Captains Watch 17 est un condo haut de gamme de 2 chambres à coucher qui est une excellente option pour un ou deux couples ou petites familles. Cette location de vacances joliment meublée est située au dernier étage de l'immeuble avec 3 balcons et de nombreuses fenêtres pour une sensation de grande ouverture. Il y a une petite piscine commune sur le toit et vous serez à seulement 1 pâté de maison de la plage principale. Le condo est parfait pour ceux qui aiment être situé au centre; Tybee Island Pier, ainsi que de nombreux magasins et restaurants sont situés dans un rayon de 1 à 2 pâtés de maisons. Vous serez également à quelques pas de l'un des lieux de petit-déjeuner et de déjeuner les plus populaires de Tybee Island, le Breakfast Club.

L'espace de vie ouvert est lumineux et invitant. Joliment meublé et décoré dans un style décontracté et côtier. Le salon offre un coin salon confortable avec un canapé-lit et une télévision murale à écran plat de 65 pouces. Il y a une salle à manger séparée juste à côté du salon et la terrasse sur le balcon est accessible depuis le salon. La grande cuisine entièrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit et un bar de petit déjeuner avec des sièges pour 2. La cuisine dispose de tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos plats préférés.

La chambre principale est dotée d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat de 81 cm et d'un balcon privé pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. La salle de bain principale est pourvue d'une grande douche à l'italienne avec banc. La chambre d'amis dispose d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un accès à un balcon non meublé. La 2ème salle de bain complète avec une combinaison baignoire / douche est située dans le couloir avec un placard à linge avec une laveuse et une sécheuse superposables.

Garage réservé pour 2 voitures (les VUS et camions surdimensionnés peuvent ne pas convenir.) Internet haut débit / WIFI est à la disposition des clients. Handicap friendly (bâtiment avec ascenseur). La piscine partagée sur le toit a une profondeur de 3 1/2 pieds.

The location was fantastic. No need to drive anywhere on the island. It was right in the middle of everything.Any questions I had, were answered within the hour. Pool was great but smaller than what I envisioned by the pictures. But, since very few people were on vacation this week, we had it practically to ourselves!The condo balcony by the pool needs to be cleaned.The condo has comfy furniture and very clean..

This property is as advertised: clean, well-appointed, close to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time with our 2 young children and parents! Highly recommend this property. We needed extra blankets and pillows and all was delivered within a few hours. Easy peasy!

Comfortable, Welcoming and Enjoyable Stay

The property was as advertised. Everything was very clean, with great views and lots of natural light. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and felt very "at home". Even better was that everything was within walking distance (beach, restaurants, shopping). The only thing that wasn't to our liking was the bed - too soft. Other than that, everything else was perfect and we'd highly recommend this property.

Overall would stay here again

Very clean & quiet. Enjoyed the pool. Easy access to beach, but we didn’t feel close enough to walk with all our gear. Enjoyed having garage parking, but the layout of parking spaces is a bit odd. You get two spaces end-to-end not side by side. Navigating the garage was a bit tight. Comfortable beds. Great shower, but low water pressure. The only complaint during our stay was that we did not have a dishwasher because the dishwasher was broken. They did communicate this in advance, and provided us with paper plates, forks, and spoons after a couple days in the condo.

The location is excellent and the check in/out process is painless. There is an iron but no ironing board, the only kitchen utensil missing is a rolling pin (a very well supplied kitchen!) and it would be great if the water pressure in the shower could be improved, but those are the only deficiencies I noticed. I had a lovely stay and would certainly recommend to others.

Captain’s Watch 17 was great! We had my husband, myself, our 10 year old and my in laws. Location was great, close to town and the condo itself was well decorated and spacious. Loved it!

Enjoyed a weekend on Tybee

Property was super clean and just as described. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. The condo has lots of windows which made it so pleasant. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great stay!

Short Stay

I gave the property rating a 3 because do the amount of problems we incurred during our short stay. Lights in kitchen didn't work, television and door in bathroom off-track. Also, had to call for parking permit to be delivered. Staff was pleasant and helpful when notified about the problems, although they was not fully resolved during our short stay

Very spacious- perfect for 4 of us.

Great location!

We just got back from 4 nights at this condo. For reference it was 2 adults and a 17 year old and 13 year old. The location is fabulous walking distance to a lot of restaurants and close walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and really cute. They provided a beach umbrella, a few beach chairs, boogie boards which was great. The beds were small and one of our sons used the pullout sofa which wasn't the most comfortable but not horrible. The pool was closed due to COVID-19 which was the only issue we had since we specifically booked this condo for the pool since one child does not like the beach. We will absolutely return, it was a great stay.

Very nice condo close to the beach

This condo is vey well furnished and very comfortable. Three porches with nice furniture. We only ate at the kitchen table once as we enjoyed the porch close to the kitchen. We walked to the beach and were so close that we walked two blocks back and fourth to eat or use our own bathroom. Took us around 20 minutes to get into Savannah. We also enjoyed riding bikes on the beach and through pretty neighborhoods as well as to the grocery store. Several restaurants within walking distance so we only used our car when we went to Savannah Very enjoyable stay!
