the river and really secluded but still only a 5 minute drive to Loxton. Would definitely stay again.
